I came in on 7-21-25 at 8:30, and Ashley was awesome! I had this T-Mobile deal I needed to use for an online order, but it said they were closing soon, and I had to order tomorrow. I told Ashley, and she totally hooked me up in the store. She was super helpful, even though it was almost closing time. It's tough to find friendly, helpful people these days, so I wanted to give Ashley and the rest of the staff a shout-out. Good employees are hard to come by, and I hope the boss appreciates them. They're definitely not getting paid enough! THANKS, ASHLEY, AND THE CREW FOR THE GREAT FOOD AND AMAZING SERVICE!

The customer service at this location is fabulous! The crew made sure that our order was the best it absolutely could be, that we had everything that we needed, and that we left happy. The hot sandwiches with the cold pickles really hit the spot! (Also, this location was very clean, which I think deserves kudos. We were kind of early for dinner on a Thursday. It was pretty empty, but the staff was still working on making sure things were wiped down, organized, and well-stocked.) We will definitely be back soon!

Came here for the first time with my kids. Ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, Club on a Sub, Firehouse Hero, and the New York Steamer. All delicious subs, especially the New York Steamer, just love the carnivore subs the most. The food is definitely more fresher than Subway. Overall, decently priced for the quality and size of the subs. I got a large for all 4 of my subs. I also ordered a loaf of garlic bread which was mediocre. Nothing special about the garlic bread. We will definitely be back to try their other subs. Lots of parking and tables to dine on. All the staff are friendly and pretty fast. They also give a free drink to First Responders which is awesome.

Spectacular subs! They never skimp on the amounts of anything so these subs are big. And the workers are so kind and helpful! The manager is also generous and great to talk to.

Food was good but pricey for sandwiches. Ordered the french dip,Hook & Ladder, Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket, mac and cheese and cup of chili. Sandwiches where great, mac&cheese was decent 7.5 and the chili was Mid 4.5 very watery. Nice staff but 60 bucks a bit much. That's more than Roadhouse. Didn't get chips they had small bags.

Food was ok. I ordered medium “French Dip” and it looked to be an extra small. In my opinion it was definitely not with the $13.60 I paid for it. All of the staff members were nice, but the wait was far too long. I noticed several customers had become impatient waiting on their food.

Always love eating firehouse! Always yummy and they support a great cause! This location has the best customer service but unfortunately tonight took a few stars. The floor and the drink soda machine were really dirty. Also took awhile to get my order out. Other than that everything was great.

We walked in and weren’t greeted at all. No “Welcome to Firehouse,” nothing. The food was good like it always is, but the staff didn’t seem to know much, and honestly none of them seemed happy to be there. Kayla was super cool, but the guy who brought out our food didn’t seem educated on the sandwiches. Destiny was the main issue. She had an attitude from the start and didn’t seem happy to be there at all. We came in because we had rewards. We told her we wanted larges for our sandwiches, but she rang up mediums instead(we found out after they already made them). Then she tried telling us we didn’t have enough points even though we had over 20,000. Instead of canceling the order and starting over with the rewards applied, she said rewards could only be used online because she didn’t know how to do it..which is not true. That was the whole reason we came in, so it made no sense. Customer service here is not good and really needs improvement.

Went to pick up food and stood there for FIFTEEN minutes before i decided to say something. I was never greeted…NOTHING!! TJ Warren the MANAGER was even there! Did not care. My food was cold! My favorite sandwich shop and treated poorly!

First off, I’d like to preface that Firehouse is one of my favourite establishments. I love the ingredients they use, and my sandwich is almost always delicious. But there is a serious lack of health and safety at either of the establishments in college station. I am a regular customer and multiple times I have had an issue with my sandwich being prepared by staff who haven’t cleaned knives or used fresh gloves. So when my sandwich is cut, it’s done using a knife covered in other ingredients, same with the gloves. So there is a serious amount of cross contamination and lack of cleanliness. In general the seating area often feels unclean. Firehouse is a relatively expensive place to eat. When dining with family I am often spending upwards of 50 dollars. Today, after specifically asking for my sandwich to be cut with a clean knife due to my repeated issues, it still came back with marinara from my wife’s meatball sub, among other cross contaminant ingredients. As such, it genuinely brings me great sadness to say that I’ll no longer be eating at my favourite restaurant because the location simply doesn’t address my concerns of simple food safety and cleanliness. I’ll probably be phoning the health department and maybe firehouse corporate because this issue does matter to me. If people think I’m overreacting, I understand, but I personally find food safety very important.
