We stopped by chance for lunch during a motorcycle ride. Excellent place, a well-kept and very welcoming location. A standout feature is the trolley of typical Val Trompia cheeses and jams that tantalized my taste buds. The menu is very interesting, offering sharing platters that, instead of the usual appetizer, you can enjoy while waiting for your main course. We ordered a risotto with porcini mushrooms, formaggella cheese, and bagoss cheese, which was amazing, and while we waited, we ordered a sharing platter of fried mushrooms and mushrooms on grilled polenta. The portions were generous, and the desserts were interesting, but we didn't try them because we were already full. With our coffee, they brought us some sweet treats and their homemade brittle. Instead of wine, we drank a local craft beer. Excellent value, and they also have a small shop selling local products for those who want to take something home. I recommend it, and if I'm in the area again, I'll be back.

Very nice and welcoming place. With the tasting menus offered you can try various dishes (really good). The only flaw... small portions, especially the tartare (good but it's a teaspoon).

I had lunch today, for the first time, at this restaurant. Everything was delicious. Everything was perfect. The appetizers, first courses, and second courses were all excellently prepared. I personally really enjoyed the egg with cheese fondue and black truffle: out of this world! My compliments! Excellent dishes, and the price was in line with the quality of the dishes we ate. Must try!!

Unbelievable. Was not expecting a restaurant of such high quality in such a small town! The staff were super friendly and the chef even came out to explain the menu and specials in English. The food was very memorable and if I was ever in the area again, I would definitely go back. Worth every cent.

We had dinner on a Saturday evening with six friends. The location was truly beautiful, the ambiance was just right, and the decor was well-appointed. The service was prompt and attentive. The menu was truly excellent and interesting. I specifically ordered the truffle egg as an appetizer, and the Maniva trout with polenta for the main course. I was truly delighted. Finally, the desserts made the evening a perfect end, with a dark chocolate tart and baked peaches. The price was reasonable for the amount we ate. We'll definitely be back.

I went to this restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere is very refined and characterized by understated elegance. We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and competent welcome. The food is excellent, the flavors are always well-balanced and harmonious. The presentation of the dishes is top-notch. The portions are perfect, almost generous. A well-curated, though not overly extensive, wine list completes the picture. The prices are absolutely reasonable. Well done.

A very welcoming restaurant divided into several rooms with exposed stonework, fireplaces, and wood-burning stoves. The menu is varied and features bold, authentic flavors. Portions aren't overly generous. The staff are very friendly; they aren't the fastest, but overall, they're okay. We'll definitely return.

GREEN LAND SRL

A small and cozy trattoria, just the way I like it. As soon as you enter, you feel the warmth of mountain restaurateurs. The menu is based on local products. The cuisine is not too elaborate. The dishes are few but good, with the exception of the pappardelle (too thick and with too little sauce in the ragù). The service is good at all times. The prices are average.

Seconda visita, non piacevole ed entusiasmante come la prima. Menu ridotto all'osso e con pochi piatti del loro menù tradizionale, servizio ridotto, personale di cucina ridotto. Giornata sfortunata? Visto l'assenza di metà dello staff sarebbe stato bello essere almeno avvisati... EDIT: leoncini da tastiera a chi, piccolo uomo, credi che se avessi pagato io non ti avrei detto tutto in faccia? Vedete di abbassare la cresta, e di accettare le legittime critiche, siano esse pubbliche o dette personalmente. Avete semplicemente toppato servizio (non ne vedevo uno così scarso da non so quanto tempo) e menu, unica cosa sensata sarebbe stata scusarsi, ma vedo che preferite sminuire con spiacevoli epiteti i vostri (ex) clienti. A mai più, arrogante e persentuoso.

Speechless... And without food, I dare say!! What a disappointment!! All this way to remain on an empty stomach... inadequate service and I won't go any further, ready, go, I sit on a broken chair, oh well, it happens... Let's order, oh no, the mushrooms are out... Ok, it doesn't happen but it's okay... Cold cuts and cheese platter for the table... I've never received a slice of any cheese portioned in tiny, and I repeat tiny, portions not even for 8 people. If you want, you can try this and leave the rest... Cold cuts, max 3 slices of each type, always divided by 8, and the specific platters were 2... Poorly made, perhaps edible... Returned intact, told there was a problem and they were inedible... but if you were asked the reason, no, they were also on the bill... And last but not least... 550 euros for the lovely dinner!! To give credit where credit is due, I was told that the Valdostana, or rather the Valtrompina, I think (with pork, gentlemen), were good, and I ate the ice cream, yes, that was good!! But thank you, but I'll leave room for those who go to a restaurant and eat like they're at the canteen... I didn't take photos, I didn't have the courage!
