Ok if you want tacos

With great sadness, I returned to one of my favorite places from years ago. The service was terrible, the beer was lukewarm, and the waitress told me, "If it's lukewarm, why don't you like it that way?" The tacos took more than 25 minutes to arrive and were cold. I had to get up to pay because they didn't bring the card reader back. The place was only half full. I don't know if it's possible to get back to the service it was 10 years ago.

The price of the tacos is a bit high, the portion sizes for drinks and food are small, and the customer service is not good.

LaFragua was one of the places where you would get a great quality taco with great flavor and where you would get what you paid for. This location is well below average. I wish I had read the reviews before eating here. Service is slow, food has no taste, very disappointed. Don’t bring your family here. Drive 5 more minutes and go to the Sierra Vista location.

Today at 10:30 pm, my family and I went to the Carranza branch, and upon entering the women's restroom, I saw a Juan (a type of cockroach). I didn't comment at the time, however, we were sitting in the red chairs when another Juan appeared, and of course we changed tables. We mentioned this to the waitress, and they kindly gave us a complimentary hibiscus water. I'm saying this because it's sad that a place we used to frequent will no longer be the same. The quality of the food and meat isn't the same as it used to be, and with the Juan problem they have, we definitely won't be returning.

I've been there twice, and both times I've been disappointed with the service. Whether there are diners or not, they take a long time to serve you. It took them around 40-50 minutes to bring me two tacos. They only give one menu per table (because the menu is so large, they're not allowed to give more?), which I find quite odd. It took over 30 minutes to bring us the check. The taco vendors are very helpful. They even notice the poor service from the waitresses and insist that they serve us. The food is generally good, but based on the service, we wouldn't return. I hope they can improve.

Terrible service, it took me an hour to get served. There are like four waiters, and they all don't do anything. They wander around, you ask for the check, and they ignore you. When they finally bring it, you have to wait another hour. If you want tacos, avoid these. Three pesos service fee.

*** SKIP THIS PLACE*** The food was "OK" ... certainly not worth anything like the price they charge. The service is where they really suffered. The worst service I've had during my touristic visit to Mexico. We were basically ignored when we sat down, and then a guy came over and put an order sheet on the table. No prices or explanation of what anything was. He took no drink order or anything. Then some guys came over and sat at the table beside ours. They were immediately attended to with menus and drinks. Finally the same waiter who took care of them came over and we asked for menus. We had to basically force our drink order on him. We then ordered... After a LONG, LONG wait the guy shows back up with the WRONG ORDER, which was for the adjacent table. FINALLY our plates came. The waiter never attended to us again until we asked for the check.
