Great Chipotle..Healthy n Tasty.. All Vegetarian Option for me..

This location serves clean and fresh food compared to other Chipotle branches, especially for a vegetarian like me. They even changed their gloves before preparing my meal.

Already started grubbing lol! But 5/5 I’m always placing orders through Uber eats & never disappoints. They always fill up my bowl!! Def gets your money worth! (: & on top of that the flavor is goood

Great location! Food is always good and the service is always fast. Only complaint is the tiny parking lot next to it is always full so you usually have to park somewhere really far and walk 5-10 minutes.

Savannah was so pleasant she had a long line and still provided excellent customer service. Its nice to see someone so graceful under pressure and gave accurate and polite assistance. Well done to management on whomever hired Savannah she takes pride in her work and an excellent example for the Chipotle brand!!!!

This Chipotle location was surprisingly extremely efficient. They got through the line really quickly and the food still came out great. Lots of seating and parking as this Chipotle location is located in the Citadel outlet mall. Probably the best Chipotle location I have visited in the Greater Los Angeles area.

It's a good thing that you can order online now to get your food faster. I placed my order online for a chicken burrito bowl. You can customize your order and you get points to claim rewards. This Chipotle is in the food court at the Citadel. It can get packed during lunchtime with long lines so ordering online is better. My food was ready when I came to pick it up. The cashier who gave me my order was nice. He greeted me and didn't look annoyed when I asked for my order. The bowl was well prepared and since I can order online it's a better plus for me.

Fast service, Honestly they always mess up my order or not too friendly but every time the girl with the L.A tattoo on the side of her neck is there, i receive grate service. That's why i would give 5 stars she's always friendly and does not scimp my food. Chipotle needs more staff like her and her boss.

The food was very fast for us and they give us more than I expected, the lunch was great and big. So you can have a burrito with a normal appetite. If you want you can add more beef if you need more than a burrito

Typical Chipotle in Citadel outlet mall. Can get crowded sometimes but overall good. They had a good selection of vegetarian food entrees and good kids meal. Good option if you’re at Citadel Outlets and need a lunch or dinner break.

*Social Distancing review* After several hours power shopping at the Citadel Outlets, we made sure to buy food before leaving. Perusing the options available, Chipotle was chosen. Not having had Chipotle for at least 6+ years, this seemed a good a time as any to patronize the franchise. Initially looking to buy 2 carne asada burritos, instead, we chose 2 carne asada burrito bowls w/ the works. White rice, pinto beans, tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, sour cream, fajita veggies, cheese, romaine lettuce + the additional cost for queso blanco & guacamole. Filling, a good amount of protein, a fair amount of heat & guacamole, the bowls provided an ample late takeout lunch, despite the somewhat hefty price tag of $29+, including tax. Service was great. I made sure with the staffer at the beginning & at the register before our bowls were assembled, that they accept Citadel gift cards for payment. Being the only customers at that time, we were in & out in a flash, carne asada bowls in hand. Chipotle is located at the Cital Outlets food court, which is located at the 5 freeway side. Currently, takeout & delivery only, due to current events. Albeit, a bit pricey, which is probably the reason why we haven't had Chipotle for 6+ years, our carne asada bowls stuffed our tum-tums, and we had our food in no time. Not to mention the friendliness from the staff. Highly recommend!

This one gives a breather on the land where it's distance to get Vegetarian meals. You have to travel a lot for veg options. Being a vegetarian myself and my family, we always prefer Chipotle where you can get a few Veggies Maxican options. Go for it.😉👍

As a foreigner, I kinda expected more but this food tasted fake and full of fake stuff. The beef wasn't that good and pretty expensive crap. Really not worth it, go to an authentic Mexican restraunt

Fast service and employees are always happy to help with your order. I give 3 stars because I always have to remind them to include the dressing for my salad at any Chipotle restaurant in any City.

The food is always delicious and as vegans, we are truly appreciative when we can find a true vegan meal in a rush. In the past, we have received such generous and kind customer service, though this time the young lady gave attitude and rolled her eyes when I requested more lettuce and veggies. Especially since we weren't eating rice nor beans, more vegetables is a must. I even joked with her to get her to realize how little she gave us by saying, "are you putting me on a diet?" .She behaved perturbed. I work in customer service and respect all lifestyles as should all members of customer service. After all, we are all here to serve others, one way or another.

9 bucks for the most stalest chips ever

Food too salty. The meat is too spicy for kids, please fix this. Adults can add chile if they want. Two stars since my four year old was not able too eat the chicken, which was less spicy than the very spicy beef.

Tried Chipotle with friends on Saturday and the portions were so small. They cheat the customers and expect us to come back. This is a rip off..

Good customer service, but food portions for the evening shift is so small. Can’t speak about the earlier shift workers, but I have never bought a smaller burrito from chipotle in my life. It’s like they were running out of food. Loyal to chipotle, but will try other food options at this food court next time. Food was great, but not worth the price for the small portions.

Made an online order for pick up at 5:50, showed up a couples minutes after 5:50 and was told they would have it ready soon. It was 6:10 before I finally had to go approach someone and they started making it. Could not get ahold of anyone to ask for dressing. All the meanwhile I was seeing an employee, who could only be described as a crack head in appearance, standing around just twiddling his thumbs. There was no idea in crack heads crack head to help the employees who were trying to take and make orders.

They have a bad service, the portion are very smaller and the place it was so dirty. I do not recommend this place! They also need to training their employees to put together a burrito! almost 3 people took my burrito!

For the love of God, please hire someone with management experience who can optimize the line. Just having six people who have no idea how to optimize and execute makes no sense. This is gotta be one of the busiest chipotles in the area and it’s mismanaged to hell. Also, $30 for a burrito bowl and a side of guacamole. Absolutely insane.

This is ridiculous.I spent $17 dollars for a burrito thats smaller than my hand.Chipotle burritos are usually wayy bigger than this.At this point this should be considered a scam.DO NOT UBER EATS FROM HERE they wont give u a normal serving size and will scam u.Its ridiculous.

I just wanted a regular serving of food because I'm on a diet. I asked at the beginning can I just do a bowl of meat he nodded the girl on the line gave me the 4oz of meat and at the end it was really small. And when I asked for a little more. The larger one was hostile do you want a little more or an extra serving? I said a little more. So they slapped it on and she told the cashier to charge it as an extra serving, and asked if they could take it off they said they could only give me me 4oz. What an awful way to treat people. That was horrible.

Pork tasted strange and had bad diarrhea. Terrible customer service as well
