Burger King's hamburgers are good. They have a wide variety of burgers at different prices. My favorite is the Whopper Jr. with cheese. They also always have various promotions and coupons to use. For dessert, they've introduced the dulce de leche pie, and I highly recommend the ice cream.

It would be the cashier telling me "help me with a survey and then I'll give you your food" ?????? for a free ice cream and then when opening this section she put with her finger the 5 stars that I clearly already changed, they gave me the ice cream before my food and I couldn't even eat it because I was hungry

I bought two Whopper combos, they were cold, the burgers were very cold, the fries were cold and unsalted, and the soda machine didn't work. In such a busy plaza and with these flaws, there's a lot to be desired. You have to apply yourself.

I love eating at Burger King but this time I was very disappointed. First of all they didn't want to serve me anymore because it was late, even though I had 15 minutes left. They finally served me reluctantly. The guys didn't have their names or anything that I could identify them. I bought a Wopper and the meat had strange pieces of skin on it, horrible! I only ate half because each bite was like eating a hamburger with the worst meat 😵‍💫 They really put me off ordering that burger again (now I'm worried about the origin of the meat). Personally, I won't go back.

Si tienen la oportunidad de pedir de aquí en Uber Eats DESAPROVÉCHENLA, es pura publicidad engañosa, hamburguesas pequeñas, mal preparadas y frías. La única salvable la "Whopper Jr" y eso porque lleva más ingredientes, la "King Rodeo"? Un fiasgo y peor tantito CARÍSIMAS; costo real $509, con "descuento" $259, pero parece que con ese descuento le quitan todo al producto. Adjunto imágenes.

Quiero comprar un cono grande de $12 y al pagar con un billete de $20, me dice la cajera que le pague exacto porque no tiene cambio. Al decirle que es lo único que tengo se queda callada. Le pregunto ¿me lo vas a vender? Y me dijo que NO. Pésima actitud de servicio.

Hi! Today I made my third purchase at this Burger King, and they're getting worse every day. All three times they've messed up my order. The first time, it was a chicken burger with BBQ sauce and caramelized onions. I had to send it back because they didn't add BBQ sauce or caramelized onions. When they supposedly remade it, they added the bare minimum of BBQ sauce and three tiny pieces of caramelized onion. Their advertising is misleading; it's NOTHING like what they advertise. The second time, the SAME THING happened! And today, because someone else insisted, I ended up ordering a chicken burger, and when I opened it, I found a BEEF burger! It's unbelievable that they make so many mistakes. I had to give my food away because I DON'T eat beef. So, these three times, I threw my money away. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THAT BRANCH, AT LEAST NOT. Their advertising is misleading; they need a visit from consumer protection agencies. And don't even get me started on their staff, who aren't adequately trained or qualified to prepare orders. Even worse... their manager clearly isn't paying attention to the orders or what's leaving the branch. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

It's very crowded, and the girl is super slow, apart from the fact that she makes faces at you, they didn't even have jalapeños, just ketchup. I asked her to explain to me why I always buy McDonald's and she got upset, she was like, ((aha and??? Read the screen)) I really didn't even know what a soda was, and she was like, ((aha on this side,)) and I was like????????? On this side what? 😂 but oh well....... NEVER BUY THERE, FOR $160, BETTER LIKE ANYWHERE ELSE. Expensive, slow and with cheeky heads, nothing's better, really.

Terrible service. If the young man in charge of serving fries served them with the same care he takes, we wouldn't have to wait for hours. The cashiers just chat and, seeing how many people they have, prefer to talk or play games while the orders pile up.
