The food was good. Similar to chiptole style. Good options for food and flavorful. A little saltier than expected. The service was impeccable, every was so kind and respectful. Truly a wonderful staff and service team. The atmosphere was slightly dull. It’s a quick grab and go style of eatery.

Food is always delicious, however, this manager was speaking disrespectfully to his team. Yelling at them to “get on the damn line” meanwhile messing up the POS and holding up customers from checking out due to not knowing how to apply a senior discount. Will never be returning! Disgusting behavior from this man yelling and cursing at his team in front of many customers and children. Absolutely unacceptable & disgusting

I love Mexican food, especially burritos. I stopped going to Moe's because of the spicy food. It seems that they add jalapeños in the sauces. I suffer of acid reflux...and eating jalapeño kills my stomach! They should not add any hot spices in the food. They should have the jalapeño in the bar and whoever wants to eat it, they could serve it themselves. I prefer Qdoba because they have options.

Delicious food, however the portion size of the meat was laughable at best (even with ordering a double portion). I'd hate to see what a single portion looks like. I shouldn't have to dig through a pile of peppers to find the meat.

Food was good because the ingredients are fresh. But my Three Amigos Tacos were prepared very sloppily. Basically had to put them together myself again once I got to my seat. The inside of the dining room was filthy. The place was maybe a quarter full, and every table that wasn't occupied had some sort of garbage or leftover food on it. The floors were disgusting too. No ice in the ice machine. Not sure it's worth coming back to this location. My first bad experience in three or four times coming here, but this was really bad.

Amazing. You would think a Tex Mex place would make Tex Mex food. This place is the same as any other chain like Chipolte, Taco Joes, John's, etc. None can make real good tasting food. They pull their supplies from the same central warehouse commissary's. Then they get the plastic bags of precooked bland meats that may just be fake textured vegetable protein (TVP) that is cancerous/disease/fat inducing and reheat them. Same as Taco Bell has done ever since YUM Brands destroyed their good taste. All the food at Moe's is tasteless with no fat, no salt, no spices, nothing. For example the queso was like eating pasty flour mixed with water. A bland glue gloppy slop. Even Dave & Busters had better queso and that place is a game joint. The diced chicken was void of flavor. Even their tea was watered down. The sour cream was no fat bleh. The chipolte sauce was bland. If you want genuine Tex Mex that is correctly made with flavor, real natural ingredients, nutritious, cooked from scratch on-site - you will need to find a mom&pop family owned single joint. Chains are nothing but corporate conglomos looking for the $$$ and do not care about quality or taste. They dish out the cheapest artificial grub that is fake, tasteless, manmade in labs and void of nutrition. None are any good. They call it "GRUB HUB" for a reason folks....I'll give everyone a great tip in life. Anything that runs COMMERCIALS for their products are not as good as you think. The commodities that do not have commercials sell themselves by word of mouth because they are worth it.

Says theyre suppost to close at 10pm, i trued to put in an order for picnuo at 9:15 and they were closed. Very very poor....and i did the online order, spent 20 min pocki g everything out, so i probably started the process at 8:50. Just TERRIBLE!

This has been my go to Moes Place was empty but I waited 10 mins for the workers to not acknowledge myself even being there. I was waiting in a line of myself and the workers made online orders for legit 10 minutes. I asked to order because I’m physically there and they didn’t even look up. Insane. Walked out , bye Moes. Welcome to chipotle we should be saying after this visit

I ordered the extra tofu and the quality is similar to a bunch of rubber bouncing balls. Not only could you play handball with the tofu they were tasteless. My families meals were soaked and saturated with SALT. I needed two bottles of water to wash this meal down . The chicken was hard as if it were sitting in the same box since yesterday. The bacon bits were simply indescribable. Good luck to you all and God bless

After a hard days work, I was looking forward to a southwest bowl. Decided to order ahead on my phone for pickup on moe’s app and it says I can’t place orders online anymore. No biggie, I’ll just drive up and order in person myself. I show up 30 minutes before close (right after work) and doors are lock and staff is sitting in the dining area. I was getting bizarre looks from those who closed their store early. There’s no shame. I guess I’ll go to chipotle for a bowl since THEY ACTUALLY SERVE UNTIL CLOSE!
