Good experience, fast and easy. I asked for uncut and well done and thats what I got. Even the delivery guy said he made sure pizza was how I asked. Top notch. My mouth made love to that pizza. Im gonna marry this pizza. We will eventually have garlic knots together.

The delivery guy had to drive almost 5 miles to my home from the wrong address I might have put in. He never complained he never even hinted that I did something and smiled and delivered the food with happiness. Hats off to that delivery driver. Loved what he does.

Best Pizza Hut pizza and breadsticks I’ve ever had! Both were perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of toppings and seasoning! Let me tell you, there is a HUGE difference between Pizza Huts. Whoever made our food clearly cares about how they do their job. Delivery was very fast too. Thank you!

Our orders are always ready on time and we have never had any mistakes. Nothing is every over or under cooked and the flavor is always what you expect from Pizza Hut. Not to mention the price is great for what you get.

Ruth is great and very friendly. When I was waiting to pay for my order she was faced with a very difficult customer who she handled very well despite how she was treated. Even with her being the only one making pizzas as well as running the register at the same time, it was impressive how well she was able to move through orders. Food was very good as well.

I miss the old Pizza huts.. the foods the same but the atmosphere is lacking of what once was. That's not specific to this place just the company in general. They took the lot of them away 😞 and the ones that are left are very small. I remember having a full-scale dinner buffet (when I was younger) and we used to watch some TV, use the jukebox, you could sit down at the buffet and have more than salad. The service is pretty good 👍 always has been. And in specific to this pizza Hut 🛖 great Job on the food.

Pizza hut is one of the famous company over the world,In Clifton Park their service is good,but .do they use a separate cutter for vegetarian pizza,or one cutter used for meat as well?

The big Dipper pizza is a pretty good deal to feed the kids. For 12.99 you get a full sized rectangle pizza and 4 dipping sauces.

I used to only go to pizza hut if I could sit and order food. But this pizza hut makes some really good food to go! I always order the dinner box! Definitely recommend.

Carryout only, love that they have the baked wings. Have had a couple less then pleasant experiences, but as much as I go there, I can't gripe, and they have always done right by me.

The restaurant was very busy, my emailed time was 5:25 pm to pick up my pizza. I didnt leave the restaurant until 5:50 pm. Wish I knew that before I waited with 10 to 12 other people . This was not the employees fault, they were doing their best, but the system needed to be updated as far as wait times.

The food was consistent with the normal quality of Pizza Hut food. No complaints, not the best pizza, not the worst. The staff was VERY friendly and I was pleased with the service I received. I was traveling but if I was back in the area I would patronize again.

I would have strongly agreed if the store was more consistent. Some days the pizza is awesome other days not so much. And they use to brush on a buttery garlic on the crust, not anymore 😒

The pizza was cold and tasted off. I understand the struggle of working in food service myself though. I appreciate the hard workers there, and it's not really their fault pizza hut has nasty pizza. I was hungry and I'm pretty broke. Over all this particular pizza was ok.

Did a pick up order for a birthday party recently. Ordered online ahead of time and my husband picked it up. Was a major hit with the kids and plenty of food for a bunch of rambunctious boys.

First visit to this store, very convenient location. Ordered online hours in advance, but still had a little bit of a wait. However, good thing is that the pizza was piping hot and the staff was very friendly. All things considered, I would have liked to get In & Out. Would order again though.

Perfectly reasonable Pizza Hut, tucked away behind the Midas store, it's hard to find the first time :-) There is no eat-in ability, just a couple of benches to sit and wait for your food. It's all takeout and delivery. The food is standard Pizza Hut Fair, pretty greasy, pretty tasty. I have had good experiences with the staff both on the phone and in person. Definitely will come here again.

Location is incorrect. It is actually located behind the Midas auto place. Located on Chaucer Square. I can't find a way to report incorrect location on my phone.

The location is weird and not able to find easily evwn with google maps. Also its very small, so mostly for take out. Parking is puzzle

My local restaurant closes at 9:00 pm which is very inconvenient. I lost my rewards points from previous visits, the time frame where rewards points are forfeited is way too soon. Where has the P-Zone gone? This menu item should be on the menu permanently.

The people are nice and absurdly good specials are available through TMobile. Even among fast-food pizza chains Pizza Hut is still the weakest link. It's not bad, there's just better choices available.

Pizza Hut app said my order was ready when in fact it was another 10 minutes before it actually was ready. Then they made medium pizzas when I ordered large - I was told it would be 8 to 10 minutes to make new ones. My order was finally ready nearly 20 minutes after that point.

It’s been WELL over 25 years since I last had pizza from Pizza Hut. What drew me back? Their advertisement that they had Detroit Style Pizza for a limited time. Here in Clifton Park, we only have a takeout facility from Pizza Hut. My wife reluctantly gave into my whim by agreeing to order something else. She decided to order the Oven Baked Veggie Pasta with 5 Cheese Sticks ($11.99). Penne pasta is combined with a sweet tomato sauce, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, and black olives, and topped with cheese, shredded parmesan, and parmesan-oregano seasoning. The melted cheese topping was lightly browned on top and looked quite attractive. Taste, however, fell far short of the beauty of the dish. There was very little flavor to the vegetables and the cheese. Normally, we would pick on the browned cheese that caramelized along the edge of the aluminum takeout tray. But this cheese was so lacking in flavor that we simply recycled a dirty tray. The Cheese Sticks that came with her Pasta dish were actually more enjoyable. Although we were surprised to see that they were not sticks yet! They must put enough breadstick dough in a baking sheet to make 10 sticks. They then let the dough rise so the sticks are all stuck together. Once the dough is seasoned and baked, they cut the result in half and serve the half as 5 shorter breadsticks all stuck together. It’s up to you to pull or cut them apart. Tip: look at the bottom to see the direction to pull or cut. So, that brings us to the Supremo Detroit Style pizza ($14.99) with sausage, peppers, and onions. They list three fixed topping combinations for their Detroit Style. I don’t know if you could alter the toppings by entering comments online or calling. But this Supremo combination was exactly what I tried recently from Troy’s Uncle Dom’s American Pizza. Once again, the pizza takes a pretty picture, but falls short when it comes to flavors. The sausage, peppers and onions were fine, even the sweet tomato sauce was excusable; it was the cheese and especially the dough that lacked flavor. A statement printed on their carryout box suggests you go for the corners. They definitely have it right there. You are more likely to encounter the cheese caramelization and some crispness to the dough at the corners. There is no crispiness to the bottom dough as you approach the center. In fact, my wife thought the dough at the center of the pizza was undercooked. It certainly had not risen like the edges. The toppings totally compressed the dough in the center. That cheese stick dough had risen nicely in the center of its pan, too bad the Detroit Style dough didn’t. It may be another 25 years before I’m back at a Pizza Hut. While our dinner time order was ready in the 15 minutes promised, we didn’t find anything enjoyable enough to make our return worthwhile. Also, the landlord for this site should do something about rainwater drainage. A heavy downpour, just before I arrived, left a large, deep puddle only a fraction of an inch beneath the sill of the entrance door.

Every time I order, something goes wrong. I ordered bacon and pepperoni on my pizza and I ended up with a pepperoni pizza and a pizza with Canadian bacon-NOT what I ordered-not even regular bacon not to mention the ingredients on 2 different pizzas. Last time, they had no dough to make deep dish and we received flat bread pizza-not what we wanted.

I ordered and paid online for instore pickup at 6 PM. I walked in the door at 6 PM and it appeared there was only one person working....she was on the phone. I waited 8 minutes for one phone call to end. The entire time I could see my order of pizza and wings out of the oven...cooling off and drying out while it waited to be boxed. I did everything possible on my end to make it an easy order for you, but then you dropped the ball on your end.

When I come here it’s normally great…but today not so much. Our pizza was paper thin and burnt. The stuffed crust was falling off and under stuffed. Very disappointing I’d like to give it another try but the difference in pizzas is too much.

New management at this location in last 2-3 months. They are utterly incapable of handling a custom online pizza order. That is when 1 or more ingredients are removed and another substituted. The previous manager Michelle did not have this problem. New manager just blames it on the customer and does not address the root problem, which is with the correct presentation of website order to store.

The reason I'm giving a two-star is because of Michael from Pizza Hut that answered the phone and took my order. He was helpful outgoing and very polite. Spoke to him twice about my order because I was getting it a couple hours later for dinner. We ordered the large pan meat lovers with extra sauce and an order of cheese sticks with extra extra sauce. Did ask for paper plates napkins etc never received them. There was three of us eating the food some of the meats tasted a little dry the ham was very very crunchy and the sausage was a little grizzly but overall everything tasted good. My opinion their breadsticks with cheese tasted better than the pizza. But the three of us for 3 Days couldn't stay out of the bathroom. Not good, not fun. Something was definitely wrong I believe with the pizza. And I have an order from them in about 2 years because it's inconvenient and they don't deliver to me. $28.10 down the toilet literally

WORKER WAS NOT WEARING MASK OR GLOVES: I picked up a carry out order on 5/20/20 and the cashier/worker who handled my food and transaction was not wearing a mask or gloves. This is extremely unsafe and unsanitary, especially with everything going on with COVID19.

Okay so I placed an order at the wrong Pizza Hut, this one, and I tried to cancel it in the app and it wouldn’t let me so I called their number had to wait on the line for five minutes before someone named Brandon picked up and hung up on me when I asked what because I didn’t understand what he said.

The pizza was burned, Just like eating bread with spread of sauce and dry cheese, Horrible pizza. Next time when my family wants to have pizza I will get Pizza from a real Pizza restaurant.

Absolutely horrid delivery service. The driver never offered me the receipt, I had to ask for it. When I told him there was a 2 liter with the order he glanced at the receipt and said "I don't see it" and then just left. They got my order wrong and did not deliver a 2L of coke. I called them 40 min after the delivery. the response was the driver is on the deliver he should be there in a few min. 30 more min pass by. I call again. SAME ANSWER. An hour later I call. SAME ANSWER. An hour and a half later, you guessed it. Same answer. 2 hours and 30 min later I call and there is nobody there to pick up. Put my toppings on my pizza please. I have had a lot of missed details; missing sauces, drinks, and toppings. But it is supremely (no pun intended) annoying to pay for something and not get it. Especially when it happens weeks in a row.

No joke, I found straight up rat feces baked into my pizza. When I called them about it, the manager told me "What do you want me to do about it?" Real cute. I'll be contacting the Health Inspection department that covers Saratoga County. I would not advise ordering from here.

Ordered online 1 hour ahead. Arrived and had to wait 35 minutes for food. Only 2 people came in during that time so they were just not busy. No one offerred explanation or apology. Got home and pizza was OK but Alfredo pasta was missing chicken. Cookie was burned and we threw it out. I recommend you go somewhere else for pizza.

Just purchased two pizzas. One looked ok, but the other had 1 slice that was much smaller than the other. There was no way it fit the rest of the pie. Since I use a wheelchair, I had sent my teen grandson in to pick up the pizzas and didn't think he could handle the situation, so I went home. Rather than take the family favorite pizza, I ate a slice of the altered pizza (not the small one). I now have a stomach ache, headache and nausea. I need to know what they did to it, but I am too sick to call right now.

They served us a pizza so hard thin, hard, and dry that it just about chipped my tooth upon the first bite. When I called to try and let them know about my dissatisfaction they did not wanna hear it and were desperate to get me off the phone and put the blame on Uber eats (who didn’t make the food!)

Online Orders take 45-60 minutes not 20 minutes. You will stand around and wait forever for your order. Do yourself a favor. Go next door to domino’s (10 minutes from order to pickup) If you can’t accommodate online orders, stop taking them. Poor customer service.

pizza hut is getting worse and worse 14$ for a tiny med size pizza i was eating for 1 person or else i would get a large new york style from Venezias for 15$ and it would be 3x tje size of medium but like i said i was eating for 1 person so tried to go cheap guess not dont waste ur time ever going there its a joke 🤑😤

Honestly horrible. I worked at a pizza place so I know it can get hectic, first time I called an hour had went by they said the pizza was undeliverable. Second time it’s been an HOUR. So two hours and I still haven’t got my pizza and the girl had an attitude when she answered the phone asking me if I wanted to eat the old pizza. I just hate how customer service skills are very important. I can promise I will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again, I really hope the manager can talk with their employees about how they address customers, we never got any call back. So now I sit here and continue to wait for my pizza. Worst choice I made was choosing Pizza Hut. Highly disappointed.

Someone put down the phone 4 TIMES ON ME. I was ordering pizza like I usually do. Their answer machine with the automated messages are terrible. They repeat the same thing and don’t get me on the line with an actual person. I would like a refund as well but I don’t know who to contact for this. I paid cash. I’d be willing to speak to someone from Pizza Hut to make this right but this is crazy. I’ve been on hold for 20 min. The food was nasty and the people were even worse. Seriously guys, step it up, I’m paying a lot of money each time.

No menu posted, extremely rude and inconsiderate staff

There was only one employee doing everything at this carryout place when I arrived. Although I asked for curbside pickup when placing the order online, the pickup was anything but. Waited almost 15 min but no one showed up. When my wife went inside the restaurant, she was greeted rather rudely by this one poor employee who was trying to manage everything by herself. This was an extremely unsatisfactory experience.

Have done business with this store before and never an issue till last night, I will be calling corporate to put in complaint today. Placed an app order for 5pm pickup and when a family member went to pick up order he was told the order was for 5:30 and when he informed the person she was wrong she argued with him so we sent him a screenshot of the email conformation that clearly said 5pm she then said the order was almost done it would be about another 2 minutes...needless to say we never received any food after fighting with them for 40 minutes my family member left with no food and when we called we were hung up on and our calls were routed to and answering service.. finally at 9pm i was able to get through and speak with someone and explained the situation and ask for a refund of the $65.01 i paid for the order when order was placed. I am now waiting for the refund to be returned to my bank.

It’s bad enough how expensive the Pizza Hut food is now, but it really hurts when the employees ignore the third-party delivery driver and send the wrong order. They say “there’s supposed to be two pizzas” and are given three sides. What’s the point? Addendum: I immediately called and canceled the order and wouldn’t you know, about 45 minutes later the third-party driver was back with an order I had canceled. You can’t make this up. What a low-effort operation when you can’t even communicate properly. The food is not worth this.

They use door dash as delivery now and apparently the " dasher " couldn't handle the BIG BOX deal ( box too big ) and handed us the box which obviously was slid to 1 side. Both pizzas, pasta, and breadsticks were all slid to 1 corner. All toppings were slid off, NEVER will order from them again. Thankfully there's plenty of other options when it comes to pizza which is sad because the " hut " used to have great pizza a long time ago.

This place is very unhygienic…Employees outside smoking, handling cell phones. and not washing hands. Smart enough to walk right back out door once saw it…. Thank goodness I did not pay for food and get food poisoning after…….. you can’t get much lower of restaurants here….. if you still choose to eat here despite my warnings it’s on you. Gave debit card. Door dash came-wanted $-PIZZA HUT WOULDN'T ANSWER PHONE- pizza back 2 store- card went thru. Ordered order phone. Spoke to real person who verified pymt went through. Wasn't going to pay again. Tried calling. Twice. Told them problem. Put me on hold so they could get manager. Never came back on. 2nd time (now) did/said same thing. I have been on "hold" over 15 min. I'm gonna stay on "hold" until phone uncharges. Tomorrow will call credit union 2 cancel payment. They literally took my money and I don't have pizza. Door dashes amount owed was different from actual amount I paid through debit card as I gave driver 25% tip.

Very disappointed xtra cheese is not included as a topping have to pay extra also why is pan crust not included in sale items such as online deals. Just trying to squeeze more money out . Also very highly priced dominos next door is 7 dollars for a medium even here it’s double the price . Wish you had deals with stuff crust which is what my kids love. Too bad I go here like once a year now to bad

Very disappointed in this place. Ordered my food at 6:20pm. Told ot would be ready by 7:05. Got a call at 8:15pm from the delivery driver asking me if I wanted my food still. As we were hungry and didn't want to spend more time waiting for new food, we asked for a refund, but take the food. The delivery driver told me that he will do that for me. We get the food, and im glad I got it refunded. It was disgusting. The pizza was burnt, pineapple was too much and there was no extra cheese that we ordered. The wings were too fatty to eat. Definitely not worth the $45 they wanted for it.

Pizza was advertised as cheese to the edge. Look at the ad vs what we received. Had almost no cheese. I have been trying to call for hours to get a replacement and been on hold and hung up on. This could have just been replaced with item as advertised if someone was willing to answer the phone.
