For hygiene reasons, tables should be cleaned immediately after they are vacated. The waitresses leave customers' plates on the vacant table for long periods of time and don't clean the table with soap and water between meals. 🤒🥴🤢 The tables are too high, making it uncomfortable to eat. The food is good, but not great. The chairs are already very worn and need to be fixed.

The dishes look very well presented in the photos. However, the stews I order are served so miserably, almost dry, and without any broth. That said, most of the food tastes good. The problem is that the staff makes mistakes, sometimes repeatedly, when I order takeout. They forget to send tortillas, salsas, or something else. The food is good; they just need to improve the service.

Terrible service. The food tasted bland and was lukewarm. They don't offer bread. The chili in the enchiladas seemed to have been watered down to make it runnier, and the juice tasted like it was plain, mixed with store-bought juice.

I had previously left a good review for this place; I had been ordering delivery for years, but over time I became very disappointed. Starting with the food, it no longer has the same flavor, and the delivery service is terrible. Often, the food arrives looking awful, with poor quality and taste, sometimes even freezing cold. At first, the food arrived in excellent condition, hot, and even with beans, all presented beautifully and with great flavor. Secondly, the customer service is terrible. From the moment you send a WhatsApp message or call, their responses are rude and curt. It's a shame because they started this business so well, being incredibly friendly at all times, and now they've let it go. They've lost a regular customer.
