This meal costs $17. They don't ask what size you want, so if you don't specify they will automatically charge large. This location doesn't even provide trays for you to carry your food. They'll give you the sandwich, fries, and drink and you just have to carry it all in your hands. The sandwich was good despite the small amount of tomato and it didn't come with peppers like it was supposed to. The fries were not good.

Waste of money. I ordered lemonade with no ice the waiter gave me ice. I told her to take ice she threw half of the lemonade. She doesn't speak english. The meat was not cooked. I ordered the chicken sandwich. While eating I noticed it had bacon they don't cook separately. Better try a burger 🍔

HOORIBLE FOOD, I ordered 20 pcs. of boneless chicken wings and they gave me a basket with dough overflowing with grease , they recommended the buffalo sauce and it was only vinegar with color and the ranch sauce with the combo is damaged, my mother who is an elderly person let them know her discontent and no one took responsibility, the food ended up in the trash, very disgusting..!!! I do not recommend it, we ended up eating at Burger King, after having spent almost $27, Supposedly the manager was not there, and the cashier was the person in charge, anyway my money ended up in the trash, nobody cared!. The person in charge knows very well that the food ended up in the trash unless it was sold to someone else because my mother gave it to her!

The most horrible food and in the food court they focus more on dancing then making the food taste great…. It was a total disappointment they don’t even deserve a full star just a half of a star… definitely need retraining

The most horrible food and in the food court they focus more on dancing then making the food taste great…. Terrible for the reputation. Had been a recurrent customer at the dadeland mall. But the dolphin mall was an awful experience.

I paid to get my food, they charged my account and everything but they never gave it to me. I came up to the register to talk about my food and they said that since I didn’t have a receipt I couldn’t get my food. I showed them my card transactions and they still denied me my food and told me to come back a few days later to talk about it again. Worst service ever. Never going back there. Telling everybody to stay away from a stealing company.

There is an older white Cuban manager female , who is very very nasty and rude. She didn’t not want to take my order as I made a mistake in ordering and she got upset talking very rude and nasty. Manager should be fired she began to get into a debate with me because I told her to calm down she is at work and I am a guest. If this manager behaves this way I can only imagine how her boss is. Smh need better skills and communication also this manager should not be working there. No one wants to eat in a place where the manager is not a professional, problem solver and courtesy for customers. Bring back those skills.

I went to eat at Charley's at Dolphin mall. They were talking to each other instead of working. It was a big line wait, the chicken california sandwich i ordered was very poor on ingredients. Never going back!

My daughter and her little Brother were having a nice outing together when they went over to Charley’s. After the order, as my daughter was looking for seats, she inadvertently dropped her tray with all the food. She went back to the store to see if they can help her out in any manner and they stated that yes, they can make the food again, for a fee. I fully understand that it is a business and it needs to be taken care of, but man, the lack of simple compassion for someone who just paid and dropped their food, you can’t give them a hand? Really?

I ordered a steak Philly combo today like I always do... at least once a week... but today there was a guy on the register who could not speak any english.. I always get extra mayo and jalapeños... when I looked down it said no mayo... I corrected him and he got upset.. a woman took over. She corrected it and rang me up.. when I got my sub it had hardly any steak and no jalapeños. The same guy that failed at taking my order made the worst sub I've ever had... I said to the manager I must be getting punished for not speaking spanish and her response was " I don't understand I don't speak english" 😐
