Love it!!! Now there are a few establishments in Northern California with sourdough products. With that said, I can say that I was very happy to try West Coast Sourdough Co in the central valley. A little gem in Agriculture heartland in California with all the other restaurant businesses around. The sandwich is not too extensive, the other items include a variety of salads ans soups. The sandwhich I had was not on the menu. With that said, before to ask the order taker if you can create your own sandwhich. The are certain items that are extra cost such as Avocado. They have pickle spears and peppercini but they are not mentioned on the menu. I tried their soup was the Chicken pablono. It was Creamy with a little hint of chili taste. The chicken was chunky and pretty good. I give West Coast Sourdough a 5 stars rating. The staff was helpful is answering questions about their menu. They also honor .Military and Veterans with a discount.
I have never seen as much cleanliness anywhere as I have seen here.
I love this place; delicious food, amazing people. The tomato soup in a bread bowl is my go to☺️. This gem of a sandwich shop is exceptionally clean, has upbeat music, and a California patriotic style. Stop by soon; you’ll be glad you did.
Amazing (small) Cobb salad, complete with chicken, avocados, tomatoes, fresh cooked bacon, egg, and spinach. They didn’t forget the sourdough bread either! Clean and refreshing atmosphere.

By far one of the best sub sandwiches I’ve ever had. This will be my second time going, and although it was different locations, it tasted just as good both times. Definitely recommend! Their sour dough bread and house sauce are a great combination.
This one is good too. They got the sourdough down. I thought the soups were good too, the service was great, and the establishment was kept clean. The combination made it welcoming and easy to be for lunch any day.
You ever go to a place where the employees are perfectly polite, and the restaurant is perfectly clean, and the food is perfectly delicious? It's here.

Food was pretty good!! French dip for mom, she loved it. I got the southwest salad and clam chowder, the soup was eh..mediocre but with the bread it was edible, the salad was AMAZING!! Everything really fresh and for a small it was really big in size!! I won't pay $9 for that soup again but I will definitely be back to try a sandwich or something else again. Oh and entire restaurant looked extremely clean and the smell of the bread when you walk in was soooo good!!
The food was good. The sourdough bowl was great but the soup was fine. Nothing to gush about. The price was average. The staff isn't very inviting. But they weren't rude. Just doing their job. I will be back just for the sourdough bowls.

I ordered the Turkey sandwich and we also ordered the sourdough. I wanted to use a coupon I received in the mail so I ordered on the app. The app wouldn’t take the coupon the clerk told me to not pay on the app next time and pay on store instead where they can apply the coupon 😵💫. The sandwich was great. Super packed with meat. I only ate half. So worth the price. However, maybe cause it’s a new establishment, things seem disordered. They forgot on of my items so I had to go back and wait again.
The food is alright for it being highly priced! Their cream of potato and clam chowder are not the best. They taste very much processed & lack in flavor. I ordered a garlic turkey pesto which was delicious! I paid about $19 for a small soup, drink and 4 inch sandwich. Love that they have both indoor and outdoor seating. Customer service was okay, they could’ve been warmer & be more welcoming.
The food here is ok it's just another sandwich place. The cost is expensive for the size of the food. I feel this place is very overrated

I first tried this place through Door dash. The sandwich was very yummy, I ordered the Italian. Unfortunately, my experience going in and ordering was different. The Service workers were acting strange and served 3 other people who'd ordered after us and then didn't give me my order until I went up and asked about it. The order was ready and they were not giving it to us. Not sure why but all three workers were passively rude. Probably won't go there again. I'll stick to ordering online so I don't get judged or have to deal with unhappy employees.
Gave this place a try but will not be coming back again. Not satisfied with the food. Had the French dip, clam chowder, and pickle. Didn’t like how the pickle was packaged so that went to the trash. The au jus dip was too salty, French dip didn’t really have anything but the bread was good since it’s toast. Clam chowder was okay, not too salty but you’ll get that crunch of sand.
West coast has really good bread for the sandwiches, but their prices keep going up and they started adding a staff tip in your payment. Im not ok with that. I don't think they are that good .They just lost a long return customer.
This sandwich shop has been our go to place for a good sandwich. Me and my husband got a couple sandwiches and soup to go. Food was fine, but the service while I was in there was not good. First he had charged me .25 for an item I did not add to my sandwich, so I was trying to make sure they weren’t gonna add it to my sandwich. Instead of giving me back my .25 he gave me a brownie instead- which tasted like pure sugar and we didn’t even eat it. After that exchange all the other employees kept giving me dirty looks and when he bagged my stuff, he tossed everything in haphazardly- I’m surprised the soup didn’t spill. And all he did was drop my bag on the counter and said here, didn’t say my number. Like is it really mine? Overall we won’t be back to this location in Clovis for a while anyway.
The lady who took my order was very rude, I asked if I was able to sit out side u to enjoy my lunch due to the fact the inside was a little busy she was irritated by that because she had to go put the chair and table out cause they wasn't set up, to top that off I purchased a meal she didn't give me my cup so I had to ask her for it then she proceeded to give me a side eye and reached over the counter and grab my cup and instead of just handing it to me she left it on the other side of the counter. That's was ridiculous all due to her being upset about having to set up the outside tables only for other customers who came after me to sit outside as well. Needs better service food could be great, but poor service leaves a nasty taste in anyone's mouth.

Well first I would like to that I work in this industry. My wife and I come in cause our friend said to try, the sandwiches were ok, could have been better if the meat wasn't warmed up in the microwave oven, maybe toaster oven may be better or that thing that subway has. I had pastrami and wife had the French dip, and we ask for the Auju. So we ordered our food at 630 and we didn't get it until 655, so twenty five minutes for two "2" sandwiches and soup and a small salad. So the girl took our order and made the salad, soup was good, (but it should be for being buyout) but no crackers. The blond guy with gloves on (didn't get anyone name) after he made our sandwiches he kept wiping his nose or moving his glasses with gloves on, never changed his gloves. I probably wouldn't have wrote the review but it took 25 minutes, I mean there was a togo order half done and a guy with two large salad's in front of us. I definitely think that we will not be returning to this place And as I look at the receipt apparently the girl's name was Chelsea We came in on Thursday April 28

The sandwiches here are decent. The service is the worst. I have given this place many chances. The people that are taking my order are rude every time. It is not my fault they don't know how to work the register.
Service is very bad. Even online orders are tough to get in a reasonable time. The family that operates it is often sitting around instead of making the order. It's really absurd to see. Non-local business.
Some of the worst service known to man. Prittpal S had the worst attitude when taking a simple order and failed to have any patience and is rather incompetent to perform such an easy job. Will absolutely not waste my money on such a miserable establishment anymore.

Pritpal displayed the worst service I think I've ever had. Just flat out rude, and doesn't care. Ruined my lunch.
