The Beach Club is my Fav 🥪 but w/ their bread so soft nd warm every sandwich is great, luv this place.. 😋

The subs taste really fresh and what I also liked was the service. There were three individuals, the blonde gentleman was really nice, the young lady as well, and the other gentleman was nice enough to bring my sub outside while I was waiting for it to be ready.

There was a GIANT black woman manning the register. She was a little angry but was pretty nice too. The subs were okay but I prefer Subway. Subway subs are thicker and meatier. Other than that, the subs are pretty okay.

Always close early. No hours posted in the window. Worst location! Forget coming here in the evening. 740pm it's closed. Says open till 9pm on the map. Not true. Not going to bother with this location anymore.

Mine only had two thin slices of roast beef, one piece of cheese that didn't fill the roll. I asked for mayo, mustard, lettuce and cucumber. The lettuce was almost non-existent, and only had 3 cucumber slices. When I opened the wrapper it looked like a bread roll and nothing else. You couldn't see any of the ingredients. I will not return to this location.

I noticed the freebie menu and asked what was on the sub I ordered and Lady getting ready to make sub had a serious attitude like I should know already. At that point just wanted out of this place but already paid so I told her what I wanted and let her make it. She became much more pleasant after I put a tip in the jar. I only tipped because I didn't want my sub to get spit on or something. Other than that I don't know what the problem was but anyway sub is OK although bread is really tough. After a tip she was nice. I understand where I am at and I'll be heading home to Texas tomorrow. Just not use to behavior like that. I informed them it was my first time placing order at a Jimmy Johns restaurant. They wished me Happy Holidays, I wished them Merry Christmas. PC Culture is STUPIDITY! Tell it what it is. I know what I celebrate. But Subway, Mister Jims, Dominos are much better subs than this one. JJ is just OK and last resort next time.

Call me old fashioned but don't most fast food places put your items in a bag? NOT at this location. Here you.have to put in a bag even if you request it, and why do you ask? I ordered 2 Littles and 2 regular sandwiches online and waited to go pick it up because I didn't want to sit around the store waiting (I have kids, I dont have time for that). Upon arrival, the cashier stated the order was big and they waited on me to show up before making the order 🤨. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the sandwiches while looking at the "Preorder" rack that was completely empty 🤣 and the person preparing the sandwich was in Training being coached through the order. The only saving grace was the sandwiches; the sandwiches were delicious. Just an FYI: if you preorder, please some early so they can start working on it (because apparently they don't use the "Preorder" rack).

Came in today and was told by the only employee in the location it’s going to be a bit of a wait. Management get your schedules together, no reason to have only one person working when they need help.

The manager didn't accept my large bill, so I had to go to another venue and get change.

Customer service is terrible. I bought some lemon aid it was all Water.i call back to let them know. The chicken on the phone said what do you want me to do about it! Nasty.I will not be going back. 6/11/22 called at 1:47pm Central blv near 91 fwy

Second time the two girls working there at 12pm didn't do my order right. This time was a complete disgrace and they didn't gaf. I asked for 2 number 15s but what I ordered she suggested 2 number 3s and just add cheese. I asked for two tuna sandwiches double tuna, hollow out bread. One with no cucumbers and the other with cheese, with sauce and oregano. I got no sauce or oregano on either and they put cheese on both. It's written down on the receipt and YET they did what they wanted. The picture I have of the special sandwich is nothing of what I asked. Why did I pay extra for something I didn't get.. SMH. The two ladies working there act like they don't want to be there nor do they comprehend what the other one wrote.
