Stop in our local Olive Garden for a good meal and wasn't disappointed. Our server, Jenny, was a dream girl. So pleasant and accommodating it was a pleasure to be served by her. We stopped in around 1pm on a Saturday and the shop was busy but not a frenzy busy. We really enjoyed our lunch and we hope you will too.

Food tasted amazing !!!! Waiter was amazing as well! The problem we encountered was one of the dishes had a small piece of hair in it on my friends plate, but the attentive waiter came and apologized and replaced immediately ! Kudos to the wonderful waiter that made the experience great !

I love this restaurant! the food is really good and with great quality, the bread sticks are delicious. Unlimited salad or soup and bread sticks all the time. Chicken Alfredo is my favorite. Service is usually excellent, sometimes you have to wait for table or to be served because they get really busy specially on holidays, but overall excellent service. One of my favorite italian restaurant.

You Think You Know Olive Garden? Think Again. Chino Is Serving Something Different I was not expecting much. It is Olive Garden, right? You go for the breadsticks, maybe some decent pasta, and call it a day. But this Chino location? It pulled a total plot twist. Me and my daughter rolled in for a Thursday lunch around noon and boom, we were seated instantly. Already off to a good start. Then Isaiah showed up. This dude did not just bring water and take orders, he delivered a masterclass in hospitality. My daughter is learning how to order on her own, and he did not rush her, did not talk over her, he hyped her up. That alone deserves a shoutout. Let’s talk food. What slapped? • Mozzarella Sticks: I am not even going to lie, these were the main event. Crispy like a dream, not a drop of grease, and that cheese pull? Illegal levels of satisfaction. • Fettuccine Alfredo (Kids): Creamy, rich, pasta cooked like it actually mattered. My daughter was vibing with it. • Ravioli and Lasagna Classico: The kind of combo that makes you want to lean back in your chair with a happy sigh. Multiple reviewers hyped up the lasagna, and they were not lying, it is a hit. • Soup, Salad and Breadsticks: Old faithful. It is the Olive Garden signature for a reason, and they nailed it. Pro tip from other folks online, the Chicken and Shrimp Carbonara is a heavy hitter. I did not try it this time, but best believe it is on my list for the next round. The vibe? It is a chain, but it did not feel like one. Staff were super friendly, even ones who were not our servers checked in on us like we were regulars. It is cozy, laid back, and mostly clean, except for some dusty spots that made me squint a little. Not tragic, but management, yall gotta handle that. It is giving “we forgot this shelf existed.” When should you go? Hit it before 12 to dodge the rush. This spot stays popular for a reason, and if you are bringing kids or just want to chill, early is the move. Final word? Go. Just go. Olive Garden in Chino is not just another chain outpost. It has got heart, it has got flavor, and it has that extra something that makes you want to come back before you have even left the parking lot. If you are in Chino and not hitting this spot up, I do not know what to tell you.

Food is ok comparing to other olive gardens. Staff is very friendly but somewhat inexperienced. Place is nicely decorated for a gathering and families. Spacious enough that you are able to enjoy your meals comfortably with your kids. Salad and soup is always my favorite here.

Had a craving for spaghetti and meatballs. Ordered the peach raspberry bellini ice tea, chicken and gnocchi soup. The spaghetti was a little overdone but otherwise everything was really good. Service was great my cup was never empty too long.

This Olive Garden was pretty much in line with what you’d expect from the chain. One thing that stood out was the seating — the chairs at our table had definitely seen better days and didn’t feel very sturdy. Might be time for a refresh. It was fairly busy when we went, but service held up well. Our server was attentive, especially when correcting a missing side of Fettuccine that was supposed to come with my entrée. I also noticed management making rounds, though they didn’t appear to be offering much support to the line staff — just my observation. My family enjoyed their meals, and it was a solid outing overall. I usually stick with pasta, but I tried the Sirloin this time — unfortunately, it tasted a bit like freezer burn and was lacking in flavor. In hindsight, probably best to stick to what Olive Garden is known for. Not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.

Service was so slow with 2 servers. They brought breadsticks warm, but by the time they brought marinara sauce, breadsticks became cold. They brought food first, then took so long to bring plates. Lousy service. Wouldn't come to this location back.

This location smells like urine so bad. Like I just walked into a dirty bathroom. Its cold and rainy out and this place was freezing. Not inviting at all. Waited over 30 min for food that was only mediocre, I thought the Eastvale location was bad. This is right along with it, sadly. Won't return.

Asked for a extra plate. Never came. Instead got someone else telling us our server went on a 10min break? No notice from our server. Our food came from a 3 person and guess what my order was wrong. They tried to bring me the food after my wife was practically done eating? Were is the logic in family dinner time with our child and waiting for my food? Manager Jessica came to apologize and gave wife's meal on the house. Asked if I wanted to take mine home I Explained to her they ruined our dinner time together and I no longer needed my meal. The fork was stained with food and the cups were dirty, there was a wine glass with a stain that was obviously not cleaned right. Food is good but the utensils were very much dirty. I visited Olive Garden with my two children today. My daughter is 6 years old and my son is 12. During the meal, my daughter was playing a game on the tablet provided at the table. There was no clear or obvious notice that the game would result in a $2.99 charge, and as a 6-year-old child, she has no ability to understand or consent to in-app purchases. When I received the bill and noticed the $2.99 charge, I immediately spoke with the staff and asked for it to be removed. I explained that this was done by a child unintentionally. In a previous visit under the same circumstances, the charge was removed without any issue. However, this time the manager refused and stated that it was my responsibility as a parent to monitor whether my child would incur the charge. I find this response unreasonable and disappointing. During a family meal, it is not realistic to constantly monitor a tablet, especially when it is provided by the restaurant and used by young children.
