First time and ordered the Best Quesonario burger. Unfortunately it wasn't the best and lacked any flavor. Prices were high too. If you order the combo (fries+drink), the size of the drink is the size of a kid's cup. The sweet potato fries were salty too. Disappointed!

The burger was small and the patty was tiny, shrinkflation has hit Mooyah hard. Food still tastes good, but you'll feel like you're getting cheated.

Clean restaurant! The young lady at the register didn’t greet me when I walked in and didn’t really seem too interested in taking my order. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo because that’s what I wanted to treat myself to for my birthday today. My fries are hard and my burger is pink in the middle. I requested extra tomato and added onion, only to get ONE tomato and NO onions on my burger. I am a little disappointed being that I drove 20 minutes to get what I paid for! Unfortunately, I don’t have an option to post a picture of my food on here.

Not sure if they ingredients when down but the turkey burger doesn’t taste like the turkey burgers in the past . Seems frozen and then cooked instead of fresh to cooked . Also my fries were burnt and had to ask for fresh fries .

went to mooyaa for a quick meal before going out ( had the coupon). i ordered paleo burger and got served the keto. hubby ordered swiss mushroom burger no of few mushrooms. honestly the fries are the best thing here

The food was very good except my shake. Maybe that's how it's made 🤔. Employees need to learn how to act in front of customers . I honestly can't believe how long i had to wait as well. I've never waited that long at any Mooyah. We more than likely will not go back. It's ashame the food was good.

I went in around 7:30 last night and placed an order to-go. The service was friendly enough (not great though), but when I got home and started eating I discovered that my burger was completely raw in the middle! This kind of carelessness is dangerous. Kitchen staff is going to get someone sick or worse. Staff needs a refresher course on minimum internal temperatures for ground meat.

We ordered our food through DoorDash. Unfortunately, our fries were not included in the bag. The bag was stapled shut with the ticket included, so we know that the driver did nothing wrong and our order did include fries. Since we live close by, we decided to drive to the store and ask for the fries. This is where the experience got worse. To say nobody cared would be an understatement. They basically said it wasn’t their problem, that the driver must have stolen the fries, and that we should take it up with DoorDash. In the end, it’s not about the fries or the $10 we spent for nothing, it’s about the complete lack of caring. I know it’s a lot to expect for people to care at all about their jobs, but it’s disappointing nonetheless.

This location is very filthy. Whole place doesn’t look like it gets cleaned, including the soda machines, you can see the grime buildup in the lemonade containers. There was a huge puddle in front of the trash can and it was overflowing, dirty tables, and food all over the floor, meanwhile the staff was on their phone behind the counter. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like if that’s how they keep the front of the house 🤢 Also, expect them to get the order wrong. Fries were old. No music playing? The staff could not care less and were in a bad mood. I love mooyah but I’ll be avoiding this location.

No greeting. Employee who took my order has an attitude. I'd say thank you and she'd say nothing. And she's pretty much standing there looking at her phone. Poor food quality.

Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 8:35 PM and were told dining in was not allowed, only takeout, even though the restaurant closes at 9 PM. That was fine, we didn’t argue and placed our order to go. Once we got home, we discovered the fries were burnt, extremely hard, and clearly overcooked (see photo). They were basically inedible, which makes it feel like we were served leftover or rushed food just because it was close to closing time. If you’re still open, the food quality should remain the same until closing, not drop like this. Very disappointed and not what I expect from Mooyah.

Very odd place, weird smell. Black bean burgercwas so thin. Asked for it between lettuce instead of a bun. Two little lettuce leafs. Ridiculous. Place was dead on Wednesday at 7pm. Their sign on building is not lit as it has been broken for a while.

This rating is only about the food. We have tried this place 3x and the same experience each time. Fries taste like they have been cooked in old oil… really old oil. The burger patties have zero flavor. Unfortunately, we will have to find another place for a burger.

Terrible customer service. Joe didn’t give me half of my order and then I called to let them know and he told me it wasn’t his fault and refused to apologize. Burgers were undercooked. Followed up with the manager and never got a response back. Save your hard earned money for good food and good service.
