What really stood out were their cueritos — they had an amazing texture and a rich, savory taste that complemented the carnitas perfectly. You can really tell they take pride in their food. The restaurant itself has a welcoming and comfortable vibe. It’s a two-story building — the first floor is an open-air area, which is perfect if you enjoy fresh air and natural light. The second floor is equipped with A/C units, offering a cooler option for those hot days. Both areas are spotless and nicely decorated, which adds to the overall pleasant dining experience. They also offer a great variety of drinks, including soft drinks and beer, making it easy to pair your meal with your favorite beverage. The service was friendly and quick, and everything felt well-organized. If you’re in the area and craving authentic carnitas, this spot is a must-visit. The best carnitas in town! Their to-go packages are perfect for sharing, or if you prefer to eat in, you can add sides like pico de gallo, radishes, or pickled onions—they're free! They often have live music, and the new facilities are fantastic. Ask for your complimentary dessert! 😉

For food lovers, this is an amazing place. The carnitas, which are on the entire menu, are delicious. Whether you order them in tacos, by the kilo, or however you like, they're delicious and of excellent quality. There's no doubt they're experts at preparing carnitas. It's a must-visit in Ciudad Valles. Family-friendly atmosphere. The staff is very attentive and respectful. Highly recommended.

Excellent place, the best carnitas I've had in Ciudad Valles, San Luis Potosí. Great service, friendly staff, excellent attention. They give you an appetizer of crispy, golden-brown chicharrón tacos. The table is well-stocked with carnitas, crispy chicharrón, and the best part: a complimentary side of cuerito and buche (pork stomach), which they give you separately for an extra charge. Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed, I assure you. It's definitely one more place on my list of favorite restaurants—delicious and reasonably priced.

The place is excellent. It's very spacious, everything is in very good condition, and the bathrooms are super clean. I ordered a package that includes 1/4 of carnitas and lemon and cucumber water, and I was satisfied. In terms of quality and price, it's fair. I was served by a young guy who, upon seeing him, made me think of the song "My First Job." Still, he was super attentive and caring.
