Excellent seasoning, the buffet is a bit pricey but the food and desserts are very good.
Food and prices are excellent. Atmosphere is so so. Service, unfortunately, is not very good. Servers appear to be not well trained. They do not pay attention to the needs of the diners. Service throughout the store on that day was abysmal, clerks did not respond to calls for help nor were they acquainted with the products within their departments.
It's great, with a varied menu depending on the season. The staff is very attentive. It's almost always empty because of "Colima."
Pleasant experience, excellent service, cleanliness, and well-seasoned food. It has the DISTINTIVO H certification. The background music and videos could be improved; this is an area for improvement. And don't forget the children, as there's no designated area for them.
The buffet is really great, the only downside is that there's only one glass of water per person, and that's the only bad thing, but the food is very good and the service is so-so since they take a little while.
In one month we have already been to the Sunday buffet 3 times and if it were the first time we would have gone 4 times, delicious flavor, service and quality,
The buffet was really good, it's definitely worth it, and the variety of dishes is good. The portions are a bit small, but you can order without any problem, and the service is at the table.
Changes due to the pandemic with appropriate hygiene measures and reduced capacity. The buffet is served tableside rather than at the bar. You can order individual dishes (circled in black on the menu). They also offer breakfast or lunch packages. The menu is somewhat limited overall (no seafood), but the flavor is excellent, especially the chicken-based dishes. Good value.

Excellent place to enjoy a nice swim, eat delicious food, and enjoy its pool and beautiful vegetation.
They say it's open from 8:00, however, when I arrived at 8:20, it was closed. It wasn't until 8:30 that they opened it and let me in. The staff was very good, the food was pretty good, but what I didn't like was the music and that someone, apparently the kitchen manager, used several obscene words. Otherwise, it was very clean and pleasant.
They have a wide variety of dishes and drinks. The food tastes good, but the price is a bit high for the portion sizes. However, the service and attention were excellent.
I went to the buffet. The food was good but limited. While it's understandable why they let you order as many times as you want, the amount of food served was quite disappointing. (I went on May 10th, and their buffet consisted of a certain number of pre-ordered dishes, as many times as you wanted.) If you order outside the buffet, it's worth it. I would recommend going early.
The food is very good, in my opinion. The lemon pie is a bit small, but they give you a huge piece. I would still eat there again. PS: The food takes a long time to arrive.
We went one afternoon for a buffet. The buffet wasn't on display, and the food took forever to come out of the kitchen, which by the way came out lukewarm. I imagine it was because of the wait for the dishes at the counter, and the slow staff.
They don't serve us quickly, like in 12 minutes, it smells like cheese, and they haven't even given us our health insurance card and they're just chatting.
Terrible service, more than 10 minutes waiting to take the order, the food was tasteless, and to remove the dirty dishes I had to ask the waiter to remove them.
Cold food, expensive beer , nice service
Their buffet is terrible. They advertise a 2-for-1 promotion, but they don't have the staff or the service prepared to handle more than two tables. You order food from the menu and it takes more than an hour before they can even start serving you what you've asked for.
The manager's service was terrible! We waited over 40 minutes for our food, and he told us there were four other tables ahead of us. If it's supposed to be a buffet, the food should already be ready. They have so many areas for improvement.
