Best NY Style thin crust fast food pizza in the area. The Cauliflower flower and gluten free crusts are just right crisp and good flavor. Salad bowls are large enough for 2 and generous on the meats and cheese.
The food was really good. You get to choose your toppings and the cook it fresh in front of you. The staff were very friendly and patient as we focus our our order. It was awesome will come again.
A cool place to go! I love all of the combinations you can do with your pizza. They aren't joking about being rapid either. The kids loved it!
Love the staff, they are super nice and helpful. Such a freshing difference than most places. Love being able to pick all the cheese and toppings I want. Kids eat free Wednesday is awesome too.
Amazing! My wife and I had dinner here tonight and we will be return customers. The staff was super nice. The pizza was better than any pizza I have ever had. The salad was cold and crisp. Awesome selection of sauces and toppings. I cannot wait to go back. Rapid Fire Rocks!
We have been going here since they opened and love the pizza. Everyone cam make their own and have the size thats right for them. The staff has been good. One thing I want back is the sweet pizza sauce.
Pizza was very yummy and the service was phenomenal. Jamal was so very courteous and helpful as it was our first visit. Restaurant was clean and we loved the variety of sauces.
My first time in. Everyone was very friendly and I watched them put the meat lovers pizza together. Absolutely a breath of fresh air compared to all the other pizza places. Will definitely be back and this will be my new pizza place. Awesome pizza.
Just opened for business in the old Subway, just outside the Randolph AFB Main Gate. Outstanding Pizza, and more, a cooked to order. Fast friendly staff. Heard someone say they are the JJ of pizza. They have that right. Fresh everything. Watch them make it, pour your own drinks. Chive TV. Love this place...
You can't go wrong with Rapid Fired Pizza. Order from the menu and you can still taylor it to your liking. They offer a military discount as well. Try their pizza sometime, I'm sure you will like it.
Great pizza! Lots of options to choose from! Very honest staff, lost my gold & diamond bracelet while there after returning home and realizing it had fallen off I called right away they were able to quickly locate it while one the phone, gave a description and picked it up before they closed! Really really appreciated!! ❤️
I kept driving past this place, finally decided to stop and so glad I did. The staff were really nice and accommodating, the pizza was bomb! Will choose this over MOD Pizza hands down. The place was clean and it's the first establishment I have seen with a Pepsi freestyle machine. I will visit more frequently
Great pizza. Get the Deluxe 11" personal pizza if you want to keep it traditional. But there's plenty of opportunity to go nuts with whatever you want. Don't forget the dipping sauces by the drinks. There's about 2 dozen varieties of these and they all go great on your pizza.
The guy there was super polite and amazing! He double checked with me on everything and was very polite and funny too! Also, the No-Doh pizza he made is delicious! I totally recommend this place if you're looking for a good pizza place to eat at.
This is nice family friendly place. Go enjoy good pizza and friendly customer service. The employees treat you like they've known you for years. Great interactions each time I go...
The pizza was very good and quick. I did have an issue with having to wait in line behind people deciding what they want to eat when I wanted an additional drink. Owner/manager took care of it. Great place to eat!!
It was our first visit and the staff were so helpful explaining everything to us and all the different options. Had their pepperoni rolls and they were delicious. Like the fact that they have pan and thin crust options. They have one of the fancy electronic soda machines with Pepsi products. Love places that have Mtn Dew as an option.
This is my new favorite pizza place! Been there 3 times so far for takeout, and all three times the service was crazy fast (one time there were five people ahead of us and we STILL got our pizza in around 15-20 minutes), and the employees were super nice and accommodating. You can make a custom pizza, picking sauces and toppings as you go down the line. You can order off the menu (lots of options there) or a combination of the two. I kinda want to try the mac & cheese pizza, but haven't been brave enough yet. 😅 They also have a nice selection of dessert pizzas. We usually go with the cinnamon stick one but next time I'm gonna try the blueberry. If dessert pizzas aren't your thing, they also sell brownies and chocolate chip cookies.
Nice location by main entrance to Randolph AFB TX. Pizza were good, full of good toppings. I got thin crust with nice tomato sauce and plenty of meat and cheese on top. I could tell the pizza was freshly made. Family enjoyed this big pizza. Well worth a visit to Rapid Fired Pizza.
Went during a pretty busy lunch rush on a Friday and the staff was very fast and extremely knowledgeable of the menu. Many recommendations as to dough types, pizza sizes, and the various different sauces and toppings. I also really love when restaurants have a soda machine with over 200+ flavor choices. Also — you HAVE to get a recommended sauce for your pizza! It makes it so much better.
We got the Wild Veggie on a Pan Crust, but I replaced the lettuce with spinach and it was perfect. Will have to come back to try the "Mama Mia" Lasagne Pizza, but overall an excellent pizza at a great price! Review update, 3/25/22: 2nd visit and STILL outstanding! This time got the "White Out" Pizza and substituted the arugula with spinach and tomatoes--it was perfect. Also got an order of wings, and they were on point! Great staff and a nice atmosphere.
I ordered online and had the food ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. The food was ready, took it home and they were all amazing. Both thin and pan pizzas. I like the chicken bacon ranch and chicken pesto. My wife loved the wings. Small tip, Uber eats has like a 3 dollar surcharge per item, so order on their website. Excellent pizza place!
The pizza here is perfect for those looking for a cheat meal day. Their pan pizza can pass for thin crust everywhere else. You dont feel full yet you will be satisfied. Loved how the pepperoni was crunchy. I also tried their wings and those were meaty and crunchy. The place is very clean and the owner went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Very underrated place and it must be because of its location. Well recommended.
I showed up at 10:30 when they opened and ordered a Hawaiian personal pizza and it was awesome. The people were awesome. Great service. All I would’ve done with the ambience of the place is used a dark wood in the dining area instead of light wood because it just looks like fresh boards from the hardware store and the large windows already lighten the place up enough. All in all a positive experience. Will definitely go back.
My first time me and my husband eating here and I must say the staff is super friendly and helpful! We don’t live here and only come visit when we come see my parents and I will say it’s delicious! Definitely better than mods pizza, this place is super clean. My husband and I will definitely be returning our next visit! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend
Yesterday was our (me/husband) second visit to Rapid Fire Pizza. I absolutely love this pizza. I’m a vegan (my husband is not) and obviously I opt for the build your own pizza. Lots of fresh choices and one employee suggested that I add pesto sauce. Wow! Loved it. Additionally everyone in rapid fire on both visits was so incredibly nice. I observed the staff working really hard each time with no drama. I can’t wait to come back. My husband also loved his pizza.
We love this place! The service and food is always good and the place has always been clean. The staff is very friendly. UPDATE: Went for dinner with the family and they never disappoint! The people and the food are always top-notch. It's really a great place for a casual dinner. Update: Still love the staff and the food, but our last visit was $80 for the 6 of us and I don't know that I will pay that again. Way too much for pizza.
5 stars for mostly great staff. One was not happy to be working, every time another staff member asked something she rolled her eyes. But I m not taking a star away because of 1 unhappy staff member. The rest of the staff very nice and fast. Pizza is good. They got thin a regular crust. We eat here pretty frequently.
Delicious pizza made to order. We tried the Whiteout and added artichokes to it and it came out amazing. They also offer recommendations as you customize your pizza so that was real helpful. Pizzas come with two complimentary dipping sauces!
Clean and friendly environment with great pizza!! The staff were very pleasant and patient. Our pizza was great with fresh ingredients and great tasting dough. We also sampled the apple dessert pie and we weren't disappointed. Can't wait to come back and try their calzones, pastas, and salads!! We will definitely be back and recommend to our friends!
Tried it today, was amazing the pan pizza was very good. The Dough was nice and fluffy in a good way and just smelled and tasted fresh! The pepperoni, ham and pineapple (I Know some think this is a no no on pizza) but was really good. I would get again and will be back again, there was a bit of a wait 20-25min but worth it.
Once again, RF was a great experience!!! First, I will mention that the guys were very kind, helpful, and patient, especially since my kiddos were with me. What stood out to me was their recommendation to use the kids' deal on Wednesday (BOGO kids meal free). It is rare when businesses offer to apply discounts. In addition to that, they mentioned that they do military discounts! The pizza was affordable and delicious, and the hilarious LiveTV videos they have playing all the time made for a wonderful dining experience yet again! Thanks, RF!!! Y'all are awesome!!!
This was our first time trying out Rapid Fire Pizza. Safe to say my family and I will take the drive here anytime. The pizza was fresh and you were able to see it made right before your eyes. The ingredients are fresh. My daughter was so excited to see the dough making that an employee was doing. Every one had personal protection which made it safe for us.
First time here, found by accident. We ordered the meatball and southwest chicken pizza. The scent in my car was amazing. When we got to taste them…Holy Smokes! So good!!!
I enjoyed watching my lasagna pizza being made in front of me. Pizza was ready in less than ten minutes and the owner was helpful with menu choices. I liked the ricotta cheese on my pizza with the sausage and meatballs. I added green olives and mushrooms to boost the taste. Bottom line: excellent pizza and I come back to try the other craft pizzas they offer
I took my daughter here for dinner she was mesmerized by the many tvs on the walls 😄The food was great, and they have a few different options for crust, including one that is only cheese and spinach. They do charge extra if you want more than one kind of cheese on your pizza. Other than that, you can add as many toppings and seasonings as you'd like. I particularly liked the spicy marinara sauce. I only wish they had artichoke hearts!
The pizza was absolutely phenomenal. Their cookies are so soft, delicious and a pretty good size. And on top of that the staff are super friendly and accommodating. There was a small mix up with a new special they're running online but they made a quick call to their manager and got the situation rectified politely and promptly. The restaurant itself was very clean and all the employees were hard at work handling the influx of customers that were there when we arrived . We will for sure be back again
We went last night to check it out for the first time (a Friday Night around 7pm). We thought we would try a new pizza place since the place we usually go has been so overcrowded. The fast efficient helpful service and hot pizza made for a great experience, being able to watch what is being put on your pizza and the BYO is also a plus!
Came here for lunch on a Tuesday evening and it didn’t disappoint! They make these little personal pizzas 🍕 for you right on the spot! They have some pre determined selections such as “meat lovers” “classic pepperoni “ and other stuff or you can just customize the way you want it, down to the sauce! They also gave calzones and pasta which we ended up getting a chicken Alfredo pasta and it was good too! Definitely recommend this place for a fresh pizza!
Well 1st you pick your own everthing. Crust meats veggies. Fresh Let me say fresh ingredients. Fast service mark jamal Benny and crew made me feel like a king. Dipping sauces were a bonus. A welcome change to the boring chain of mishaps like domino_cheese or pizza not. I don't mind paying more for quality and it's not that much more.
It was good pizza but we won’t be back. The pizza was similar to any other place but a little pricer. We wanted to like it due to location. When picking up the pizza, clean place and decent people. It’s great if you want to be blessed and blessed again...and again. For some, having a blessed day is great. Not for all. I prefer a simple thank you or anything non religious but it may be just me. I always had to wait for a call-in pizza, that didn’t add to the experience. All in all, it was standard pizza but better options. Just not my thing.
Came in here and it was totally dead. Weird atmosphere and I was expecting the worst. They have the dough premade and pressed into their dirty little pans plus the pasta premade from who knows when. BUT they put it all together and after waiting 15 minutes (yes, not so rapid) the food came out. I ordered two pastas, cheesy bread, and a desert. It took awhile but it was actually HOT and DELICIOUS. So surprised that the food was actually good, especially considering they specialize in pizzas and I didn't even have one! Will definitely be back for lunch again when I'm craving pasta but don't want to go to a "sit-down" restaurant. Overall really yummy but I removed a star because it was over $30 for what I ordered (I could get two extra large pizzas for that) and it took way too long for a place called 'rapid fired'.
The .com advertised fresh garlic and ROASTED tomatoes. I was advised at the restaurant that those are no longer offered. I really caught heck at home when I had to explain that the all veggie pizza (my sister had custom picked the toppings) wasn't to her liking. The Hawaiian pizza was nice as a thin crust. I'll have to try it another time as a pan pizza.
The food was really good. I may have found a pizza place that slightly could measure up to the one in Montana. The customer service could have been better. Everyone I interacted with seemed "frumpy". Could have been an off-day situation. Based on this singular visit(for now)...4 stars
Imagine if Subway had good pizza. You can choose your sauce, your cheese (or cheeses), and from so many toppings. When your pizza is ready and it's time to pick it up, it's fresh and steam is rolling off of it. My only issue is, if you're sitting on one end of the restaurant you have to walk all the way around to pick up your food.
First time eating here and it is really good. Taste better than Pizza Hut, Papa John's & Dominoes. They have different options of sauce and toppings and it doesn't take long to cook. I had mine well done bc I like my pizza like that. Try it for yourself. I would recommend.
Great pizza and reasonably priced. Had the pan pizza piled high with my fav toppings; everything tasted great and there was the right amount of sauce and cheese for me. Definitely recommend well-done. Putting this place in the rotation for sure! Oh and....STRAWBERRY FLAVORED BIG RED!
Pizza and other items always taste good. However the lady making the pizzas tends to have a bad attitude every time I come. She’s wearing headphones so I have to yell for her to hear me, which seems to annoy her even more. The other staff seemed friendly, the place is clean, no other complaints
Very similar to MOD pizza, chipotle and other “build your own” restaurants. The problem is that there’s really nothing setting this place apart from the others. And honestly if I had my choice I’d pick MOD pizza, not necessarily due to any taste difference but simply because one is better known. It’s good pizza don’t get me wrong but make yourself standout in the crowd.
When you read my review and learn that it didn't get 5 stars, it is for a reason. This time it is for choices and prices. The pizza was tasty and was fresh and hot, thus the four stars, but it's not in my opinion gourmet. They have a couple of unconventional flavor combos that I give them credit for but you did just invent it. Form your own opinion and write a review. Like I said it's good pizza, just not crazy good and unique.
Had seen had recently opened and decided to try. Well out, clean, roomy building. TV's all around. Young girl at counter was helpful with the questions I had. Basically a pizza place that cooks the pizza within 3 mins. Tonite I had a thin crust 11inch pizza. Hog Heaven Red Sauce, Mozzarella, Pepperoni, Ham, Bacon, Sausage Chunks, Sausage Crumble, Bomb Seasoning Was delivered hot and fresh. Plenty of meat spread around to make it a very good pizza. 8 small to medium slices. Enjoyed 4 there. Took the rest home for next day. They have a sauce counter that matches with certain pizzas. Will definitely go back and recommend it
Good fast pizza. Did find aluminum chunk on bottom of my pizza though. Could be 4 or 5 star but I felt the pizza was a little cold and the food line looked a bit dirty. The employees seemed tired or sick of work. It was only 12 and wasn't incredibly busy. They just seemed to be moving very slow as well. They seemed friendly when they spoke to customers though.
First time here. Pizza is really good. Customer service is subpar. There's one guy here, Jamal who seems happy to be working here. He's super friendly!! The girl has no personality and seems pretty miserable to be here. Maybe she's just having a bad night or maybe she really doesn't like her job. For me customer service is the most important. The girl at the counter really makes this experience unenjoyable. But thank goodness for Jamal!!!! Jamal gets a 5 🌟
The food is very good but we usually get delivery and something is wrong every single time. I like the white out pizza. More often than not, they forget the arugula. My son who is a vegetarian also likes the white out. We order it without chicken but we almost always end up picking the chicken off of it. Also it’s very hit and miss if you will get salad dressing or dipping sauce. If they could get better trained employees this place would be five stars but the take out problems hold it back.
First time visit, the employees treated us as if we had been there before even after they asked us if we had. Very frustrating to be rushed through like a drive through! One of the managers must have noticed my frustration and had to step in and slow things down. He explained how everything worked and I finally understood. From that point the experience was much more enjoyable. Pizza was good..not great but good. This whole pizza in 180 seconds thing I think needs to be re thought. My stepsons pizza was a little on the well done side and mine was a little on the undercooked side. But because of the dough they use it doesn't require a lot of cooking but I do prefer mine on the crispy/burned side. Now that I know what to expect we will visit again but will ask them to make mine in 240 seconds....
This is my 2nd review..initially my first review as a 1st timer I was very impressed..now ive gone alot and its progressively getting worse..if this owner is smart he will find an entire new staff that is ambitious to work..he can lose this place..which had so much potential..but the wrong staff will defintely close your doors..pizza is ok..starting to look like mr gattis with the sloppy uneven pizzas being made and raw dough..and wings..never again!!! Order of 5 that were burnt to a shrivel on top of how small..meatless..and bruised inside they were..definitely had a broken leg..ever again!
Wanted to try a new place sadly we were unhappy. The guy adding the toppings acted like he had went to Walmart or HEB and bought the topping supplies. No welcome when we walked in, no would you like anything else a drink or water? And the pizza looked okay. We were shocked at the service. Looks like we will be going back to our normal place for pizza.
First time customer… Walked in was not greeted or directed on how to order. When I did begin to order I was made to feel uneasy Because I was at “the wrong register.” When I voiced my opinion and the lack of customer service (respectfully and lightheartedly)… The manager on duty shared his smart Alec comments.. he was preparing a pizza right in front of me during the whole confusion of where I was to order. He did not speak up once when I was wondering where to order...leadership fail. On top of this...I just tasted the pizza sticks...Should be called pizza sucks.
Sad to change my review since I had such a positive dine in experience. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, or door dash might just take off with your pizza, like they did with mine. And since Rapid Fire's phone number goes directly to a full voicemail box, and your order won't show up in the door dash app, there's no recourse.
Workers were extremely rude and unpleasant. When I was next to place my order the worker who helped me did not even ask how she could help or state it was my turn. She just stared at me until I ordered. When I stated it was my first time she didn’t offer any support just stared at me. The salad that I received had a lot of old lettuce. While I was eating and as customers were coming in all the workers were hiding, not helping. Save you $$ and don’t bother with this place, MOD is better. Hopefully the workers learn better customer service.
***This is review is based on customer service*** Place an order online for my daughter and drove 30min from my location to pick. I walked in to the counter and the young lady didn't greet me or asked what I needed. I tried to engage and asked how her day was and nothing. She didn't ask if I was picking up or with a meal delivery service, just gave attitude. I gave her my name and she rudely handed me my order. Poor customer service.
I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience at rapid fire pizza. Despite repeating my order multiple times, they still managed to make my pizza incorrectly. To make matters worse, we waited a good 45 minutes for our wings, only to discover that they had given them to someone else. And the dessert pizza I was eagerly anticipating? Well, that never made it to our table either! It’s frustrating when a restaurant fails to deliver on both quality and service. Perhaps next time, I’ll consider trying a different pizza spot—one that prioritizes customer satisfaction and gets the orders right from the start! 🍕🤔
There is no system set up. So I had to order. Then tell cashier my order. Who did not give me the right stuff for my kids meal. Don't like that I could breath on uncooked Pizza dough. Then my kids pizza was Charred, And my husband's calzone was raw inside. Tables abd chairs where dirty. I mean it was Wednesday night. Of all the times of the week the place should have been clean. Not worth it!
We ate here last year was good This time we ordered 2 Mama Mias, one gluten free. Both crusts were tough & rubbery. The GF had hardly any meat & mushrooms, just tomatoes & sauce. We were watching the girl making the regular pizza which was loading good, but we had to move so maybe if we watched her make the GF she would have done an good job. Or if management is trying to off set expense of GF crust by putting almost no topping, that is poor business. We are two that will not return.
It was my first visit. Got a salad, pizza and cheese bread....picked order up at 1200 pm and ate at 5 pm. I put the salad in the refrigerator as soon as I got home, approximately 20 minutes. I got the salad out, it was wet and soggy. When I poured it into a bowl, it was a blob and made a plop sound when it hit the bowl. It was inedible and was thrown out. Was definitely a bad salad experience. Doubt I would ever go back, because I love salad with my pizza.
Ordered 2 pizzas for picked up in 1 hour. Arrived at the pick up time and was only given one of the pizzas. When addressed we were missing the other we waited over 45 minutes to receive it. While waiting we asked 3 times about the status of the 1 pizza only to be told it’s still in the oven each time... not very rapid when it comes to baking apparently. Watched 10+ people come and leave while we awaited the one pizza. We asked about the pizza that had been sitting an hour and the kid behind the counter just stared and said “I don’t know what you want me to do about it...”. Overall terrible experience, poor communication and won’t be going back I will fairly share that the manager did end up refunding our money and we did get to take our cold pizzas (some how neither seemed fresh).
We were starved after a very full day putting on school winter concerts. We love the fresh ingredients and good service at RFP, so we shot over there right before they closed. Unfortunately, the closing crew seemed very unhappy to see us. They made our pizza though they seemed unhappy to do it, and the dough guy was mad he had to get dough from the walk-in. There were two guys and a girl, who was more pleasant, but the guys seemed very out of sorts and negative Our presence was not at all welcomed even though we were not the last in the door. After we got our pizza from the put out employees, we got drinks and prepared to sit down when one employee walked up and said, "We close at 9." I said we would just eat our pizza quickly and go, as I was sure they wanted to get out of there. He glibly repeated "No, we close AT 9." I laughingly asked if he was throwing us out, and he leered at me with an irritated, blank look. So if I understand him right, if people at RFP have their food and are eating, and the time is 9:00, they have to immediately pack up and get out, or face rude employees demanding their departure? It was just a few minutes past 9:00. We got our stuff together and departed RFP. There was no "Have a good evening," "Thank you for coming," or "Happy Holidays." I just thought the experience was too low a standard for a place known for good food, fun, and positive customer relationships. Probably won't go back to this location, even though we were regular customers. :-(
So... I ordered a Taco Pizza for the second time. I talked to then about the first time they sent me a Taco Pizza with no lettuce, no tomatoes, ad no sour cream. I figured, hey... We all make mistakes. Well, I decided to give them another chance... So I ordered it again,as well as a 11" pepperoni pizza, and bread sticks. I called prior to then getting the order, and explained, nicely what happened the last time. He said he would make sure it was right this time. Well... I get my pizza and it was skimpy and, had hardly any lettuce on it... Both pizza's we're over cooked... Called the manager and he said, sorry... Bout it, I think this will be the last time I irder from rapid fire pizza. They're horrible. +At least in Universal City. My advice, order pizza from somewhere else.
Terrible first experience. I ordered online my food at 6:32pm and I didn’t get it till 7:05pm. It’s definitely not rapid whatsoever. People who came in after me got their food way before me. Super disappointed after hearing such “good” reviews. The “leader” in charge was too busy hanging out with friends then trying to figure out why I didn’t have my pizza on time.
There website is impossible to navigate and when we tried to call their voicemail box was not set up. When we ordered the pizza it errored twice and never sent an email. Our pizzas were all wrong, they basically ignored all our modifiers and made the pizzas wrong. I have heard very good things about this place and am seriously disappointed in the service. Not to mention when I went in to pick it up, they acted like they wanted nothing to do with me. I won’t be eating here again :(
Pizza was alright, but tasted like something my 8 year old would make. Looks alot better than it tastes. Young guy with pony tail was very polite once they actually took my order, but I was left twiddling my thumbs almost 5 minutes waiting for this ginger girl to even acknowledge me while she marked tickets. Maybe teach the people taking the orders some customer service.
Temporarily closed my ass. Phone number has been disconnected and there hasn't been any activity here for 8 mo ths. It's not coming back. No loss really. About 1000 other pizza joints in this area
