Definitivamente regresaremos. Excelente pasta, buena pizza, postres y capuccino. Excelente servicio.

Antojo de comida Italiana, este es el lugar. Por la zona hay mucha oferta y variedad de sitios más ostentosos o remodelados, aquí el mobiliario está atrapado en el tiempo y dentro no es nada atractivo estar. Sin embargo el sabor de sus platillos perfectamente te podrían transportar a una tratoría tradicional, se esmeran en el cuidado de sus platillos, buena atención y recomendaciones. Buena trilogía entre, calidad, porción y precio.

Una opción de comida italiana para comer en el centro de coyoacan. Lo bueno: las pastas son muy ricas y los platillos de salmón que manejan están muy bien. Sobre todo el de costra de nuez. El rib eye también estaba muy bien, un corte grueso terminó medio con buen sabor y poco nervio y mucha grasa rica. El agua fresca de naranja dulce, natural y fresca. Lo regular: la ensalada no era de verdura fresca y la arrachera era muy delgada. El agua de limón muy ácida, ni con yerba buena se le quito. Lo malo: si se ponen a fumar fuera entra todo el humo. Ah y no olviden probar sus helados, son algo caros pero el de pistache es bueniisimo

El servicio es bueno, simplemente bueno, como en todo tienen su defecto y en Rafafaelle no es la excepción, tardan más de 30min en traer la orden, se equivocan por falta de atención queriendo atender dos mesas al mismo tiempo y las cantidades aunque no son limitadas dejan mucho que desear Muy higiénico tanto en piso como en los servicios sanitarios

La comida nos gustó mucho! Los chilaquiles, los molletes, el café todo muy rico con un gran ambiente familiar y el servicio excelente y es pet friendly. Sin duda volveré

A quick and delicious lunch, with a good variety of drinks and a super pleasant atmosphere, relaxing music, and overall the place is nice. The only bad thing was the service. They weren't rude, just indifferent, and they added the tip to the bill (very unpleasant since they don't even provide good service), which was funny because I was planning on leaving more anyway.

Fuimos 2 personas, el total fue de $1,400 aproximadamente esto ya con el 15% de propina Las porciones son bastante grandes, considero que hasta son para compartir, SUPER RECOMENDADO LA PIZZA NAPOLITANA, clásica y super rica... Sin embargo es lo único destacable de todo lo que pedí La pasta con camarones no sabía a nada y cuando digo nada es literal nada, pedimos un agua de limón con hierbabuena y estaba super fuerte, la ensalada bien, pero a secas. LO MEJOR FUE LA ATENCIÓN, súper atento el mesero que nos atendió, solo que debería de preguntar antes de mover los platos xd porque yo estaba enfermo y puso un cubierto que yo dejé en mi plato en dónde va la mantequilla para untar 🤣

La comida es buena. Mi queja viene principalmente por el mesero. Por más que intentaba comunicarme con él, simplemente no entendía mis peticiones le tuve que repetir mi orden 3 veces, no me explicó bien lo de las promociones en pizza, y no supo contestarme si habían entradas para compartir.

I understand they love their dogs, but that's not acceptable in restaurants or places where others use the same furniture. I hope the staff cleans the table properly. 😖

We chose Rafaelle to satisfy our craving for Italian food, believing it would be a safe choice, but the experience was mediocre. The first warning sign came with the house bread. Restaurants, take note: if you're going to serve bread, it should be fresh and warm. What we received seemed to have been reused from other tables, without any care, and they didn't even bring butter. The bread just sat there, without purpose. The service was poor, lacking attention to detail and making no effort to improve the experience. When the food finally arrived, my lasagna was tasty, but nothing exceptional. Recently, I ate at another Italian restaurant in Mexico City where the lasagna was so incredible that you wanted to hug the cook. Here, it was just acceptable. Furthermore, the line to get in is unjustified. The restaurant is overrated, expensive, and delivers less than it promises. With so many better Italian options in the city, I see no reason to return.

Quisieron cobrarnos el servicio a fuerzas, hemos visitado en varias ocasiones, en esta fue muy desagradable el servicio y la actitud del mesero. La racion de pasta y el sabor dejaron mucho que desear.

La verdad creo que me fui con los comentarios, ya que para nada es delicioso, es muy grasosa la comida, el personal se molesta si le realizas algún comentario, y una vez que realice el comentario, dejaron de atendernos. Solo nos dieron la cuenta y fueron a cobrar hasta que quisieron. La verdad, al principio muy amables, pero no escuchan realmente los comentarios, la crítica siempre es constructiva. Y más en el ámbito de la comida. Y a todo esto, aún se molestan más, si la propina no es más del 15%. Me pareció muy nefasto la actitud.

I wish our experience was the same as others. 1st pizza was barely cooked. Had to be reorder the pizza and it was still undercooked. That pizza came after everyone else was finished eating. Also we never got the Cesar salad we ordered. And we were given and charged for a jug of wine when we only asked for 1 glass several times. And finally we asked for a carajillo after dinner and never received that either.
