It's generally noisy, they have tables but they're usually occupied, it's better to sit at the bar, they're quite busy so it takes a while to serve, however the flavor is very good and the prices are good, a very good option for eating in the area.

we saw that there’s a huge line outside so we decided to try it. when we order there’s no line though. half a chicken was 62 pesos, which i thought after wasn’t cheap at all, if you think about Costco’s chicken. service was bad, the guy who took my order was not polite at all. the rayburger was very underwhelming as it was just a piece of chicken nugget style patty. the chicken is okay, edible. the skin was very salty so the flavor in the meat is much less. it’s mostly not marinated but seasoned on the skin. the chicken leg meat was very soft, which i didn’t like. overall, i’d say other fast food is much better. didn’t take a picture of the chicken as it came in a plastic bag.

Food was just ok nothing special staff where very rude. Paid for my food and sat on the table to eat apparently that upset them because they said my food was to go and therefore could not eat there apparently to eat and use their table it was more money I offered to pay the extra amount so me and my family could eat there since I didnt know witch they refuse and would not give me utensils or plates arguing my food was to ho even thoe I offered to pay the extra money. Didn't get what the big deal was.

Terrible delivery service. This is the third time we've tried ordering by phone and they always let us down. Today, after two hours of calling them, they told us that "their motorcycle broke down and that's why they weren't arriving on time." It's a shame because the chicken is delicious.

On Monday, November 17th, we were hungry because we hadn't eaten. Leaving the palace, we walked to the Sevilla metro station. There's a Ray rotisserie there. I thought the service had improved, but it's still the same. The guys don't heat the tortillas; they were really hard. The chicken was tasty, but the tortillas were so hard that one of my teeth came loose when I bit into it. Those employees are terrible; they don't serve customers in a friendly way.
