Everytime I have gotten a hard taco, they have tasted like chemicals and it had ruined the food for me. I'm not going to risk getting sick, never again.

Paid for steak instead of beef, didn't get it. Paid to add avocado. Had to add it myself with the side of guac I also paid for. Was poorly made. The cinnamon bites were dried up and definitely not fresh. Thankfully I bought a chicken power bowl that saved this experience.

Hair in my food. Didn’t have the chalupas I wanted so I got the chicken quesadillas but they were too lazy to make them so they gave me steak. This was on march 10th 12:30 am. Also no sauce at all. This is outrages honestly. I usually like that Taco Bell because they’re fast but they were slow and very bad this time.

Manager seemed nice at first. Seen some disputes here between customers and staff about the service. I was going to give 5 stars but not anymore because of the attitudes. Lose the attitude. Be nice to me how you were at first. Don’t just smile and be kind to me then the next time yall wanna have a bad attitude towards customers. Always treat the customers with kindness. We pay yalls checks. The food was tasty. Also clean up the dining area more often. I hope all yall see this and realize customers deserve to be treated better. The customers will give this restaurant a low rating if yall don’t come correct to me. I’m not complaining, just telling the truth. More bad reviews are coming if yall don’t straighten up immediately and I mean that. This is not a good representation of Taco Bell at all. I’m contacting corporate. This beef ain’t over.

To place 4 meals in one bag is INSANE! The cook actually called me out my name and didn’t think I heard him. Luckily for him my children were inside the vehicle. Never again will I spend my money at this nasty unprofessional establishment! Get new workers asap!

Indoor services was way slow. took 40 min. to get a take out order. Would not recommend and will not go back.!!!

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for years and absolutely loved it up until recently. My past 6 orders have been wrong. Missing something I payed for, getting the wrong order, and just today getting plain awful food. Beef crunch wraps had no crunch, no meat. The Crunch wrap was practically just a disc of tortilla as there was about 1/2 of the filling it would usually come with. I feel like it must be a new manager or many new employees with bad training. I live 2 minutes from this Taco Bell but I will be driving the extra 20 minutes back and forth to Lake Jackson until this one gets better.

If I could rate this store properly it would be zero stars. This was my first time at this location and it will be the last. While placing an order the lady said she could not hear me so I raised my voice louder so she could hear. I repeated my order 3 times and she told me I didn't have to yell at her. I politely told her I'm sorry but you said you couldn't hear me. When at window to pay my husband asked her ma'am how much was it again. She replied "I already told you how much it was." Then she told her co worker I just need to go home and close my door so I don't have to deal with these rude people. I immediately told her that is no way to talk in front of a customer and that's bad customer service. I asked for a manager and was told there was not one on duty. We canceled our order and went to whataburger instead. I called to find out who was the shift manager on duty spoke to Arturo he said lady at window was Teresa and store manager was out. He also refused to give the store location number. I will never come here again
