As someone who absolutely LOVES little Cesar’s, this has been the best location I’ve ever been too. This pizza was 15/10 I cannot express how good this was. I mean just look at it. Perfect It’s absolutely a shame this location is so far away from me but I will make every effort to come back no matter the cost 🍕

I came here to little Caesars pizza Chino a few days ago to pick up dinner for my wife and I. The pizza we received was pretty good, except for the fact that the crust was a little dry. Everything in our order was correct the first time and I didn’t have to take anything back. This location seems like the typical little Caesars pizza.

You know what to expect, this location has very tight parking. They are fairly fast. Pizza is to LCP standards.

You get what you pay for. You get cardboard pizza for dirt cheep. Their hot and ready pizza suck, but I find their deep dish pizza as well as their Italian cheese bread to be fairly decent. If you are looking for quality look somewhere else, but if your looking to food to fill your pie hole when your drink at 3 am them look no further than little Caesars.

Depending on the day could be busy over all great!

Overall the food and the service is fine the issue is that it is actually hotter inside the business that it is outside I think the AC has been not broken but not working optimally for quite some time.

I always have to make sure they make a fresh pizza because they will sell me an old pizza that's cause is crusty, cheese dried up and hard . Just politely ask to see merchandise before buying.

Ever since Kmart I have a soft spot for Little Caesars Pizza. We ordered Italian bread sticks, traditional peperoni and the bacon wrapped pan pizza. Picked up nice and hot just wished they had crushed red pepper for that spicy kick. The front end worker was less that nice but I understand since it did get busy by the time my order was ready.

It's really not great. The staff is hit and miss, some are nice others are not. Wait times are long and they don't seem to man the other register when it's busy. I've been to other Little Caesar's before but this is the only one that makes me regret going in to get a pizza. I would go somewhere else if it weren't so conveniently close to where I live.

Today I decided to order Little Cesar's. I wanted to try the Ultimate Supreme. It looked delicious online. But to my disapointment after picking it up I noticed some of the veggies were burnt especially the mushrooms. To my understanding the pizza comes out of the oven and the pizza maker should determine if this is a quality 🍕 for its customer. Please fix the issue because I would hate to patronize somewhere else. And, on a different note, there is no parking near this Little Cesars' branch. It's as if the people from the apartment building next door are taking over the parking lot. How them away. Make room for customers not tenants.👎👎

It's always slow. Never enough help. There 10 people trying to order and one register open while everyone in the back laughing and having a good time. Teach them situational awareness.

The pizza was Undercooked. The food was late for pick up. They forgot the marinara, even though I paid for it. I told him not to add jalapeño and they did anyways.

Not recognized by any associate when I entered. Used the pizza portal guess they think they don't need to say HI, welcome, thanks for stopping in. There were a couple people waiting. Picked up a pizza and crazy bread using the T-Mobile Tuesday app. The toppings on the pizza were skimpy with an inch to almost 2 inches of crust. The crazy bread was undercooked doughy. No tables. This is a take and go place.

So I ordered two pizzas by phone and they tell me the wait time is 25 minutes, I was ok with it. I get there 15 minutes early, pay and wait for my order. 30 minutes now passed and the cashier tells me that they forgot to make my pizzas, add 20 minutes extra for a total of a 50 minute wait, totally dissapointed from a loyal customer.

40 minutes after my pick up time and still waiting. Why do you push the pizza portal when you clearly can’t back it up. I normally wouldn’t complain except this is the third time in a row. I’ll save time by going to a different location next time

I'm never going to Little Caesar's Pizza in chino on Riverside Dr. there so rude and terribly slow.... So unorganized with there orders. My husband called in our order and my daughter and I and her friend went to pick them up! They NEVER ORDER our pizza's BY PHONE I WAS WAITING IN LINE FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL I GOT TO THE COUNTER TO PAY THE RUDE GIRL WITH ATTITUDE AND NO SMILE TOLD ME THERE WASN'T NO PIZZA'S ORDERED TERRIBLE!!!! There was a humongous line going out to the parking lot.. People were leaving and complaining how long there waiting for one pizza IT'S NOT THAT GOOD TO WAIT!!!! 30 MINUTES OR EVEN AN HOUR FOR!!!!

I come here often and never have a problem, but today I came, and one of the girls couldn't move my pizza, she was rude, but Natalie was the rudest worker I have ever dealt with. She had dirty hands and literally touched my whole pizza. I asked her why she didn't wash her hands or use gloves and she got very angry. Rolled her eyes, smacked her lips and tried to argue that her hands were clean. Dealing with food for my kids, I am very cautious. Never have I ever dealt with this before. I am very disappointed.

Terrible place horrible service, the person taking my order apparently his name was "Cross". Was very rude and keep telling me it would only be 20mins and then after 20mins telling me it would be 10mins after that. I order though the app the app said it would be ready at 6:35... wasn't ready till 7:00. They need to update the app so I don't waste time driving down there and waiting. The pizza was great but they need to step up there customer service.

Discriminates against Hispanics The worst experience ever at a Little Ceasar pizza. It really bothers me to say this, i was racially discriminated against at this location. I ended up having to ask for a refund in the location. I went in and ordered five pizzas to go for a two year olds birthday. I was told the pizzas were not ready and i would have to wait. So i did, during the 20 minute wait, two white men came into the store, one ordered four pizza's, and he was given his order almost immediately. At that moment i stood up and asked why i was skipped. The woman at the register said that my pizza's still were not ready. Shortly after, another white man came into the store and ordered one pizza. He also was given his pizza immediately. I thought to myself, thats five pizza's they just gave out. Something is not right. At that moment i decided i would no longer put up with being treated unfairly. So i went to the register and asked them for a refund and to cancel my order. The woman at the register said ok, then walked away. Then another woman came out with an attitude, who said she was the manager. She harrassed me a bit but ultimately refunded my order. This place needs major help, fire the staff and hire people that are not racist against Hispanics. Negative stars. P.s, attached is a picture of my canceled order.

Considering i called in and actually ordered a regular menu item 30 minutes in advance, i still had to wait when i got there because there was a line but because the front counter person Cody decided to pass me up as I was next in line and two other customers that were behind me first? I guess that is why I stopped coming to little cesars.

This location sucks, long wait times even when you order ahead online. I don’t think it’s the staffs fault. I think management lacks leadership. The store in chino hills is much more organized and I was in and out within 5 mins.

Went & ordered a large pepperoni/ pineapple pizza & breadsticks. Total was $11.69. Gave the cashier $20 & she gives me a $5 & tells me that they are out of ones & quarters, so she couldn't give me all my change. Asked to speak to the manager & he tells me the same thing, but makes no effort to offer me a way to get my change. When I said I wasn't leaving until I got my change, he grabbed a key & started to pull rolled change out of another register... It should NEVER be a loss to the customer, if a store can't give the correct change!!!! The manager should've stopped taking cash, until they could make change, & the cashier should've warned customers BEFOREHAND so they could have the option to use a card instead. All I could think is HOW MANY OTHER PPL DID THIS STORE STEAL FROM?!?! Unacceptable!!!!!

Ordered through the website. Order was delivered and items were missing, so I called the store immediately. I was passed around to a few different employees who then told me there was nothing they could do, (they didn't even try to help me), and I had to call a different customer service number. That number never picked up and I never got my items I paid for. First and last time supporting this business. Hope you enjoy your free money you got from me, because you lost my business for good.

When I went in to get my pizzas I noticed a worker with a orange shirt walk out, he looked like he had not showered or washed his shirt in months and no I'm not trying to be mean. I proceeded to let the workers know that their coworker looked like he needed better hygiene and if the manager didn't keep up with how they appear. They proceeded to tell me THAT IS THE MANAGER!!!! The general manager and owner of this store need to be on top of their employees appearance! I asked for a refund and walked out without my order.... Nope no thank you... Please make sure your employees have better hygiene and appearance they represent your business.

I sent my son in to get a bestest pizza and when we got home, it was a regular pizza( we paid for the bestest) I’ve ordered from the app twice and still had to wait 45 minutes for the pizza and the second time I ordered the deep dish and received a regular pizza folded into the shape. I just need to go to the other location even though it’s farther.

I purchased a classic pepperoni pizza for my daughter. While eating she bit into a hard object... She spit it out and to my surprise it was a finger nail!!!! It was baked into the pizza dough! When i returned the pizza the manager said "all i can do is refund your money".. Very unprofessional. Do not buy from this location. I Will NEVER buy anything from Little Caesars again.

Placed an order for pick up, arrived at the time that it was supposed to be ready and I went to open the locker to get my order and 2 out of 3 pizzas were missing, went to check on them and they claimed they were in the locker and after checking they said “oh, someone probably stole them”. In order to open the locker you need to put the code they sent you and when I arrived they were supposed to be ready and they weren’t. Most probably they put the other two pizzas in the incorrect locker and someone else took them. The staff was of no help, no free items or courtesy refund was issue for making me and my family wait for an additional 30 minutes. The first pizza I received was cold by the time I got home. Also, we purchased a soda and wings on a separate transaction and they told me I couldn’t pay with a 20 dollar bill because they didn’t have change. However, a few minutes later they were taking everyone’s cash and giving them change. Whoever is managing this location you need to review your staff, because some of the employees you have definitely don’t want to work there.
