Super Duper in Concord. Really busy on the Sunday. Family oriented with seating outside. They sell beer and soft serve You form a line and order from a couple of menu screens, pay and take your pager, when food is ready the pager vibrates and you go get your food. They have a secret menu that you can order from if you want to be adventurous. The meat was smashed and cooked on the medium rare, be ready to get extra napkins as the burger are juicy.

My friend told me about this place, but she lives in the Bay Area, and I live closer to Sacramento. I ended up in Concord and looked it up, and to my surprise, there was one right down the street from the hotel that I was staying at. I went through the drive-through, which was a pleasant surprise, and they were very patient as I decided what I wanted to order, considering it was my first time. The young man at the window was very polite and personable. I ordered the mini burger and added blue cheese, and I got the garlic fries and lemonade. I also ordered the 3 sauce sampler Everything was OK. I wasn't as ecstatic about it as I expected to be based on the way my friend described it. The lemonade was not sweet at all, and the color was darker than the norm, and I had to taste it to make sure I hadn't been given ice tea by mistake. The fries didn't seem made to order because they were not hot. I enjoyed them. I had added jalapeños to my burger, and boy, was that a nice kick. The burger was just ok. HOWEVER, I think I should not have gotten blue cheese because it took away from the taste of the beef. However, I love trying different places to eat and would consider giving them a second go. Don't get me wrong, the food is not horrible. It just wasn't what I expected. So give them a try! We all have different palates. The total cost for my order was about $21.00 and some change.

Ordered 8oz Burger + bacon + cheese With everything on it I added an egg and avocado. With a super shake cookies & cream No option to order based on temp Quite a few tables dirty, no one actively cleaning. No problem though plenty of seating. Upon picking up my order. They forgot the shake. No biggie waited. The burger was missing the avocado i ordered(oh well maybe ill get the avo next time. No biggie) The burger was well done and crispy top side. Which I understand many of you do like. The egg was at its perfect medium temp. Bacon was a bit chewy. Came with 1 slice of tomato 1 lettuce leaf and shredded onions. The addition of cheese helped the two 4 Oz patties stay together. As I saw some meat was torn and put under everything. Meat had a good flavor. These are flattop style Burgers and not Grilled. Sauce on the burger was more on the vinegar side. But not bad all together. The bun on the burger is tiny. Maybe to make the meat seem bigger. But it's really tiny(picture provided) You can get their "homemade" pickles which were nice and crunchy, I liked the little spice they had. The straw on the shake is also very thin, have fun sucking your shake haha

The burgers were good, not worth the price but good. My son loved their French fries. I had the garlic fries and they were good. Not over garlicky like some places do. The service was fast. The cost was the biggest problem, which I guess is going to be the reality at all fast food restaurants now. In addition, they have "eliminated" basic customer service like taking your order. There are 3 cash registers and only one has a staff person. They other 2 are self service. In addition, for a mini burger, garlic fries and there one size (which isn't large) soda which was 4.75. The whole order, mini burger, garlic fries and a soda was $25. And there's nothing unique or anything different (except the garlic fries) that you cant get anywhere.

I was in so much stomach pain. I had a menstrual cycle and I’m a man. I got poisoned by those acidic pickles. If you enjoy a thrill and a challenge, I dare you to eat those pickles. I’ve been eating super duper for more than 15 years and never tasted anything like those. My face cheek muscles did moves I never done before. You ever sprayed a roach with raid and watched it shake, cough and die. That was me. -10 stars for those rancid pickles. Burger still legit! Staff was cool but it’s kiosks that did my order and it wanted a robot tip. Why?!

First time here and based on the meal I got, I wouldn’t come back. I ordered a chicken sandwich and garlic fries. Fries were ok but nothing special. The chicken was so thin I couldn’t taste it. Veggies on the sandwich were nice and fresh but that’s literally all I could taste, that and the bread the sandwich was made on. See pics.

This place is absolutely awful and I will never come back ever again. I went through the drive-through on Wednesday, December 3rd 7:30 ish and I ordered a burger and an ice cream cone and a bottle of water. The kid that served me the ice cream handed it to me, but it was super loose and melty! So soon as I took the ice cream cone it just flopped over to the right and went all over my car and all over my clothes. It made an absolute mess. I had to wave at him, honk my horn to get his attention to get some napkins to try to clean up my clothes and my car! I was so irritated that I asked to refund the cone and I left! At no point did he grab a manager or do anything so I parked my car because I was so upset and walked back into the store asked to speak to the manager. I told them that I wanted a full refund and I returned the burger and water! I explained that i have ice cream all over me and it’s all over the seat of my car and it’s down on the side in between the seat and center console so I’m gonna have to have it cleaned and he told me he was sorry he’s not the one that poured the ice cream! Really is that what you say to your customers! Offer a gift card or something. I just don’t understand why anyone in management can’t take care of a customer on something that was absolutely not my fault. The ice cream was way too runny to put in an ice cream cone. You guys need to get with the program and learn how to treat your customers!

The only thing good about this place is the Berger however, it is not at a quality that costs $18 a Berger. 2 bergers 2 fries and 2 drinks $67. The staff was dismissive would not talk to us and when they did it was with a condescending tone. The music was so loud that it overwhelmed my active noise cancelling headphones.

This was the worst! Super Duper salty and Super Duper greasy! I stopped eating like that after my teenage years. If I had know it was going to be that bad, I would have spent my $21 at whole foods in the vicinity and had a good tasting meal. The half tea and lemonade was not even refreshing. The homemade pickles taste like they were left in the jar of pickle juice sour vinegar brine for weeks. This place is too busy shoving greasy burgers in a bag and did not have time to answer a question or two for a first time visitor...my first and last. The dining area was very clean, I can say that about the place. That's it!!
