I expected more from the food, but the staff were excellent and helped me with an order issue related to another company. While the pizza wasn't a 10/10, the offer of two pizzas plus a box is very good.

First of all, I want to exclude from this review the guy who served us, one with a tattooed forearm, because he was the only one who seemed to care a little about customer service, advising us and apologizing. We placed the order, we asked another guy (up to 3 times) if he could give us a cloth to clean a dirty table and on the third time and without saying a word, as if annoyed by making him work, he passed the cloth. While the first boy seemed to be the only one working, there were up to 8 people inside laughing, singing loudly to the music they seemed to have on their cell phone (because at a given moment they all went outside and the music started to cut off), and specifically one of them with gray hair was joking around with two girls in street clothes who seemed to be making the pizzas. Result? They have not seen a circle in life. See the photo (and so on). The cartons to put the pizza slices are neither there nor expected. And to finish, I go to the toilet and it's very dirty, without paper, so I had to go out, get napkins and clean it myself.

Unbelievable. Today, humans are capable of going to space, but Telepizza Marratxí can't do something as simple as deliver a pizza. It's 11:26 PM, and I'd have to write a lot to describe how surreal tonight's experience has been. After delivering the wrong order of two pizzas and notifying them, they told me I had to eat the correct one and wait for them to replace the second pizza. I expressed my dissatisfaction and explained that they should replace the entire order since I wasn't going to eat alone while the other person was still waiting for their meal. Initially, they refused, and before the pizza had even cooled down completely, I took ONE bite. Immediately afterward, they called to say they were going to send both pizzas, to which I thanked them and mentioned that I had taken a bite of one of them. They said they were going to send both anyway. We left both boxes untouched (minus a bite taken out of them), and after 50 minutes, they called to say that apparently the delivery driver had come to pick them up and leave them fresh, and that we had "told" him the pizzas were fine! I couldn't believe it; my patience was wearing thin, and I explained that no one had come by and we were starting to think they weren't going to serve us... After several calls to the driver, they told me that he had taken the pizzas back to the restaurant and that they were going to make new ones! Finally, almost two hours after I placed the original order, I was still waiting for dinner, which hadn't arrived. And EUREKA! The doorbell rang! The pizzas arrived, and what a surprise! The delivery driver appeared with a "little girl" who started yelling at us for returning a pizza with a bite taken out of it! I insisted that she was wrong and should be careful what she said because she apparently hadn't heard about the call I had previously had with the manager. After trying to ridicule me for "ruining" a pizza because I didn't want to eat separately, recommending we use the microwave to reheat it, and with sneers and phrases like "go to hell," they handed us the new order and left. I've attached photos of the received order. As you can imagine, I went to the restaurant and returned the pizzas immediately, showing the state in which the order finally arrived and summarizing the employee's rude attitude. They refunded me, and after expressing my disappointment with the staff's lack of professionalism, I left. Even though they apologized for what happened with the delivery, they ruined the start of my weekend. I certainly won't risk going through such a bad experience again.

Good evening! Today I placed a Telepizza order through the app at 8:30 PM. It asked me to choose a delivery time, I selected 9:00 PM, and it arrived half an hour later. I ordered a soft drink, and since they didn't have it, they brought me something else. I left my phone number so they could call me if I wanted it or offered me something else, but they just brought me whatever they felt like. The potato wedges were awful—raw and hard. And the pizza—I didn't take a picture, but I ordered a medium mushroom and bacon pizza. They showed it to me, and it was a disgrace. It wasn't cheap, though; it was the set menu for €18, plus €3.95 for delivery. They're not like they used to be. I'm sorry, but they've lost a customer.

The other day we ordered some pizzas and this is what arrived: €27.90 for two pizzas that had four olives and two clumps of meat in the center. It literally had nine slices of pepperoni, and for the price I'm paying, it seems like a rip-off. Not to mention that the pepperoni didn't taste good. Since the reopening, it's been nothing but problems every time we order. I'll think twice next time, if there even is a next time, which I doubt.

We're regular customers, but the pizzas are nowhere near what they used to be, and the staff has all changed for the worse. It's unacceptable that they deliver a pizza in this condition, and even worse that it takes almost 30 minutes. The garlic bread was drenched in oil and had no cheese. I don't think we'll be back, even though we used to go every Tuesday. What a letdown.

We ordered a double-crust carbonara because we love the cheese filling it has and it came completely plain and on top of that they charge you extra for having the filling, a scam and it's not the first time it's happened to us, I wanted to give it another chance but no more as it's not exactly cheap 20€ for this pizza

I went to the Riera location, a total disappointment. After a super bad experience with my children, I wanted to give it a second chance, having been a Telepizza customer for years, but to my surprise, the Marratxí location was worse... Full of employees walking around drinking beer and smoking what isn't tobacco outside... You get the idea. If you notice, they make pizzas in the kitchen without washing their hands... It's shockingly awful. I don't recommend going to this location. I've been to many Telepizza restaurants in Spain, but this one takes the cake; they should inspect it and close it down... Don't go there with your children if you don't want them to get sick. As I said before, they have no hygiene whatsoever.

Apart from the waitress who was somewhat attentive, the food was atrocious Starters were frozen foods that were not cooked inside Pizza was by far the worst i have tasted and not even cheap! Toppings seemed bland and the restaurant was empty
