Great food, especially the homemade tortillas! You can't beat the price, quality, or timeliness.

The line was worth the wait. The portions were very filling and delicious. The Guacamole and chips were sooo good.

I moved our of college station in 2014 but Fuego is still one of the restaurants I still go to every time I visit. The Dr.Pepper Cowboy is a family favorite.

I love this place so much. I never come to College Station and skip it, ever. The new seating and line set up is a really smart change. It’s much less frantic in there.

These tacos are HUGE! Well worth the price because they are so delicious! Well-done Fuego; your tacos are truly fire!

Best tacos! Wish we had one in Houston! Service was awesome! Tacos were huge and out of this world! Can't wait to be back in College Station.

Each time that my family and I eat here via drive thru or takeout. We have never received an awful meal. The food is hot, fresh, and delicious! Can’t wait to return! Thank you!

I didn't rate atmosphere because I made a carry out order. So my partner tells me about this place for breakfast tacos. I pile into the car and go. The order was handled pretty quickly, the service was good, and I was resisting the urge to eat one as I drove back! The food was exactly what I needed for breakfast, and the salsa was just spicy enough to give a nice kick to the flavor. I highly recommend this place!

This place is really good! Love their blend of taco. The fried avocado is awesome! Queso and chips is to die for!

B

Dine in or takeout, this is the best breakfast option in College Station! We hit it every Saturday and Sunday morning while in town. I just tried Buffalo Bill for the first time. I recommend it!

K
Karen

I ordered over 40 tacos for a Sunday morning. The person at the store and the person with catering were very friendly and detail oriented Ted. They called and texted to make sure the order was right. The order was ready on time and the food was delicious! I will definitely order from them again.

A B/CS staple for a reason! Fantastic tacos with options for everyone, so it's a great spot for groups. The prices have gone up over the years, but the value of what you get is still solid. My only real complaint/warning is that it's very echo-y in the dining room and it can be hard to carry a conversation when it's busy. Thankfully the drive-thru and long hours are convenient, so I get to-go most of the time.

H
Holly Frankum

The food is amazing. The service is excellent.. I only gave it a four star rating this time, because it was hot as God knows what. This was a one-time thing compared to the other times I have been. I will definitely be there again... Many more times. Be sure to try the Good golly Miss Holly. 🤤

Loved it!! Fuego was highly recommended by several friends and family members. Yes the food is different but that's what sets it apart from the run of the mill taco shops that everyone knows. The everything is fresh made. The guaco gets its kick from the fresh peppers that are in it. The fresh corn chips and queso... mmmm! So what do I mean by different? Take a look at the menu. Where else are you going to find Mac and Cheese or Cheetos on a taco? I had a "Good Golly Miss Holly" which has fresh brisket, mac and cheese, jack and cheddar chees plus cheetos on it. Awesome! The "campeche" fish taco is incredible. Fish was light and flaky inside a crispy, breaded exterior. The pico isnt the typical pico thats over done. The Cholula Tartar sauce on it... everything is done just right! You get ordered and served quickly (well, except on game weekend... there might be a bit of a delay.) Well worth the stop. In College Station, its just off of University by a couple of buildings. You can eat and be back on the road in 30min if you're just passing through.

Best place to go after the bar for a great taco, whether that's dinner or breakfast.

G

Menu was simple, yet varied, easily navigable by a newcomer. The service was quick, despite the dinner crowd (weekday in July). The flavors were distinguishable among all the fixins. And prices were more affordable than many fast-food sandwich shops. OK parking for the weekday in July. The cashier was courteous and efficient.

Always on point! I have never had a bad burrito from here! My children all love it here as well!

Anyssa is an incredible leader and took great care of us! 10/10 would recommend this Fuego to anyone considering it. Don’t think about it, just go! The establishment was packed to the rim and to move things along and offer better options to patrons, the staff brought up their to-go option. We took advantage of that and ordered Anyssa’s recommended popular items and everything turned out awesome with less waiting! Amazing staff, service, and food!

Fuego is always good! We love to come and get bowls . Always have a lot of flavors. Recommending steak bowl!

Great service with quick, quality food. Each taco is about a meal in itself, which I found out after I ordered 3 plus chips and dip. Luckily they come wrapped it foil, perfect for reheating. Thanks to the manager who didn’t shame me as he set down tray after tray of tacos. All were delicious!

PHENOMENAL, INCREDIBLE, AMAZING tacos!! The tortillas are freah and off the charts! They are soft, thick, fluffy, and rich.. like incredibly doughy dinner rolls flattened out. Fuego has unique tacos, like, chicken & waffles and pulled pork with mac n cheese. Their queso blanco is terrific, too! I had the El Presidente which has fried chicken, fried avocado, bacon, cheese, and some kind of awesome sauce. They stay open 24hrs a day (except Mondays) and stay pretty busy.. the parking is a bit tricky and the entrance/exit is backed up sometimes, but its worth the effort!

A variety of great tacos. Fuego's is now on my list of must hit places when in the area. It can get very busy.

Fun place! Big tacos, loved the fried ingredients used in the tacos. Delish salsa bar too! Free refills on chips if you get chips and salsa, which I appreciated. The queso is decent, I had a taco with queso on it and it overwhelmed the other flavors on the taco a little too much, but I still liked it.

This place is incredible and was always really nice to go to celebrate or to hang out. The restaurant is always busy, but they manage very well.

Came here on a surprise trip for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint! The “hippie” taco was super delicious, along with the “El Presidente” and secret “steak and queso.” I didn’t ask in time but they do have a birthday treat- so be sure to have your ID if your birthday is coming up! Pictured tacos are (1) the hippies (2) I-chee Wa-Wa (3) el presidente

Late night taco spot and never misses, ordered the King and el Presidente! Quick service, self-serve toppings. Keep in mind it closes at midnight Sunday night.

Monster tacos for an awesome price. Every time we’re in College Station we always eat here and order too much to finish. Their tacos are the exact opposite of a street taco. They’re all huge and the salsa bar has lots of options.

I recently stopped by Fuego Taco Grill with my son to check out the Texas A&M University, and we were blown away by the food! The Fuego steak tacos are definitely the standout item, with a mouth-watering combination of Angus beef, chipotle, cream corn, potato, and cheese all nestled in a one-of-a-kind unique tortilla. I never had this kind of Tortilla in other Taco places. The potato and egg breakfast taco is also worth trying - we could barely put them down! This place is a must-visit for anyone in the College Station area

W
Will Munoz

Drive through tacos, burritos, etc. Its great food. Cant really speak to the atmosphere inside the restaurant, havent been in there in a while. Will say the small cramped parking lot is not the most fun environment, but man location near campus means this is a must for all Aggie students. Update: went in there recently: great atmosphere inside as well. Nice place for a hangout with friends.

M

Out of towner reviewer, nice to find a place that was open 24hrs and didn’t charge for parking in this town. Food was great value a chicken bowl and side tortillas was under 10 bucks. Flavor was good and lot of options at the salsa bar.

A
Alisha Sweaton

Oh my gosh, I'm still dreaming about the brisket #1 taco I had from here. This place was crazy good. The guy at the counter, Joseph, was awesome. We took his recommendations, and we were not disappointed. There were so many salsas and toppings you could choose from in a serve yourself bar style set-up. The guacamole was fantastic. I honestly loved this place, and I can't wait to go back. So delicious.

We come here almost every Friday night at midnight. The food is always amazing!! Their queso could use a little help but everything else is really good! I have not taking anyone here and they need up not liking it. Highly HIGHLY recommend

Stopped here for breakfast and it was a delicious meal! The tacos are large and filled with yummy mixtures, some classic and some adventurous. We each had two and left stuffed! We’ll be back next time we visit College Station!

We drove in from Colorado for the Bama/A&M game and some amazing Aggies told us to get Fuego Tacos! We walked in post game and IT WAS PACKED! We talked to people in the line, the manager walked the line and asked if we had questions. Fresh everything, especially tortillas! Great atmosphere, amazing food and hard working staff! Definitely recommend!

This was my 1st time eating here. The breakfast tacos were amazing. The salsa selection was plentiful and tasty. Food came out within 3 minutes of ordering. The cashier did not speak English very well, he had to get the manager twice. Other than that it was a great experience.

Super awesome, quick serving times, lots of variety on the menu so you can come back a bunch of times, and everything is clean and well-kept :)

Food was good at a great price. It does get quite busy so expect a line at times and be aware you have to order your food before you can claim a table.

Great Taco spot in College Station. Lots of options (though more vegetarian would be nice) We tried the Dr Pepper brisket taco and it was divine! Service was quick and great.

Everything is a taco and these are not your normal tacos. You may have trouble finishing 2 let alone 3! Definitely pick your favorite, then decide it you want more. It obviously gets full so prepare for waits sometimes but they do have drive through.

We were greeted as soon as we entered. The food is very good and I think a decent value. Tortilllas are fresh. The dough is flattened by a machine and then cooked.. Service was great while we were eating and they even cleared the plates.

B

Always a spectacular experience! The food is always delicious and there's a wide selection. It can get a bit busy at times but it's definitely worth whatever wait. Right on the edge of Texas A&M University. Very friendly staff and very clean throughout. No visit to a College Station is ever complete without stopping here! Parking can get a bit complex at times but it's nothing extreme.

The absolute best place to get tacos anytime of the day. For breakfast, I recommend the Top of the Day, no onions, you can splurge and get extra bacon. Perfect for starting your day. Can go wrong with anything though.

Caught up with a friend in the heart of the hustle! Despite the buzzing crowd and a parking lot that's always playing hard to get, we dove into Southern Comfort, savored the sizzle of Fuego Steak, and relished the warmth of Classic Carne Guisada. Great food, great company, and a pleasant surprise – it's budget-friendly too!

J
Justin Dolley

Not from the area. But all our college station friends always brag about Fuegos! So we stopped by today when we were passing through. Service was great! Staff was very friendly and polite and was helpful the whole time we were there. Food came out, fast, hot and delicious! Will definitely stop at again the future.

I can live in peace in College Station knowing this place exists. I never knew a tortilla could provide such a profoundly beautiful emotional response. I shed tears during my first Fuego encounter, and I hope and pray this goodness impacts you similarly. If you’re ballin’ on a budget, the $1.79 bean and cheese tacos are a game changer.

Michael Cowling

Really liked the Presidente, Buffalo Bill, and Fist Pump. Disappointed in Sweet Caroline. Good queso. The parking lot is awful, the dining room is cramped, and the music is too loud...but the tacos are big and delicious. Would definitely get food from here again but would probably hit the drive through. Closed on Mondays. Open 24/6. Serves breakfast all day.

Massive tacos with unique flavor combos. Everything is very sharable! It feels like a more humble version of Torchy’s. The massive salsa bar was a highlight for me as well.

it was my first time visiting, and the place was great. The food was large portions, and tasted excellent. it's a pretty unique menu, and well worth the trip if you're looking for something new. The people that work there were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The place was clean, and was a great value for the money.

It's a chain, so what? Best tacos in BCS. Dr pepper cowboy is a hit. So is the queso. I get those every time. But I've not had a bad taco from fuego. And they are open 24 hrs so I can get my late night taco fix here too.

J

Came after a workout and I was thoroughly satisfied. I didn’t really know what to expect but all I can say is if you haven’t tried this you should. I got the Fuego A-Go-Go and The King. Both of these tacos had beef and I was surprised at the quality of the meat. I would have expected low quality meat since the food came out so quick but it wasn’t at all. I would definitely have this again.

Oh my god, I only wish there were fast taco places like this where I live in Michigan. We tried to have lunch here on a Saturday at about 1:00 . Place was packed. We went back the next day for breakfast tacos and I am so glad we did. Tortillas made fresh on site, fresh eggs, beans, and a salsa bar with chopped fresh cilantro, onions, jalapenos, pico de gal, and other salsas. It was freaking awesome. You need to try this place. And if they want to francise to Michigan, give me a call

Pretty good tacos. I enjoyed the beef better than the chicken. Nice salsa bar for your own toppings. Place is small and gets crowded. Nice staff and service.

N
Nonnie Cooks

The food and service is absolutely amazing, I could never complain about it. I've gotten my food so fast that I hadn't had the chance to sit down yet. The food here always tastes amazing and the hours of operation are a god send. I wish the place was cleaner and a bit more well maintained however. I sometimes catch mildew smells by some of the booths, the vents are very dusty, and the fountain drink machine area always has some kind of leak. I would honestly rather go here than anywhere else in town though.

J
Jesus Cital

Best tortilla soup I have ever had. It was all well cooked chicken. It had a very good seasoning and overall flavor. The tacos are huge. Carne guisada was great. Grilled steak was also very good. Overall a definite regular visit kind of place.

R
Ronin

Had the Menudo and a Carne guisada taco. The Menudo was the best tasting I've ever had at a restaurant. The taco was good as well. My only complaint is the fast food style ordering and plastic utensils. It is really a pain having to find a table and then go on a Easter egg hunt for your utensils, napkins, drinks etc. Did I mention the plastic utensils...

J
Jeremy Bumgardner

The soft tacos 🌮 were large, served hot, but only tasted okay. I expected a lot more from a 4.6 average rating restaurant. The salsa bar offerings were bland & had 0 seasonings. Good service with hard working staff.

J
Jon H

I just ate here while in town on business. The manager was super helpful in picking out a safe option for lunch since I can’t eat wheat and dairy. The rotisserie chicken was very good. It was tender, juicy, and very tasty. The only complaint I have is the portion size was quite small. The fries were pretty good and I liked the seasoning they used on them. Next time I’d probably order a double portion of the rotisserie chicken to have more to eat. Overall a great experience here.

W
William Allen

Had breakfast tacos here several days in a row and it was always good but one of those days it was as if the chorizo and egg taco needed more chorizo. The brisket Mac and cheese taco is great as well

L
Lauren Taranow

Fuego has a ton of hype as a College Station original. They have massive tacos, I typically only need one, where I would normally get 2-3 elsewhere. I love the fish taco because it comes with the ingredients separated and you get to craft each bite yourself. I love that the restaurant is one of the few 24 hour places to eat in this town.

L
Lizzy Leary

i got the fuego steak tacos which were very flavorful. however, i was charged $4 to add grilled onions, only for them to add four measly onions to my two tacos, which is pictured. pricing was a little ridiculous for add ons and in general, but other than that service was great!

Pratikshya Dhital
Pratikshya Dhital

The food portions were quite large. We ordered three different varieties of tacos along with a tortilla soup. Personally, I did not enjoy the tortilla soup .I expected a heartier portion with more chicken, but it was overly soupy and also too salty for my taste. The tacos, however, were a highlight. They were generously portioned and tasted good overall.

Karen Roberts
Karen Roberts

I ordered a Fuego steak taco and tortilla soup! It took me a minute to find a menu, but the staff was helpful. The tables all say reserved… just place your number on the stand at an empty table. I liked my taco. I think I’ll skip the soup next time and get something else (not bad, just not my taste). I’ll be back.

Had a late night dinner here with our Aggie. Place was packed with kids, and the sound levels were deafening in a good sort of way. Food is fairly good, both quality and quantity, for the price. The target consumer is very clear. Service is decent, and the location very convenient, if you are meeting someone in tamu.

Doug Bradford

Very good food at reasonable prices. Visited College Station location twice in 3 days. First time around midnight thru drive thru. Hard to hear worker, but orders correct and food great. 2nd visit was today around 1pm. Ate inside. Good service, staff always cleaning and that's good. Good food, very busy, but not a problem. They are open 24 hours. Have heard certain times can have big waits inside and out, but we hadno problems with waiting on our two visits. Same quality as San Marcos location. Check it out for inexpensive high quality food and generous portions.

H

It was okay, it would probably a lot better after a night of drinking. The rockstar taco was really good! I didn’t care for the chicken one that I had, it was too fatty...

C
C C

The food taste was nice, but the quantity size and portion are too small especially compared to torchy taco. My fuel bowl barely had anything in it. Also, the employees were unfriendly and just threw my food randomly in the bag, making it leak everywhere. Also, the next day I woke up with acid reflux from eating here.

K
Kimberly Smith

Breakfast tacos are good just need a little more consistency from one day to the next. Update: 11-07-24 - Again the tacos are good but they have increasingly gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. I know food is costing more but really $6.59 for a small barbacoa taco is way too much! I took a picture of a bean & cheese and a barbacoa taco with a normal size plastic for for comparison of the size. No thank you!

M
Manuel Fuentez

Stopped in 9/20 @2:30p to try these tacos out. The gentleman at the register was helpful with his recommendations. I chose the El Presidente and The King along with the chips and queso which was said to be the best in town. They have plenty of salsa and condiments for your tacos. The tacos had some great ingredients in them but they were just ok. The chips were good, the queso bland. I couldn't figure it out, I tried to doctor it up to save it but was unsuccessful. Maybe just pass on the chips and queso if you visit. Overall, I wouldn't drive out of my way to visit. Only stopped in because I was working in town and was told about it. I'll keep searching for the best tacos in Texas.

J

Visit 1: Great breakfast tacos. The best service ever. Visit 2: Came a second time ready to fiesta, and it’s… eerily quiet. Picture a ghost town, but instead of tumbleweeds, it’s employees laser-focused on their tasks like they were competing on “Top Chef: Silent Mode Edition.” No one looked up. No “hi,” no “welcome,” not even a subtle head nod like, “yes, you exist.” For a hot second, we honestly thought we were on a prank show or had walked into a live-action restaurant museum exhibit. After sitting there awkwardly for five full minutes (which in taco-waiting time is basically 3 years), we finally waved down someone like we were flagging a plane on a deserted island. Now to the food: we got two steak tacos, a veggie one, and something fishy (either shrimp or a mermaid’s last wish). The tacos were good, like solid B+, but not soul-shatteringly divine. The real MVP? Those tortillas. Fluffy, warm, and so good they probably have their own fan club. But listen… at the end of the day, we left feeling like we’d just had a weird blind date. Decent convo (food), terrible vibes (service). Honestly? Shoulda gone with ol’ reliable Torchy’s. 3 tortillas outta 5. Would return, but only if someone else breaks the awkward silence first.

3.3 stars. Late, late night munchies run. Queso was heavy and unfortunately overly salty. Taco was good but slightly disappointing as the fried mushrooms on it were dinky and under fried. Parking lot was very tight. Nearly got into an incident as we were leaving when a driver flew through and almost hit one of our friends. Pay attention!

M C
M C

I mean pretty standard the only things that sells their sauce. Queso aint queso-ing js. Cookies eh ok ... crumbly and tasted like it sat there for a while. I think some of the other taco places beat this one but had to try.

K
Keli Anglin

Honestly this place is hit or miss. Mostly it's a hit - tonight was a miss. I wanted the vegetarian Bowl, but it's not on the menu. The manager said a different Bowl was like what I wanted with the fried mushrooms, so I ordered it. No fried mushrooms. So the manager offered to order me the vegetarian Bowl to go because I really wanted the fried mushrooms, but when I got home there were no mushrooms at all, and the veggies were almost raw. 😣 But I'll be back. Once you have Fuego's - you always go back!! 😜

C
Cody Reuter

Disappointed. The food was small portion for big price. They filled exactly half the tortilla with Carne Guisda. for a $7 taco they should include other items besides the tortilla. I'm tired of restaurants cutting costs by serving less meat, but this was ridiculous. Food was also poor taste. Not impressed with my first and only visit.

M
Matthew Loomis

It’s okay don’t get me wrong. Was expecting more flavor in the tacos. Tacos have lots of filler and not a lot of meat. Salsas were pretty bland along with bland queso.

M
Maggi

I don't recommend ordering delivery. The food always comes cold the restaurant will not take responsibility of the orders not being picked up even though they're the ones that are hiring the third party and charging you almost $6. This is the third time I've been disappointed with delivery. Order was wrong. Wasted money. End up going to get my own food after it was 30mins late!!

P
Paul Garcia

Second visit was a let down. I ordered two different tacos that come with fried shrimp. The tortillas were cold and chewy and the fixings were half warm and half ice cold... I'm assuming the warm part was the shrimp. There were no limes, cilantro and very little salsa at the salsa bar. I managed the serve myself enough of the roasted salsa which was very good. I really want to try their breakfast menu but I can't see myself spending any more money here. I'm disappointed to say that Torchys is much better in terms of quality and Torchys isn't even that great. The staff at Fuego are absolutely amazing and it's the food that has been disappointing. This place will survive though. They don't need customers like me and as I said before college kids will eat anything. They might even still dine here if the tortillas were made of cardboard. First visit: I will say that I'm glad they do not offer alcohol or beer at this establishment and that this is a safe place for college kids to eat, hang out, and have fun. What can you say about the actual food. Tacos are decent. Typical college taco restaurant. You can't expect much more. College kids will eat anything. It's super close to the university so not much effort required from the service provider other than making sure they keep the tacos coming for the hordes of college student that line up out the door...

Food was delicious. However, when my husband and I ordered our food, the guy who took our order put us down as “take out” which I didn’t think was a big deal. We found a table and were waiting on our food. My husband went outside to make sure they hadn’t called us yet, there was an employee (equivalent of a hostess) who approached me and was very unfriendly, telling me that he won’t serve my food to me inside the building because my ticket said “take out,” when my husband returned to our table, he ran us out because “if your ticket says to go, you have to go outside and wait.” We finally got our food and left. It’s hard to justify that “policy” and employee behavior considering we paid for our tab just like every other person sitting inside.

K
Kade Overton

Tried ordering food for a family of 6. The server taking our order wouldn’t even pay attention enough to take our order. After 10 mins of trying order and her not getting our order correct, we had to leave. Reviews show the food is great but the service is terrible.

Been craving for a while but we don't live close. Finally came because we were in the area for an event and what a let down. First off, every table was reserved for the foot ball game folks. Every single table. That wasn't a huge deal because we were ready to get home so we ordered Togo and ate in the truck. I had to spit out like 6 pieces of chicken between the 2 tacos I ordered. I don't think they trim the chicken at all. Tacos were sloppily thrown together and extremely messy. Chicken was not crispy at all and everything was really bland. Not a normal experience. I have recommended this place to a lot of people. Not anymore. 80 dollars for 4 tacos, 2 bowls, and an order of chicken steps and fries. The chicken were really thin, barely beaded and soggy. My 8 year old even complained that they were bland. Good thing they're in a college town. Teens will eat anything lol

Where do we start. I ordered A Fuego bowl for breakfast 6am get a call from the driver saying they were without rice and some other ingredient which I paid $20 for a breakfast bowl! The manager anyssa told the driver to contact me to get a refund. I called back to the store and spoke with"anyssa". She is very rude. I asked her if she could give me extra egg since I paid for egg and extra rice and she said no she didn't wanna lose her job over two eggs 😂then Got a call from the general manager David girela which called me and started out the conversation very bad. He proceeded to tell me that the good news was that they didn't make rice on Tuesdays and that , I should ask for a refund, but RICE IS LISTED FOR EXTRA CHARGE listed on all of his websites and delivery services...Bryan College Station especially students don't settle for Over PRICED mediocre Tx mex food come to Bryan where you can get way better authentic Mexican food at a less expensive price💪🏼

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Fuego’s in college station due to the behavior of an employee named Gladdice My order was incorrect—only one taco was wrong—and I calmly explained the issue, expecting a simple fix. Instead of helping, Gladice was dismissive and outright disrespectful. She refused to correct the mistake and stated that her employee is “always right” and that customers are “always wrong.” That attitude alone is unacceptable in any customer-service environment, especially over such a minor and easily fixable issue. Mistakes happen, but how they are handled matters. The unwillingness to help and the disrespectful response showed a complete lack of professionalism and concern for customers. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning.

I had a terrible experience at the College Station Fuego. The customer service was horrible. Gladice, the store manager, was very disrespectful and completely unwilling to help fix our order when there was a problem. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she made the situation worse with her attitude. We left feeling frustrated and unheard. I would never recommend this place, and they seriously need to change their management.

I’ve been a regular at Fuego Tortilla Grill for years—we keep coming back hoping things will improve, but every visit seems to have some issue with our order. Today was the final straw. Our order was messed up again, and when we politely asked for help fixing it, the store manager Gladice was extremely disrespectful and refused to assist. She insisted her employees are always right and that customers like us are wrong, with no interest in resolving the problem. We’ve given this place so many chances because we love the concept and the late-night hours, but the consistent problems combined with this kind of rude management make it impossible to recommend. Save your money and time—avoid Fuego Tortilla Grill in College Station. There are better taco spots nearby that actually value their customers.

I’ve been a regular customer at Fuego in College Station, but this experience was the last straw. I called to get an order fixed and spoke with Gladys, who was extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of listening, she told me that her employee is “always right” and that we were wrong—no effort to understand the issue at all. She refused to fix our taco, which is frustrating considering we order from Fuego often and have had multiple problems in the past but kept giving the store chances. This time, the way the situation was handled showed a complete lack of customer service and accountability. This location seriously needs new store management. Loyal customers shouldn’t be treated this way. I hope this gets addressed ASAP

showed up at 12:05am December tuesday 16th, 3 cars in front of us in drive through line by 12:08 and it was totally closed - no workers there to help us. Tried to go through the front door and that was locked too. had to go to crappy taco bell instead 😭😭😭wish places would actually be open when they say they will

went thru the drive thru, 2 girls stood there for about a good 15-20 minutes talking and ignoring me, even after another young lady had bought her my food. she didn’t even stop her convo to take my payment. after about 20 minutes she finally opens the window & i ask her “is that my food right there”(i noticed when the girl brought it). she responded “yes” & i kindly drove off. you all need much better customer service, literally never experienced anything like that before at any restaurant

The food is FANTASTIC ! There was a man named Shelby taking orders at the window who was rude and was rushing us to order and it being out first time there I would thought after I expressed that to him he would understand but NO ! Mind you there was no one behind me for me to be rushed
