Ordered the Asiago Ranch Chicken Club (just the sandwich) but the grilled chicken is no longer an option, only crispy. Wasn’t bad, I just prefer grilled chicken — I like what I like 🐓.

Im not completely satisfied because they messed up my order i ordered the baconator fries and that comes with 2 different cheese, nacho chesse and shreded cheese,i clearly specified with only nacho chesse since shreded gives my stomach pain regardless they did it wrong and I had to go inside the store to fix it 2 times. first my husband went in and they didn't wanted to fix it, the 2 time I went in I had to describe little by little why I didn't wanted shredded chesse like if I was some kindergarten teacher on top of that the cooker didn't knew what nacho chesse was until one guy explained to her what it was the cook looked at me in a very mean way but is not my fault as a cooker you have to know every ingredient that you have in your kitchen and what items you have available. and this goes to the store manager "please hire people who really want to work" there are plenty of people in need of a job out there. because cookers like the one you had last night at your store cooking for your customers, they don't care. and a careless cooker who is in a bad mood because they wanna go home with a simple mistake next time can poison the food of an allergic person.

The dining was not totally clean. I asked for my food fresh and I didn't have a problem waiting.....the cook just reheated the burger and gave it to me. I had to wait again for fresh hot food. I sent the burgers back and they still had to remake them. The manager that was working the drive thru told me she saw the cook pull them out of the oil. I told her they were oily but not hot. She pretended like she didn't know what I was talking about. 😏😒😵 By the time I got a hot burgers my fries got cold.😒 The guy that took my order was nice...but my order wasn't right.... I have come to this store since I moved into this area about 10 times in the last month and a half. I always order the same thing spicy chicken sandwich have any onions. There are times I get so many onions. It’s not even funny which I love there’s times I get two extra onions. There are times it’s smothered in mayonnaise, but tonight was absolutely the worst. Everybody’s joking around inside laughing when I say it’s not the correct thing Ordered the wrong thing. I’m told oh I ordered it without tomato which I did not and again Three pieces of lettuce, small mayonnaise and a couple of onions no tomato. And say this is the wrong thing, the gentle Who has laughed at me Before at the takeout window takes his hand, opens the bun and says nope. It’s exactly what it is and pushes it back towards me.. I leave I say can I see the manager when I walk back in and I say this is not what I ordered and she goes well what did you order?. I said that’s not a spicy chicken sandwich and she sits there and argues with me and I said there’s no tomato. What’s it supposed to have on it? There’s no tomato she goes, sir. You didn’t order it with tomato. Worst customer service ever..

The name tag looked like it read “Chloe A.” It was PM shift on 01/12/26. She was very rude in the speaker, rushing me and cutting me off “what else,what else” as if i was taking forever. I ordered three things and already knew what I was getting. Then to top it off I said thank you and she just shut the window. Finally, when I got home the order was cold and wrong.

Ordered off their app for delivery and the time kept moving up from 30 mins to over an hour. Eventually the driver arrived and they canceled my order. He had to battle them to get them to "remake" it. So obviously they made it an hour earlier when I processed the order instead of making it when the dasher arrived... like literally every other fast food place. Clearly the workers didn't like that so they overcooked my food. I ate a few bites and trashed it. $25 for a few bites. Never again!!!

I dont usually write these kind of reviews but this has to be said. I have been to this Wendy's about 3 times in the last few months. I am speaking on the times I went there physically. The first time, my 7 yr old daughter and I went inside to eat, the cashier was nice. However, as we ate, we listened to the workers arguing, cursing and threatening each other. No, it did not sound like they were playing. It got to the point I told my daughter to finish her food quickly. Gave them a second chance last night but this time I went through the drive thru. As we start placing our order, my husband and I literally heard the workers complaining about our order. Needless to say, we decided it's a no go and went to BK. I won't be back.

Got a Dave's double the patties were rock hard and the dude at the window was incredibly rude I worked at a Wendy's for 4 years I know what they are supposed to taste like, I've gotten this location 2 times and both times were aweful if you want Wendy's go to a different location!!!

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever had. I grew up on Wendy’s and I love Wendy’s but the meal I got at this Wendy’s was expensive and awful. Burgers had obviously been sitting around for hours which is the antithesis of what Dave Thomas stood for, fresh, never frozen beef, cooked to order. These burgers were horrific. My wife couldn’t eat hers but I wasn’t going to drop $37 and not eat mine so I powered through. I can honestly say I don’t think I will ever eat Wendy’s again. This establishment would make Dave Thomas roll over in his grave. Shame.

I just got a triple cheeseburger and ordered plain with mayo only. Of course they had everything on it amd it was the worst tasting burger I ever had. Super dry and stale like they've been trying to sell it since this morning. Sucks for me

OK, so I stopped by here today to grab me a 444 meal. I haven't ate Wendy's in awhile so I was like yeah, now mind you I chose Wendy's over Jerseys Mike. I'm already exhausted for work, so it took a minute to get my meal so I'm thinking everything is going to be fresh. I gets my bag, the only thing I was thinking about was the fries, so I pulled up to put my ketchup on them, they were not hot fresh they were warm and the nuggets the same but I just went on cause I'm exhausted. I get close to house and saw this old, microwaved a thousand times meat on my burger. I'm like wow, this is how you all feed your customers, idc if it was a 444, a double big Dave meal, salad, or whatever, you don't serve your customers no doggy treat looking food. I was too tired to turn back around and complain so let me get on here and make my point. I pay my money I want my food looking close to the commercial as possible, period, cause that's what you advertise. This is the first restaurant in Conroe, since I've been here, that has disappointed me completely and I've been speaking good on Conroe but Wendy's on League Line Road exit 90 has got to do better. I'm calling corporate next. Look at the meat. 😡😤🤢

I had a mobile order, but because I am disabled went thru the empty drive thru for my convenience. The girl on the speaker refused to allow me to pick up my mobile order in the empty drive thru, said I had to come inside. I went inside and checked the mobile order kiosk and it was empty, so I waited. Bathroom was disgusting, tables were nasty, no employee acknowledged my presence. 15 minutes after my drive thru rejection, my order was put in the mobile kiosk without a word. Food was cold 🥶. Customer is a customer, pass the cold food out the window if they go thru the drive thru.
