Always get fresh tasty food here
The crinkle cut French fries were white, which means they weren't overcooked, and they were cooked in new liquid. These fries had the perfect amount of salt and were very delicious. I always get the # 6 combo with chicken because I can't have dairy, and it was made perfectly and not dry. The service attendant was very nice and polite. It felt like I was in a commercial, but I wasn't, of course. This was a great lunch, thank you.
I love to pick up my online orders when close to this location (right off the freeway). I always get my fill of my favorite menus items whether it's breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
I use the drive thru and the service is good. Their box meals are filling when you're on a budget.
Basically tastes the same as any other deltaco I go to haven’t had much of an issue there. The Drive thru is horrible tho they seem to never hear me and I need to speak very loudly maybe because it’s near a freeway? Idk.. constantly told to wait for my food in the parking lot even if I’m the only one in the drive thru..
I order 2 classic burritos . Not sure if they shrunk tortillas or something look like 2 baby burritos . Almost like a handheld small burrito with little lettuce and hardly any chicken. Had to go across the street to buy hotdogs because was eating a baby burritos did not fill us up
Upon getting to the gentlemen taking the order couldn't hear me even after repeating over and over. After pulling up to the window I hsnd over payment I'm handed drinks but the gentlemen says "oh, my bad I don't know which is which I forgot to label them." and hands me the drinks . As a type 1 diabetic I struggle with the fact that there could be minimum of 8 different soda options and 2 sugar free or diet so for a employee to not be able to handle keeping track of 2 drinks that affect my health is insane the employee never offered to re do them had a issue with me asking for ketchup (sighed) said ok bye I said I'm sorry can I get a bag and drink holder sorry to bother you I'm taking it to hospital as he just turned and walked away. The week before I ordered carne asada nacho they had no guacamole I asked if I could get some jalapeños employee mentioned it would be extra charge I said we'll I'm not getting guacamole could you substitute it employee rolled his eyes said no I asked if he could ask higher up I was told there wasn't one available and he was just a employee who gets paid by the hour and isn't there to give away food for free I simply explained I wasn't asking for anything for free since technically they owed me. I think customer service goes a long way.
We went there for there Thursday night soft chicken tacos special. Part of the reason for our visit was because we were short on time. And didn't have time to cook at home. The service was EXTREMELY slow. First at the speaker box. And we had to pull around the corner and wait for our tacos. We half finished our drink and completely finished our french fries. Before the tacos were brought out to us. It took so long for the tacos. That I was on my way in to ask about our tacos, when the lady was coming out with them. IF you know it's it's going to be a busy day. You need to make sure that you are properly staffed for what's coming.
I never write reviews, I’m never one to complain. I work in food I understand it gets busy I understand sometimes food won’t be perfect . I usually am really happy going here , I’m still going to come here but like come on lmao. Im pretty sure people know what a burnt tortilla taste like and it’s not good you know and the quesadilla was burnt and the burrito was thrown in the paper literally and smooshed haha. I respect everyone, like get your bread I know everyone is tired but please just take an extra second to make it better . I know that seems like it’s asking a lot, but it will really help. I don’t know. The lady working the drive thru tho at night at like 11 she needs raise fr fr I always see her there she is super nice and stuff everytime I come I was just a little disappointed. But mistakes happen I understand that as well.
Ordered amerimex box, burrito was literally half empty, fries where cold and stale, burger bun was stale, soda was diluted with very little flavor.
This is the third time I’ve come to this Del Taco for a Double Del Cheeseburger and they don’t have either the patties or the buns. This time I even called ahead while on my way, specifically asked if they had everything to make it, and was told yes. I get to the window, and suddenly they “ran out.” At this point, it feels less like bad luck and more like they just don’t want to make certain menu items. The last time I came, they didn’t have what they needed for loaded fries either. On top of that, there’s a constant turnover of employees — it’s always new faces and always short staffed. This Del Taco used to be the best, but now it’s gone downhill fast. Honestly, it’s become the worst one.
Couldn’t get an order right to save their lives. Handing out wrong orders and even when it is your order, there are items missing.
The female manager told me to please stop trying to open the rest room door after they supposedly opened it for me. So basically she didn't let me a paying customer use the rest room. July 22 at 7:55 pm. Very rude to me because I'm a Mexican American with a hat... Never coming here again with anybody!
I’ve never written a review before but unfortunately my experience caused me to do so for this establishment. Came around 8:55 pm ( not busy at all) . Ordered 4 fish tacos & 2 chicken burritos . I received my tacos at the window but was asked to park infront to wait for the burritos , which I didn’t mind . I waited around 25 minutes in the front to have no one come out with my remaining food . Had to go back into the drive thru line to remind them that I was waiting on my burritos to come and find out that they were not even started . Would advise going to the surrounding restaurants to get better service .
This has to be the slowest Del Taco in the Inland Empire. They really need to increase their customer service skills and train the employees. It's been about 1 yr since I've visited this location due to the slow service they provide, and they can never seem to make it better. Well, to my surprise, after todays visit, it's still exactly the same or worse. When you order at the drive-thru window, they take a while to acknowledge that you're even there. After you order, you pay, and then they have you park in front of the restaurant. I don't know why when it's only 3 chicken soft tacos and some fries that I ordered. Make us and a few other cars wait for about 30 minutes. The girls come out looking confused, wondering who is waiting for what order. When they do give you the order, they are still missing something. It's just ridiculous on how bad service has gotten in general. Customer service is no longer there 😕. If there was a NO STAR rating, this would be the place to receive it.
I want to start this out with saying I wish I could give a 0 star review with how awful the situation I had to deal with the manager on staff at this location on November 22nd, 2023. My dad had just came back from work and wanted to bring back food for us in which he decided to go to this location which was a big mistake. When he got home he realized they had given us the completely wrong order in which I had called and talked to some young guy on the phone. I told him the situation and he informed me if I were to come down they can remake my order and apologized. But the manager when I had arrived couldn’t more blatantly accuse me of theft more clearly. I walked in thinking this would be an easy situation but immediately got interrogated about what had gone on. I said the complete order was wrong and they handed us the wrong one. I’m which she asked why I didn’t bring the food they had given us back. In which I was not informed to bring it back in the first place. She then told me, “ isn’t it weird you’re keeping food that’s not yours” as if I’m trying to pull something on a cheap food establishment in which I didn’t feel in the mood to be accused of theft so I said fine I’ll just go. Whoever trained this manager majorly failed to teach her about customer service and she is an embarrassment to this establishment and I hope no one has to run into her. Certainly won’t be eating here again with employees like her. Update: The manager that accused me of stealing is named Cassandra and the helpful young guy’s name was issac. It was $40 worth of food we didn’t receive and I drive back to give them the food they so badly wanted in the beginning. I have picture to prove the wrong order was given and a video where she did not apologize for accusing me of stealing. I was also informed that the money we spent on food could not be refunded so now del taco has stolen from us and I will be reporting this to corporate.
This store actually doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered online for a reason. For what!!?? Still take forever, still get pulled to the side of the store to wait for your food. Don't bring the drink out, missing food, Quality of food is another issue. Cold food, broken taco shells. Employees (Cassandra) can't help with questions regarding the app because she doesn't work for the app. Del Taco, you didn't train employees on how to assist customers with any issues that may occur?
I drive by this place early morning and every single time it is completely dark, but I can see some kitchen lights on and there are cars in the parking lot. Clearly they don't want business because it's all dark. I don't want to use my money at this establishment since they don't want to be making food and I don't think it would come out good. In fact, when I Do get food from here the food is almost always cold and doesn't taste good.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the absolute worst del taco location I have ever been to. My food was cold and soggy and my fries and bread were burnt . This is not the first time I have had a problem like this with this specific del taco . I will not be returning here , and advise everyone else to not waste there money here and get food elsewhere.
I use to come here cus i use to work near by and this place would always skimp you on everything. Haven't been here in a while, so decided to give them a try, bad mistake. I ordered sum chili cheddar fried and they were super skimpy. You would think for 5 dollars and sum change they would be decent but no. Don't know why they make the chili cheddar fry container that size if they don't fill it up all the way. This location will no longer get my business.
