This is our 2nd time here. We only came for the coupon deal. Get a burger or chicken sandwich with a $3 purchase. Burger or chicken was not made fresh. Seen the cook take the already cooked meat out of a stainless steel warmer pan and place the meat on the grill to cook a second time. The banana shake barely tasted like banana. I dont think there was fresh banana in it. Where's the chicken? No pic of the hamburger, it was avery thin patty. The bun was thicker. 👎 Not the same as I remember in Santa Barbara back in the early 90's.

Habit usually had some good food but today just wasn’t as great. We each got a version of a charburger. It was warm when we got it & I was pretty quick to pick up when I got the ready notice. Now the worst part is finding somewhere to sit. There hardly ever is a place to sit & today I was lucky & a party of 3 was leaving & I got their table. Phew. I don’t go here much just because of the seating situation.

Habit Burger & Grill has always been one of my favorite places to enjoy a hamburger, but unfortunately, this visit to this particular location was a major letdown. The bread was cold, and the customer service was extremely poor. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional — they did offer any clear guidance or explanation of the menu specials. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience at a place I used to really enjoy.

My first time but will be my last. I didn’t know that this place automatically charge tip even for carry out! Had I known this little fact I would not go even if to support my kids’ school program. Totally incompetent. Screwed up my order. I ordered a lettuce wrap char burger and a lettuce wrap double char burger. I got two regular char burgers with buns. VERY UNSATISFIED customer! They owe me. I paid for a double and got a single, not to mention giving me buns instead of lettuce wrap. In addition, ordered tomatoes, got none. Ordered no mayo, no mustard, with ketchup, instead got no ketchup, with mayo and mustard. Fries were cold. Not going back again!

Made an order for pick up on mobile app. Ready at 6:23. Finally at 6:47 I had waited long enough and cancelled my order. I understand getting busy but having to wait an extra 25 minutes after promise time is unacceptable. Got a refund have to wait 7-10 business day due to their mistake. Wasted gas wasted time.

Just over 25 minutes for a Charburger meal is ridiculous.My lunch time was wasted sitting there with my drink and condiments waiting for my food. If I wanted to hurry up and wait, I would have got in line at the In-N-Out Burger. Or spent an extra $6 at 5 Guys and would have received my food in a prompt manner , and it would at least be hot. Everybody in there was waiting on their order and as I received my order, Finally, I felt the stares of waiting customer on the back of my neck Because they're wondering where is their order....Little did they know they probably got a 25 minute ahead of them.

Terrible service. Same as all other bad review that has been posted. They offer curbside pick up, but I don't think they teach their employee how to work or do their job. Might as well just remove the curbside option if those girls they hired can't do simple job. They even have a tip option as well. LMAO Best advice, don't tip if you are ordering online. You don't know what trash service you will get.

Curbside never works , when there’s no customers inside they take 30 minutes to bring out the order. Customer service over the phone is not helpful at all. I went to the counter to get help with my order and not one worker acknowledged me . 5 minutes later a woman just standing around in a blue shirt helps me . And tells me my order still not ready after placing it 25 minutes ago and the app said it was ready . Disappointed in service!! Please do a better job. Employees need better training and management.

Horrible customer service tonight. No one would take our order at the register. I asked the worker if we could order some food and the worker looked at me and looked away. We would order from the order station but we wanted to specialize my son’s burger. We waited at the counter for over 10 minutes without anyone coming over. I was about to walk out but my son said it was fine to get something different. We will be going to the other location from now on.

Ordered online. After arriving in store after a 10 minute drive, waited another 40 minutes. Never received notification food was ready (text). When asked what food ETA was, employee hands me bag that was off to the side. Employee working to-go stated they called my name. Waited in front of pick up counter entirety of 40 minutes staring ever more intently and name never called. Cold food returned. Requested refund. Notified by staff that refunds can't be given in store for online order. Just want this over and to never deal with you guys again.

Worst experience at this restaurant. Our take out order was missing a burger and my husband told them there should be two burgers. The person behind the counter working said it was at the bottom of the bag. When my husband got home it was not there. The char burger lettuce wrap ordered was very rare and had nothing on it. The other items of chicken bites and tempura green beans were cold and not fresh. I called the restaurant and requested a refund, but they could not do this and told me the only way to get a refund is online. Very disappointing for Habit and probably will not eat at this location again.

Usually one of my favorite burger spots..... But this time was... Well .. unbelievably bad. I'm not exactly sure what happened to my meal. It was the wrong burger with what I assume are supposed to be fried cauliflower? The sweet potato fries were just dumped into the bag. And their is just a random wrapper in the bag . The burger patty is raw, Not sure if any of this is edible? Not going to take the chance.

This place was one of the best little burger spots in Clovis Not anymore service was horrible. Made many mistakes on my ticket items I did not order had to have it adjusted . Also the workers all speaking Spanish cursing and joking about unapologetically making guest wait in Spanish . Something needs to be done here sad to see one of my favorite food chains run this way Won’t ever be coming back to this location Side note the garlic parm fries were cold fries with a pinch of cheese not even hot enough to slightly melt the parm
