I love Jack in the Box but the tacos now days are mostly taco shell and very little meat. The shell is over half empty so when it is fried it becomes a sharp object cutting up my mouth. I would be fine with a price increase if the would just fill the taco up.
This Jack in the box has stepped their game up. Food has been great the last few times I have went. Friendly employees also. Definitely a big departure from the crap it used to be. Good job management
My husband and I always go late at night. Usually after midnight. The wait is average for that time of night. I don't mind waiting because the food is always fresh and that is very important to me! The staff is always friendly.
It's late at night..line of cars at drive-thru ..but yet.. employees took my order pay at window and didn't have any problems what so ever.. Ladies were very polite and friendly when i pay at window..and told Thank-you for being open late night. Food was good too !!!
Best fast food experience I've had in cleburn in the past 2 years! Customer service was on point, Nathan you're amazing, and the food was fast, correct & delicious. Smiling, courteous staff led to a great experience. Almost wish we went inside rather than using the drive through. Keep it up guys and thank you!

I normally do not eat at jack in the box. But my daughter was buying and we were on our way to see her grandmother in the hospital. Chin up l went in placed my order. Was shocked at how good the food was. I even told the young man, hats off to your restaurant. It was really good' and l will be back.

The young girl currently working the drive thru is so sweet! My daughter asked about a specific product they no longer offered and she went above and beyond to provide amazing customer service. I forgot to ask her name, but she is the kind of employee you want working for you! That's what makes people want to return. She deserves a raise!!!
Any time I go in I'm always greeted with an open smile. The staff if very understanding and are always willing to go out of the way to try and solve an issue. About a week ago I had called in for 6 tacos but they had already closed lobby, but they made sure I was able to pay for and get the tacks. It's rare to get this kind of customer service from a fast food restaurant. My go to is always the tacos. Gotta love them.
We were served, at the register and not a kiosk, immediately after walking in. The young man behind the counter was super nice. It was clean, the service was fast and the food was great. The prices seemed to be cheaper than competitors breakfasts as well. Highly recommend this location.
This location was excellent. The food was fast and fresh and the young man in charge even gave me my veterans discount simply because I was wearing my veterans hat. This morning was a great breakfast to get my day started right. Thank u so much to the entire staff of this location.
love there chicken sandwich. fries are some of the best around. super clean area and the staff was very courteous. one of the best jack in the box's been to in a long time. great job guys! my wife said the fries were some of the freshest in a long while
The food was great and friendly service. The only issue I have is that considering the covid virus and safe food handling procedures they could be cleaner and safer about touching everything they hand you through the window in the Drive-Thru . For what I saw the employees wear rubber gloves which protects them but then they don't change their clothes with each customer therefore passing germs and nastiness to customers by touching everything they hand them and then not doing this love change for the next customer. These are things to consider that many don't period everything they touch is passed on to the next person. I am Health department certified and knowledgeable in this matter.
Good food for what it is, a little too pricy for what you get, even an in-n-out double double is cheaper than a chicken sandwich here, but regardless very satisfied, been coming to this location for a while
According to my past experiences, there's like an 90% chance you'll be satisfied with the food you receive from this location 🙂 keep those expectations realistic though
They serve the best iced caramel coffee I have ever tried. I went there to get one the other day through drive through. The girl getting the order, informed me that they were out of them, and that’s okay it happens. But she was very rude and seemed like she didn’t care at all. I ended up getting another things and the rest of the staff was very nice, it was just that one girl
This was our first visit here so we had to have staff walk us through what to do and show us around. They were very helpful, polite and forthcoming. We had some breakfast tacos, which were excellent. This is not our favorite type of restaurant but it was a good visit. We'll definitely go back for BBQ.

I see great things happening here! Although there was an issue with the accuracy of my order, the management team went out of their way to make it right. Mistakes in today's environment are unfortunately common. What's not common is admitting the mistake, being genuinely apologetic, and through leadership and team work ensuring said mistakes are kept to a minimum. Manager Kevin coached his staff while I waited for my order to be corrected in a positive and upbeat manner. Great job to your staff.
Have a good special going right now. 2 sausage croissants for $5. Got that and 2 tacos. Love their tacos. I did drive through but the food is always hot and good.
It's hard to day a whole lot about a fast food chain. The service was prompt and they were kind of busy at 10am. The food was cheeseburger and fries that were very nice.

Delicious food,yummy, never knew about their mini spicy tacos till my bro.ordered them. The portions on the reg.tacos are different and more on an order of 2 then smaller on order of 10:-( From 20 years back they've always been great about their price for me to order 🍅 tomato sandwiches because I'm vegetarian!and being Seventh day Adventist Christian diet has always been important for me!My ex.fiance Jadson Pinheiro was the one who clued me in on this.:-)Very Very 😊 happy all in all!keep up the great work!! and happy holidays!!!!!
Ordered a Bacon Cheese Burger meal in the drive thru. The burgers seem to be getting smaller and smaller while the price goes up and taste like a machine made them and not a worker. The fries, well I dont like fries so nothing to comment on. The root beer drink was great.
The food here is hot and fresh but I give them only three stars because I waited my entire lunch break for my food to be ready and I didn't even get the chance to eat before I was back at work. If you are looking for a quick bite to eat do not come here but if you have at least an hour to spare and don't mind waiting I would totally come here anytime.
Hi everyone well I drove through the drive thru. I ordered several things. The ultimate cheeseburger Large curly fries Large drink The sourdough jack Large curly fries Large drink Two regular tacos 5 piece nuggets Now when you order fries of any kind. You expect one a full container, and two full fries not bits an pieces. A third of my container was just bits an pieces. Paying for a large curly fry,but getting only a small fry amount in container. No one expects a half empty container. Nor do you expect the little crumbs as a fries order. Who is going to pour a "hot" order of fries out in the car? No one is going to do that in a car. If I had been in the location. I could have gotten this fixed. However, why are you giving a patron something you would not accept for yourself?
Rate 3 to 3 1/2 but sometimes 4 star. Not a 5 but just depends on craves. Breakfast sandwiches avail. All day, curly fries Teriyaki Bowls & Egg Rolls always on my thoughts but most of their menu priced greater than what should be. Flavor not consistant at this location and hasn't ever gotten as good as it was before the remodel couple years back. When they check for completing the order you may find it best to remain calm & Just say ok or just say surprise me cause many times you drive away to find the surprise is nothing being right about the order when you get home. Just keeping it real ...must be something addicting cause again the craves come & go.
Usual JIB fast food. But why ate thru so slow, znd why are ghe so lacking in customer service skills. Common courtesy covers a lot of other issues.

Drive thru was packed, so decided to go inside. I had to wait, but not too long. Got my order and went home. Wife's order was good. Mine was not. I ordered a double cheeseburger, but got a single and the bun was stale. I want to support this business, but I am disappointed. Staff was nice. Dining room is way too warm. If the customers are hot, can only imagine how uncomfortable the staff is.
Most of the time I'm very happy with this particular Jack in the box. This last trip however on Saturday the 23rd was pretty bad. It was the slowest crew I'd ever seen there. The main manager wasn't there and I don't think the assistant was either. He usually runs a pretty tight ship, and so does she. They need better crew leaders to stand in when they're not there. The wait was terribly long and not just for me, I saw a woman that used the drive thru pull to the front and sat there for over ten minutes for what looked like half a bag of food.
Went through the drive thru. Had to wait about 15 minutes behind 3 other cars. I don't know what they were doing wit the car at the window but they could have had them pull around to the front and help the other cars. I would have left but there were cars behind me. The employee at the window was kinda rude and just threw my food. The lid on the drink was barely on and spilled when I made a turn
I have not been to Jack in a long time. Thought I would go and get a breakfast jack. The lady in the windows was extremely rude. Is that necessary? My coke was gross. Taste like dishwater and I asked to change it to sprite and she acted like I just ruined her year.
I got 2 tacos for $1.98, 1 small fry for $2.89 and an ice water . Tried to charge me Almost $9. I asked how much each was as the manager walked up and said here's your free ice water. Be careful if they might charge you for water?
The food was horrible the fries were soggy and mushy swimming is grease, it soaked right through the bag and got deeply in the new upholstery on my brand new truck still can't get it out and that was days ago. The smell was bad enough the first day but after 4 days of trying to get the grease out of the upholstery and the sunny humid conditions it smells so bad I'm very frustrated cuz I know they're not going to pay for my upholstery to be properly cleaned and now I'm going to go around smelling this because it's nothing that I can afford that's why I eat at Jack in The box.
Got the gremlin meal to get the air freshener and I didn't get one. I asked for napkins and didn't get any. Food was at least hot .
Went to get the new Ribeye Burger first of all Employee had no idea what was on it, then it took forever for 1 Burger and it was the worst burger i have ever had from yall. Its was cold and so dry i couldnt eat it. Even adding Mayo it was still dry plus i asked for NO TOMATOES and got TOMATOES. I Work in the Restaurant business so i know things are tough at times but this was ridiculous train your Employees customer service and cooks how to cook.
Was in the drive through for over 40 minutes with only one car in front of me. It took 35 minutes for the truck in front of me just to make it to the window. After that I sat at the window while the worker sat behind the window with her airpods in drinking soda. You would think that you could get fast food on your hour break at work, but if you're in a rush don't come here.
The girl that took the order was pretty rude when it came to explaining that they could not do three orders for one vehicle; while I understand that this is against some form of policy. However, after explaining this and the fact that the dining area was closed, so we could not go inside to do three separate orders, she was short in temper, while taking the two orders we had consolidated. They also got the order wrong.
Went thru the drive thru. Ordered croissant with bacon no egg combo. And spicy chk sandwich combo. And 2 Jr cheeseburgers. Took quiet sum time. Asked nicely if we could have ketchup and if hash browns for croissant combo were in bag. Not only did they not put hash browns, the forgot the fries and 2 burgers. Then went as far as calling us liars when we went inside to get it corrected.
The black lady that was in the drive through it looked like her name tag said candou, was extremely rude, not letting me complete a single sentence whenever I was ordering before she would start talking over me and it was the same way with the person Infront of me. When I got to the window to pay she reached into my truck and snatched the money out of my hand before I even had the chance to hand it to her and then basically threw my food at me and slammed the window shut. Extremely poor customer service.
Service is terrible. Tried to get one of the girls attention and she just stared at me. There was a line in the lobby and they weren’t helping anyone. They were only worried about drive-through.
Food was good. The overall attitude of the workers was terrible. I came into Jack in the box around 5:00 PM and there was a brown headed guy arguing with a blonde haired guy about who does the strawberry machine better. I think heard many many curse words. The professionalism was under par if I do say so myself. Hopefully they can get better leadership in to fix the problems.
We ordered the fish sandwiches, fries and drinks... the fish tasted ok at first but something about it just wasn't right. After we got home, we were both so sick to our stomachs an hurting like crazy. Its a good thing we had 2 bathrooms. Will definitely not go back here again.
We sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. We had a small order and they acted like they were so irritated by our patronage. When we asked for salt the drive thru girl snarled flaring het nostrils like a wild animal. Needless to say we wont be going back.
I drive up to the parking lot and look at the hours listed. Lobby should close at 10. Nothing to indicate reduced hours so I went in. I saw the roll of trash bags holding the door opened. The lobby was closed and the drive through isn't exactly the speediest of experiences with 6 to eight cars in line.... Oh well.
The Jumbojack wasn't jumbo at all. The meat was cold and I only live 3 blocks from there. It was a nasty burger that I put into my trash. I wouldn't even give it to my dogs . It was that bad. This place is going in the same direction as Burger King if they don't change the quality of their food. It seems like everything that was good there has been changed. The ultimate cheeseburgers no longer ultimate. The jumbo Jack's are no longer jumbo. Hamburgers just don't taste the same as they used to I hate that because they were better than dairy Queen here but it's hard to tell which one's better now dairy Queen serves flowered shaped meat from high school. I guess probably the best alternative for late night would be to drive to Burleson.
Dashers beware you're in for a scare! 1 hour after arrival to pick up a done order and a locked lobby so you have to go through the drive through. late at night the staff will try to give you dirty cups and items and they will be upset if another employee tells them to wipe the items clean.
slow and always gets orders wrong. we had to sit there for nearly an hour in the parking lot (after we went through the drive thru) because they kept bringing us bags with things missing. its annoying and bad service. im not sure if its just because theyre short staffed or what, but managment needs to pull it together. dont come here
Not often do I write a bad review, or one at all, however this morning, I had quite a bit of inspiration. Having been forced to pay more because they neglected to have medium sized buns, then once I arrive home, I come to find out they also neglected to put the hashbrowns in my meal. I shrugged it off, and look in the one bag to look for any straws. I understand this is all very minor, first world problems, but these review boards are not here for nothing. I don't have to be physically assaulted to post a comment on here, and neither do any of you. I just have to wonder sometimes if I should have to drive back to get what I paid for in full and then some.
Ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a dr pepper. She put down sec. I told her i only wanted sausage so she puts no egg no cheese... I corrected her twice. Told me my bill was $9 and change. When i got to window i asked why a plain sausage biscuit was the same as a s.e.c . again she told me they held tbe egg and they held the cheese. Si i had a sausage biscuit. I told her to give me the price of a plain sausage biscuit. When she came back my bill was $5 and change.i was being over charged $4.00. If i had not questioned it.
We waited for 30 min... at 11:30 at night - there was only us & another car in line. The lady working apologized because she screwed up the order for the car behind us (ask me why the hell that mattered if our order was fine & we were first?) she then proceeded to drop said bag of food on the ground - while laughing & joking with another employee & making us wait- then had to remake it all again. Drove off with food only to find our own order was messed up by not fulfilling our one. simple. request. I’m done buying food here.
I ordered a ultimate cheeseburger and the spicy roost fries in the Drive-Thru. When I opened my fry box it contained a small order of fries. Maybe? 5 button jalapenos, two small pieces of chicken not enough to make even one chicken nugget and gobs of cheese and I think taco sauce. For $3.50 plus the government share I would expect a lot more. At least enough chicken for 4 nuggets. The young lady was very nice and polite and I would have felt bad for her if I was dining in and received this as my meal. The ultimate cheeseburger was delicious but I didn't know they started using three and a half inch buns. It looked like a double cheeseburger and I am still hungry after both. I don't remember exactly what I was charged but I know I handed over a $10 bill and got coins back so it was $9 and some cents. I am highly disappointed and this is the reason I no longer eat out. A frozen 10 pack of cheap burgers is $8. Disgusted customer signing off
Only 2 cars ahead of me. I placed 2 orders at the drive thru. I specifically asked for sauces for my orders. Lady reads my orders back, ok, all sounded good. I get to the window, pay for them. Waited, she sends me to wait in the front for my order to be brought out. Again, I reminded her to please make sure my sauces are in the bag. Ok, 17 minutes later, guy walks out w/nacho combo box, and a cheeseburger. Again, I ask about sauces and the two extra tacos I ordered. I guess the person taking the order, that read it back to me, didn't actually put the 2 tacos on the order. So, I paid for them, and he brought out the tacos. I realized that they hadn't brought the sandwich for the 2nd order, so I had to send the poor guy back in for that. After waiting all that time, I go to pull out of the lot, realized they hadn't given me the drink for the combo either. By that time, there was 5 more cars in line. I was not waiting in the drive thru again, for a soda. (Lobby was closed) Mind you, I did not have two huge orders. (Nacho combo box, 2 extra tacos n a plain cheeseburger) 2nd order was a sourdough burger) that's it. And they still managed to mess it up, forget stuff. The cheeseburger was COLD. I'm guessing since it was simple, it was made first and just sat there the entire time we waited. I called back n spoke to the manager. She asked if I wanted to come back and get my drink. Um no ma'am, I just explained that I had already waited for 17 minutes for what I did get and the lobby was closed and the drive thru was packed. All she could tell me was that she didn't know what she could do, that there was no way she could compensate me and that they're understaffed and made excuses that it was all miscommunication among her staff. Really?? Most restaurants would at least say, let me get your name and order number. Next time you come in, we'll replace your drink and maybe throw in a couple tacos or a fry for the inconvenience of our screw up and severely long wait time. Literally no customer service skills at all. Oh and an apology would've been nice too. Other than, "I don't know what you want me to do ma'am." With management like that, no wonder you're short staffed. I felt bad for the young man that had to keep bringing my orders out piece by piece, because obviously no one was communicating.
Told the lady 4 splendas please and she gave 4regular sugar , and warm coffee. This is the 3rd time she did that.
My debit card was not returned to me on my previous visit and I didn't realize it due to being sick and out of it. The next day They CHARGED my card two different charges totalling $18.80 and only refunded one of the charges. After telling me at the speaker she had it and to pull forward, she changed her story to it being locked in the back and that i would have to come back the following day to retrieve it from the manager once I brought up the charges. She tried refusing to give me my card even though I had my ID. Because she 'didn't like my attitude'. It took refusing to leave the drive thru as the inside was closed for the night and threatening to call the police for to walk 5 steps to retrievemy debit card from the register (not locked in the back as she stated). And on top of everything else she took my picture without my consent. Won't be going back and definitely calling corporate in the morning.
First of all, the employee who is working drive thru doesn’t need to yell at a customer just because your speaker is a bunch of crap and yall need to get a new one , I could barely hear her, so I yelled back never mind and went to McDonalds where they are courteous
Not sure if it was an off night or what. We pulled up to the drive thru and ordered 2 #5 one without cheese, get to the window both individuals seem to be like they would rather be somewhere else. When we questioned the ordered order as to why there no fries and why no one asked about what drinks we needed. She told us the one who took the order must not have heard us asking for the combos. Never offered to fix the order. The line was long so didn’t make a fuss took the burgers and headed home. My burger the one without cheese, the bun was stale, the tomato slice was tissue paper thin, no onion, as far lettuce goes well it had seen better days. Pretty disappointed.
I understand now why they didn't have a line at thru & parking lot empty on Sat nite. The food order was wrong, terrible and kind of thrown together. The older woman at window just handed me a sack & closed the window. They were as bad as the Sonic in Itasca and I didn't think there could be worse. I won't go back there.

I decided to stop by and order a jumbo jack meal. It took them 10 minutes to give me my order and when I got home I realized the burger was frozen in the middle and the bun was old. They need to be taught how to correctly prepare and make someone's food before they get someone sick🤢.
Very rude. Got my order wrong three times and then the “manager” got an attitude because she doesn’t know how to do her job and was very very rude. Aunt went inside to fix the order and the workers inside was also incredibly rude and hostile. Super ridiculous. Wish I could leave zero stars
When you wait in the line and no answer thru thr drive, no answer, and then you leave and drive by again and someone else is just waiting at the drive thru. Really people, get it together, either open or not but don't do that to customers
So i am someone that uses the jack in the box app faithfully because there are good deals, well this one particular visit. I ordered some food on the app and when I went to this location, i was told that they were out of this particular item so i said well i have already been charged, so the girl talked with her manager. I tried to order another item of the same price but the manager stated they could not do that then i was told to go on the jack in the box app & ask for a refund. I've never been to a restaurant of any kind where i couldn't order another item that wasn't of the same price or close to it. Its like they didnt care, I never received an email from customer service or got my refund. But this has not been my only time where i have had issues with my order. Guess i won't be returning to this location.
Ordered online on Jack In the Box website. Ordered for delivery. Driver arrived to pick up the order at the store and she was told that The store canceled the order. I still have a charge in my bank account. And not received and call or apology. Or explanation. Attempted to call the number online but it rings until a message says the voicemail is not set up. If there is a reason a order cannot be fulfilled, no big deal I will call somewhere else. But they wasted my families time and a driver's time unnecessarily.
This place is HORRIBLE. Tiny tacos- an order consists of 15 tiny tacos, NOT 8! on another occassion,Sat in line at the drive through for half an hour only to finally reach the speaker and the manager popped out the back door, came up to my window and told me they would not be able to serve me bacause they would be closing before my order could be made. There were several cars behind me that also had to leave. I guess you are doing so well that you can turn away business? Was able to drive across town and was served before they closed.
They forgot to cook my food. Ask for no condiments on a burger that comes with ketchup so instead they put mustard. I got a sourdough jack. It came on bread. Not toast just bread.i wish I could say it's a one off but this location consistently sucks
I know where in a shortage of staff and items due to covid cause I'm in the restaurant business. But when ordering and your snapping at me for asking if you have something before I order it. Not cool. I'm super nice and respectful of waiting on my food cause I know, but don't take it out on me for how non understand people treated you before me when I drive through. Believe me I get those rude people to at my restaurant. But last few times I've gone here I have gotten rude service.

I went to Jack in the box and waited for 17 minutes . Well me thinking our food would be fresh when I got home our fries were stale the tacos were cold and harder then they suppose to be it's like they had already cook them twice cause they were greasy and the fajita pita the chicken was cold. The teen boy was kinda rude and I tried to get his name and when he saw me trying to see his name he started being nice.
The new ribeye burger isn't good at all. We had to wait for around 15 minutes at almost 8 bucks for just the burger you would think that it would something special.The bun was burnt and that was probably why it took so long to get my order. When I think of ribeye I think juicy, this burger was not juicy at all. I took just three bites and that was all i could stand. Jack in box was one of my go to places for a fast burger but they are no longer fast and the product They are putting out needs to be flushed down the toilet. I should have spent my 8 bucks on a pack of cheap hotdogs and buns.
Got back home after picking up food. Ordered two burgers. One, told them not pickles, no cheese. Said no cheese three times to make sure the employee taking the order heard me. He kept asking the next question like he heard me and was impatient, so I moved on. Burger 2, simply plain and dry with cheese. Said it twice. Don't know how that could have gone wrong. Got home, went to eat. Burger one had two pieces of cheese melted all over the meat and bread. Burger 2 had pickles on it for some reason. Not sure how this could have possibly been messed up given how slow things were at 11 PM. Seems either the employees are completely incompetent, or they're simply paid so little that they can't be bothered to care. Between this and the last time I tried going through the drive thru where the nobody answered at the menu despite them being inside and waiting almost ten minutes, makes it hard to want to order here again. $25, which is also ridiculous, down the drain. Don't eat here, it's not worth your time.
Would be nice if every empty table wasn't dirty and had to clean myself. The trash cans were over flowing. Here's an idea, when it's slow like it is now and the employees are just standing around it would be a good if they did some major cleaning.

Placed a delivery order, order was cancelled by the store. Did the manager not show up to open the store again? Ive stopped by this location several times to get breakfast only to find the store wasn’t open and the employees waiting outside saying the manager is a no show. If I owned this business, I would be finding new managers. @Jack In The Box - I have reached out, several times now. A week later, I’ve received no communication and, more importantly, no refund. I’ve filed a fraud claim with my bank to get my money back.
I normally do not like to post things but I feel this is very disgusting, my son ordered the homestyle bacon ranch chicken sandwich and after taking a bite notice the bread had mold this is very disgusting and disturbing, the survice had already been horrible they added no straws and the employees seem like they don't event want to work o don't know what they are doing, but this just too much, I don't plan on going to this place ever again, I have tried calling several times and no one picks up the phone and don't even have Voicemail set up, if I could give a negative number not ever a 0 I would,
Service is horrible! The manager is a complete rude individual and I guess they just hire anyone these days.
I ordered 2 combos with no drinks cause we didn't want them and my order was $26 and some change. Got all the way home to Rio Vista and there was only one burger and 2 fries and when I called to let them know they forgot a burger she told me it was in the bag and I said no it's not there's only 1 burger and 2 fries and then she wanted to argue with me about and told me to bring all the food back up there and I told her if I come back up there I don't want them to remake my food I want a refund and she proceeded to tell me to come back up there tomorrow for a refund and to bring the food. This place is trash and so is the employees.
Absolutely trash experience I guess I’m expecting too much from a fast food establishment anyway but the gentleman at the register he seemed to be the manager based on uniform messed the order up 4 times on the order screen in the drive through charged me for a large gave me a small messed the rest of the order up despite being told 4 times if your having a good day don’t come here it will change
genuinely becoming worse than mcdonalds all i want is a chocolate shake and they NEVER have it, mcdonalds is becoming more reliable
Everytime I come here I am short on something. In my muchie meal box. I got two small onion rings in it (suppose to be 4 onion rings) I was trying to post a picture but it wouldn't let me. Do better Jack in the box. Last time my fries look like a 5 year old put a handle full in.
Ordered on the app, pretty sure I added sauces. Drive thru girl quickly gave me food and shut the window. I waited and asked for sauce, she said I didn’t order any so I asked for some and she gave me one sauce😭 with all my food? Also no straws for two drinks? Didn’t seem happy I was still there at all. Mind you there’s one car behind me.
Today I got what I would say was the worst burger I have ever had and I'm 69. I got the sourdough Jack CMB. The bread was so grease it soaked other the paper it was wrapped in . As I tried to eat it my finger where covered with grease. One small slice of tomato . It was to say the least awful Took three bites. Brought it home and gave it to the cats.
Every time i order bacon ultimate cheeseburger they dont put any bacon. IT'S IN THE NAME! And try to call no one answer the phone
The last 5 times I've gone and bought a bacon ultimate cheeseburger combo I get home and there's no bacon on my burger. Its literally in the name people. How incompetent can you be?
Why is it every time that I come on a Tuesday or a Wednesday between one and 130 the two guys who work here always have the store closed?? Just showed up at 1:30 exactly and no one answered the intercom and I pulled up to the window and they’re doing the floors. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me that they were closed. I normally wouldn’t say anything, but this is like the fifth time that this has happened.
The food was ok. The front counter person was ok. But the tables, ALL OF THE TABLES, in this place were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!! Hand and food smears all over them! There is no way these tables have been wiped off in between customers OR AT ALL!! This is how germs spread people!! I actually took the proper approach before posting this. When I got my food I talked directly to the manager that had come up to the front with a box and was stocking the counter and drive thru. I told her that all the tables were dirty and in need of being wiped down. She seemed bothered by it but told me that she could get it taken care of. I sat down with my food (having to place napkins underneath all my food and using the tray). I sat there for 30 minutes and the whole time, she just continued to stock the counter and drive thru. I know making sure your stuff is stocked is important but when a customer comes directly to u and has a concern YOU ADDRESS IT IMMEDIATELY OR YOU END UP GETTING THESE REVIEWS!!!!! Just get drive thru when going here, its very well stocked and u dont take home the potential ecoli, co-flu-vid, gono-syphilitis!! Way to go on your cleanliness and customer service skills people!!! 👏👇👎🙄
I ordered the. Grilled sourdough chicken meal. When I received my order, I pulled up so I could make sure the order was correct before diving home. I felt my curly fries that were luke warm. I pulled back around and asked for fresh curly fries. The gentleman took my old ones back through the window and less than 2 minutes later gave me another sack with heated up curly fries! You charge .40 cents extra just to get the curly fries. You can tell a difference from fresh and old products. The taste of dryness!
I ordered though Doordash and upon receiving it, I found out that even though I asked for no ketchup and mustard, they proceeded to practically baptize my ultimate cheeseburger in mustard and they added very little mayonnaise and even added a little bit of ketchup, which I also asked them not to do. I can not stand mustard but I didn't have any choice but to eat it because that's the only thing I had to eat, since I was at work and on my lunch break. If the employees would take their time and read the orders of the paying customers, they would not louse up the order. How hard is it to make a burger with cheese and mayonnaise only? I always have an issue with this particular location, but I didn't have a choice, being that I was at work. DO BETTER!!!
Ordered through DoorDash, paid for an upgrade to my side. Get told they don’t have that side and are downgrading to what they do have but not refunding the price of the upgrade. When I call to speak to someone about why they are keeping my money while giving me a lesser item, i was told “I can’t do any thing about it, I hate those apps, I just work here for minimum wage” and then she hung up. Way to go! Great service all around! 🙄 Would like to add, just got my food. It’s rather sad when you only have one type of fry and can’t even get those out the door fresh…
