Nuestra cena en El Mundo estuvo demasiado deliciosa! Comida vegana tremenda con muchísimo sabor y muy buenas opciones variadas. Nos encantó el tartar de sandía y el curry de coco. Viviana nos atendió con excelente servicio y mucha calidez, gracias Viviana! El lugar está muy hermoso con in ambiente acogedor y romántico. Definitivamente nos encantó!

Una de las experiencias mas gratas en Ciudad de Mexico. El Mundo Restaurante es un lugar unico donde se fuscionan varias cocinas, la mexicana, thailandesa, griega e italiana. El menu es 100% vegano donde disfrutaras de sabores y olores magicos. De mis recomendaciones la tartara de sandia, las brochetas de seitan y el brownie de butterscotch te dejaran satisfechos. El servicio es excelente Angel y Viviana nos atendieron como reyes, son amables, profesionales, bilingues y siempre sonrientes. Nosotros hicimos reservacion en linea y todo excelente. Si andas por Roma Norte no dejes de visitarles.

Es un increíble lugar para una ocasión especial. Un espacio íntimo y de degustación suave que te acompaña en toda la estancia. El servicio fue atento, amable y cortés. (Gil es un tipazo)

We loved the food dispute many non vegans at the table. Portions are not large but I was fine. The salad was amazing, desserts great, good drinks, mushroom dish 5 stars, soup fantastic. We sat outside in the jungle. Lovely

What amazing food!! the fact that it is vegan is secondary. the watermelon tartar was one of the best we ever had! the skewered meat was also outstanding. In fact every dish we tasted was mui excellente. The drinks were unique, we had the Empress and the cinnamon stick smoke just filled the air with its sweet scent.

This was a truly amazing dining experience in Mexico City! Every single dish was incredible, but I highly recommend the birria tacos, taquitos, the gnocchi, the baba ghanoush, and the brownie for dessert. Incredibly inventive cocktails that all are amazing. The service was great with incredibly kind people. If you’re vegan, are looking to eat some vegetables in Mexico City please try to stop by!

Such a beautiful restaurant with an incredible menu. Needed some back and forth with server and kitchen to see what was gluten free but was overall a five star experience. I ordered the Polenta Panisse with a hearty mediterranean tapenade, the Marinated Watermelon Tartare (with corn tortillas instead of the standard gluten based crisps), and the Hibiscus Birria Taquitos that were topped with a tamarind sauce, habanero mousse, and red cabbage. There weren’t any gluten free desserts but honestly, I was more than satisfied with the savory dishes. My only note would be to label the menu preemptively with GF or GFO labels to spare the poor staff with the back and forth but either way, the staff were super accommodating. Highly recommend this restaurant!

We just fell into this place by chance and it was a most wondrous experience. Our host Viviana read us to a T with her tarot draw which set the scene for some exquisite cocktails. This was followed by tantalizing appetizers, a beautiful pizza, and we finished with some beautiful desserts. It was beautiful, romantic, and just a perfect evening.

I was delighted to find such a high quality vegan restaurant in Roma with a variety of foods beyond the usual options. The international inspired menu has a brilliant selection of entrees and main meals. We sampled a number of starters and main plates and were pleased to find each dish was unique and well considered. The visual details in addition to the exceptional flavours and textures made for an exquisite evening, alongside the tasteful interior (and external terrace) and chill ambiance supported by the perfect music (thankfully not too loud, just the right volume to allow for intimate conversation). The deserts were marvellous and again uniquely created with interesting yet satisfying flavours which perfectly rounded pff the meal. My partner and I had 2 cocktails and were thrilled to hear about the tarot card method for selecting drinks. Finally the staff were friendly and engaging with many speaking English and Spanish. Service was great with all staff being attentive and friendly.

Amazing vegan food. Some staff can also speak English, so if you don't know Spanish, don't be afraid to come. The watermelon tartare was amazing and my favorite dish. If you come by, you need to order this. The service was excellent, and the chef was very kind.

The overall experience is beyond my expectations. I like the watermelon tartare most, it is very hard to imagine all the ingredients are based on vegetables and fruits. Sandwiches was okay , and I also like the Greek grilled seitan a lot. You can taste variety of layers of favors in the sauce, that makes every bite unique.

As a lifelong vegan, I can confidently say this is some of the best vegan food I’ve had in my life. I’ve lived in Mexico City for two years and I come to el mundo at least once a week. You MUST order the mushroom sandwich and the ravioli 🫶 and the vibe is SO fun. Amazing music, great lighting. Don’t miss out!

El Mundi is a cozy charming restaurant with innovative really tasty food. The ambiance is so welcoming and elegant. The music playlist is really great. The lighting and decor create such a cosy warm ambiance. The chefs and waitstaff are incredible, friendly and really helpful and recommending a great meal. Remove any doubts that watermelon for dinner is weird! This was one of the best tasting meals I’ve experienced. I am still an eat eater but we met with our lovely vegan friends to experience this restaurant. We tried the polenta, watermelon tartare, hibiscus tacos and Greek style skewers. I’ll be thinking about that watermelon tartare for a long time. The flavours were amazing! We ordered 4 different cocktails as well and we lived them all. Beautiful restaurant and excellent service.

When the server feels compelled to recommend 'X' instead of 'Y' in your order, you get the 'X'. The 'X' in this instance was the Tartare, which is one of their lauded menu items. I wasn't excited about the idea of watermelon as a dinner item, but it was so well-executed and so wonderful that it's about to get its own paragraph here. I'll start by saying if I were served this without any explanation, I wouldn't have guessed it was watermelon. The consistency was much more reminiscent of tuna tartare, and between the oil drizzle and fresh chili and herbs, was a fresh and savory delight. Everything else was also wonderful, and i loved the thought and detail that went into the tarot-themed cocktails.

Staff was caring and had nice music playing in background, giving food vibes. I tried 3 dishes and a drink. Hibiscus Birria Taquitos was really good, i personally liked to kick off heat with tamarind sauce. This was very good dish. Second dish I ordered was Oaxacan Pellizcadas. This was on second position and i liked less compared to first one, it had slightly overpowering saltiness on cilantro leafs. Apricot sauce with tejocote was taking over hummus, which i missed flavour. Third dish i ordered was Bak Choy with Golden peanut oil and crunchy tofu was just okay compared to both dishes. I recommend this restaurant to try if you looking vegan food with some creativity.

El Mundo is a top notch place to have a full dining experience. In traveling around CDMX, I went to a number of vegan restaurants and this is by far the best. It was without question the best meal I had during my trip. The cocktails were so creative and tasty, but the thing that stands out the most was the overall experience. There was a bit of fun and magic in choosing a tarot card to decide my first drink. I got the Sun which was perfect for me that day, because I was working on a drawing of a sun. Traveling solo, I sat at the bar and the people working that night were so friendly and warm and made me feel right at home and included in the conversation. The chef/owner Rebecca is really working hard to create a special place and push forward the positive impacts of plant-based eating on environmental and human health, and do it in a way that is fun and pleasurable, in addition to being good for the world. Whether or not you eat a plant-based diet I think you will very much enjoy the food and your dining experience here. It was one of the highlights of my trip.

Me hospedaba cerca a este restaurante y es verdaderamente una sorpresa su ambiente y sus postres. Pedí los tacos hibiscus y el sabor podría equilbrarse mejor. Soy amante del tamarindo, pero fueron un poco ácidos y muy pocos. Entiendo la importancia de servirlos para que fuese bello el emplatado, pero son demasiado poco y no le hacen honor al país de la abundancia taquera. Sobre el postre, fue alucinante. El mejor brownie del mundo y el helado muy bien logrado para ser vegano. Ojalá trabajen en su cremosidad.

El ambiente es agradable y la comida rica. En realidad las porciones no son grandes pero se entiende que se espera calidad sobre cantidad. Muy buena atención. Puntos a mejorar, las cartas están impresas en papel y están sucias en verdad desagradable. En los restaurantes normalmente dan pan para acompañar sopas y platos fuertes y aquí nada.

El Mundo is a beautifully designed vegan restaurant with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and attentive service. The dishes are well presented and clearly made with care, but the portions are very small for the price. Flavor-wise, everything is nice and perfectly fine, yet nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, the prices feel quite exaggerated for what you get. Overall, a lovely place to sit and enjoy the ambiance, but the value for money is hard to justify.

The restaurant has good food, but the drinks were a bit disappointing. I’m not sure I’d recommend it, especially if you’re looking for a place to celebrate a special occasion. While the food is healthy and decent, it didn’t leave a lasting impression—it was just Food, nothing that made me say ‘wow.’ One unique aspect was the card thing they give you when you arrive—I’m not sure if they’re tarot or angel cards, but it was a nice touch. The overall vibe of the restaurant is cool and different, but it’s not one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. If you’re curious, it’s worth trying, but it wouldn’t be my first recommendation.”

Touted as the first fine dining resturant catering a full vegan menu in CDMX. Really nice ambience and very courteous service. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. We were the only ones in the resturant (6pm) on a Friday night and got excited and ordered quite a few dishes. Food was rather cold by the time it landed on our table; very small portions ( not particularly suitable for sharing). The ribs were very chewy so we sent it back. Pesquetal (disappointing as there was little flavor). The risotto was fine and pistachio mousse very smooth and tasty. Overall not the best value for money in CDMX.

la verdad no me gustó mucho ); fui muy feliz a celebrar mi cumpleaños aquí, me encantaba su dinámica del tarot y ya no la tienen, sus menús están descuidados, sucios. Nos sentaron en un lugar a lado de una coladera y olía horrible ); Las porciones son muyyy pequeñas para el precio ademas que el día que fui no tenían disponibles varios platillos y tuve que cambiar mi elección dos veces Creo que si es una experiencia en cierta parte lujosa deberían cuidar mucho los detalles

A diferencia de muchas reseñas aquí, mi experiencia fue malísima, llegué a este restaurante por sus buenas reseñas, asistí la semana pasada el domingo 16 de Noviembre, si bien el lugar es lindo y la atención es relativamente buena, la comida es una total decepción, los precios son excesivos para la calidad de la comida, las porciones son raquíticas y ridículas para el costo, lo más decepcionante fue el plato principal, pedimos una pizza que resulto ser únicamente masa con perejil sin nada más de lo que supuestamente debía traer (hongos, mousse de anacardo entré otros) , nunca había pagado tanto por masa con perejil, sinceramente no recomiendo este lugar y no quede invitada a regresar, así mismo hice mi retroalimentación en sus redes sociales y recibí una respuesta poco amable, donde se jactaban de tener buenas reseñas en Google, en lugar de analizar el porque de su mal servicio en fines de semana. Por cierto el día domingo no había más mesas ocupadas, éramos los únicos comensales, ahora entiendo porque lo vacío del lugar.
