We reached the refuge after a wonderful hike towards Corna Blacca. It offers a great combination of traditional specialties and a great price. Spacious and comfortable, it has a terrace where you can eat while enjoying the splendid view. If you want to relax, you can do so in the comfortable lounge chairs provided.

Ampi spazi interni per consumazione pasti, personale competente e preciso, all'ingresso viene rilevata temperatura. Parcheggio, accesso e wc per carrozzine.

È il posto in cui rifugiarsi e riposare, durante la giornata sulla neve. Carino e spartano, come ci si aspetta per questi posti. Il cibo, non male.

When we arrived, we were immediately welcomed into the apartments, which were very comfortable and warm. After skiing 🎿, we had something delicious and amazing to eat; for lunch, it was always the same, but the bartender was very kind and always offered me snacks. Dinner was the best, including dessert; The theater was spectacular, with its costume parties and so much more. An experience to repeat! 🫠

Considering the beautiful day and the crowds on the slopes, service was a bit slow, but the food was excellent and plentiful. Prices were in line with the service offered.

This is the second time I've stayed here in the last year, and it's always a pleasure to stop by this chalet. The hospitality and professionalism are evident, and it's run by great people. As for the location, there's nothing to complain about: spectacular.

Chalet Maniva, in addition to representing a very good opportunity to spend a few days in the mountains in the company of family or friends, offering on the upper floors the service of a Holiday Home equipped with large rooms (11) with bathrooms and kitchen, on the ground floor it has, in addition to the ticket office for the Maniva-Ski ski lifts and the sports equipment rental service, also a very large hall (300 seats..) where it is possible to have lunch at costs accessible to all, with a fast service (you order and pay at the cashier, then going to collect the food ordered at the various preparation stations..), divided between bar service, a space dedicated to the preparation of pizzas, one dedicated to piadinas, one for first courses and one for second courses of meat... very simple and basic cuisine, nothing refined, but very useful both in winter and in summer as a refreshment stop for the ever numerous tourists and mountain enthusiasts who pass through the Giogo del Maniva... Useful, Comfortable and Economical, with a beautiful view of the Valley that descends to Bagolino...

For school groups with "reduced group prices," the food is very scarce and of poor quality: so it's best for them to avoid making agreements that later turn out to be scams.

The refuge is large and has a lovely atmosphere, with views of the mountains from the windows. The food is quite good, but the service, while friendly, is too slow. For a self-service restaurant, it should be quicker and more responsive.

A summer lunch on a day of hiking. A good-quality self-service restaurant with seemingly competitive prices. It's a shame the portion on your plate is so small! You can't offer a plate of dumplings that are three balls smaller than golf balls, just as you can't serve a cutlet that literally takes three bites. What a shame.

Plenty of seating and super friendly staff, arrived at the end of season but still sometimes had to queue for a drink, food is certainly average (ate the pizzas and a Ragu pasta dish) but served with a smile and relatively quickly school lunch/ canteen style. Beer is good and well priced for a ski resort, coffees are fantastically priced and the panoramic views are outstanding.

Caotico, rapporto quantità/prezzo negativo. Qualità del cibo da mensa. La domenica la musica da discoteca sul davanti del locale è davvero fuori luogo con un acustica da tamarri. Peccato.

During the winter holidays, it's unbearable. Long lines for lunch, and finding a free table is only possible after 2:00 PM. The smell of sewage is unbearable nearby.

Terrible service, high prices, 1 star food. Staff unwilling to work, dirty tables, crowded place, no one takes care of cleaning the tables. 40 minute lines to get anything grilled. In short, a dump without any oversight from the competent authorities. Never again.
