The service was terrible, they would call us out for anything outside of that. The food was good, especially since I went to the buffet on Wednesday. The food was delicious, but the service was bad from the waiter. I hope it's just from that waiter and not the staff. I liked it and would go again.

It had been a long time since I'd been there, and this last time I went, I noticed the quality of their rolls has gone down. They're smaller, and the flavor is a bit different than before. The food is still acceptable, and the prices and promotions are good. However, the service is extremely slow—almost an hour to get my sushi order. If you go, be prepared to be very patient!

Everything is delicious and well-priced, but the service leaves much to be desired, and they don't honor or explain the promotions. On the 3-for-2 day for dishes, I ordered 3 sushi rolls, 3 yakimeshido rice dishes, and 3 orders of skewers, and they only gave me a discount on one skewer. When I asked for an explanation, they told me that's how the promotion worked: they would give me the discount on the lowest-priced item, and only one promotion was valid per order.

Sushi Do was one of the first places in Colima to offer Japanese food...it's always been good, and perhaps because it was one of the first sushi restaurants in Colima, I still find it to be flavorful and high-quality. The specialties are classic, not complicated, but, I insist, delicious. Sadly, the service is slow, the waiters are a bit distracted, they don't take orders, and if you order several things, they'll most likely forget something. The prices are average, not expensive, not cheap. And although they have many years of experience, they still can't seem to calculate the quantities to sell...Very early in the morning, they run out of shrimp. Or they run out of fried rice...overall, it's okay. That's why I'm giving it three stars, although it's still one of my favorites.

They treat you badly when they answer the phone, as if they're doing you a favor by selling you something! Terrible service.

What terrible service! It took them two hours to get my order delivered, and the attitude of the people answering the phone is appalling. I'll never order from that shitty place again!
