The service is slow; you have to be patient because the food is made to order and served in the order you arrive. There are only two people working, and it gets very busy, sometimes with just one person. So, you have to be patient, but it's worth enjoying some local specialties and delicious food. The downside is that they sometimes run out of items or don't make them even if the menu indicates they'll have them on certain days, like the corn tamales or occasionally the tripe stew.

I think the food was good, but it took about 40 minutes for my order to arrive, even though there were only 4 people there. One thing I didn't like was that they added a tip to the bill without telling you.

The place is simple (not comfortable at all), it is a Veracruz snack restaurant, the taste of the food is good, but the last few times I have visited they always have missing food and/or drinks (it is a little annoying since the menu itself is short so they do not have all the foods on their menu), on the other hand it is at room temperature, going to the bathroom is a bit complicated, and finally the service is poor, there is 1 or 2 waiters for all the tables, sometimes the food takes a long time.

In my experience, the times I have visited the place, they take a long time to serve us, we went as a large family and it was worse, more than 1 hour and a half to serve, they made a mistake in the order

I was disappointed. I thought the food would be good, but it was covered in oil and more lettuce than anything else. The taste was nothing special, and the price wasn't that cheap. I've had better, tastier, and cheaper meals elsewhere. And what can I say about the slow service?
