Nos esforzamos por ofrecer un ambiente agradable, con opciones de asientos al aire libre y facilidades para personas con movilidad reducida. Avaliações de Copacabanito Ciudad De México
The food is very tasty, but I think they should serve a little more.
The tacos are delicious, they are quality, and the meat is tender, it's a good place to go with the family ❤️
Excellent tacos. The tacos al pastor are delicious and the perfect size. I ordered a steak volcano, which was amazing. The service was generally good, although a little distracted, but nothing that detracted from the quality of the food. We also ordered suadero and champiqueso tacos, and everything was truly delicious. I highly recommend it.

Ok
Everything is delicious, but they should offer vegetarian taco options like mushrooms, potatoes, or nopales. They only have nopales appetizers, and that's not enough :( The salsas are very good. The place is very clean, as are the bathrooms. The servers sometimes seem to be doing you a favor by serving you, although the manager is very friendly, ironically.
The food is pretty average, nothing like the quality and flavor of the original Copacabana. It's not exactly a cheap place, and the service is terrible. You have to stand on your chair to get the waiters to look at you, both to place your initial order and in case they offer you something later. Don't go too hungry, because it takes a while to bring your dishes, and the same goes for asking for the check and getting it. If you still want something from this taqueria chain, it's best to go to the location on Vértiz and División del Norte; you won't be invisible there.
They're good tacos, I dare say the best in the area in terms of flavor. BUT the service and management are terrible, and sometimes they have slightly strange orders that change from one visit to the next. They no longer put napkins in the center of the table, they no longer serve peanut sauce unless you ask for it, the waters are now half-liters and the same price as the "bola" (small bowl of water), or they suddenly change the staff to a single gender. There was a time when they only had male servers, and now they only have women, and I honestly don't know why. (By the way, I noticed they speak a dialect that they sometimes use to offend diners, thinking they only understand each other.) Personally, I preferred the service of the old servers because it was faster and more attentive. I suppose these are management decisions to save money, but they're truly absurd, and customers who have been coming here for years notice and even find it uncomfortable. In the service area, the grill chef seems deaf when you specify that he needs to remove an ingredient, and it's the same when you order to go (everything always arrives wrong). Even the manager makes a mistake with the order. Sometimes they don't have a delivery person and prefer you order via a delivery service 😑. In general, everything they sell tastes good. For me, it's the best pastor and suadero in the area. The prices are very good, but the truth is, the management and the rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired, and their service is even frustrating to the point where you want to get up and serve yourself. *The peanut sauce is the most delicious.
Normal
Family friendly in an open space environment, service is quick but food lacks on taste.
Everything was fine until I saw the taco vendors counting money and, without washing their hands, continuing to prepare the food and handle the tortillas. I pointed this out to both the waitress and the vendors, but they didn't seem to care. I had to cancel my tacos. I always enjoyed eating here. Unfortunately, I'll be leaving this place due to the poor hygiene. I hope you can speak with your staff to improve this.
The service was okay, nothing special. But seriously, I ordered a steak torta to go and it was just bread! And the avocado was rotten, I wouldn't expect anything less. It's a shame the waiters put in so much effort only to have the kitchen produce such garbage and end up like this. Mediocre
I went to this place on a quiet, uncrowded day, thinking that would allow for better service and better quality dishes. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. The food was completely flavorless. The salsas, which should be the soul of any Mexican dish, lacked the characteristic heat one expects. The fruit juice seemed more like water than fruit: no sweetness, no freshness. The most disappointing thing was the blue corn tortilla. Noticing its artificial color, I did the lime test and confirmed it wasn't real blue corn, but regular dyed corn. For the price they charge, one would expect much more. There are places with better seasoning, authentic ingredients, and more fair prices.
The people who work there are very inept; they send incomplete orders, and they're always rude when you go. The food quality is good. The managers don't know how to provide solutions.
