Joseph and omie were freaking amazing! Some people are great at restraining but these cats made us feel at home. It's always nice when a business makes you feel appreciated but they were friendly beyond! Will happily be back.

Our whataburgers and fries were great. They came out hot and fresh. The staff was helpful and fun. Great location. To avoid the traffic on 1604, drive behind Whataburger and drive out on the IH 10 access road.

I mean... its Whataburger. Good food but you know what you're gonna get. What impresses me is the staff. I dont know if there's new management or if they just got their act together with training but they are amazing! Great energy, the smiles alone are worth the price of admission. They always get my order right and they have such a positive vibe. And I KNOW dealing with the public at large can be a huge mental and emotional drain but they are on it every time I go there. For the record, Im talking about the one on I-10 E @ 1604.

I ate here this morning. The service is very slow, but the person who took our order was very nice. My husbands jalapeno breakfast biscuit tasted like it was old and stale. Also the floors were sticky and dirty, like they didn't mop it in days.

Seriously the slowest service!!! I just moved to this area and now this whataburger is the closest location to my new home. Today was my third visit and every time I’ve been here, I order ahead using the app and I arrive around the estimated time that the app gives me, but then I end up waiting another 10 or 15 minutes for my order. I stand there and watch so many drive-through cars go by. It’s like they’re completely ignoring online orders. Orders should be made in the time the ticket is created. Last time I picked up my order, my food wasn’t prepared properly either and I didn’t notice this until I got home. I always order the patty melt without the bun and last time it looked like garbage and the patty was overcooked and the cheese wasn’t melted evenly on it. I’m really hoping things get better with this location, but it doesn’t seem promising.

Long wait times AND stale food every single time. I wouldn’t mind the excessive wait if I knew the food was made fresh, but that simply doesn’t happen here. Dine-in isn’t a bad experience but drive through has never been worth it here.

6 hours into a 9 hour car trip with my wife and two toddlers I went into the drive in and waited for 5 minutes and the line didn’t move an inch. I backed out and parked to walk in. I ran in while my wife and girls were waiting in the car and I ordered a large shake and it took literally 30 minutes to get it. 25 minutes into my wait I asked to talk to a manager. The manager didn’t provide any solutions besides a refund (which would have been a completely wasted 30 minutes for me). I asked for a refund and the shake because of the wasted time, and let her only I just wanted my time back. She actually laughed at me and said no that they of course couldn’t do that. I acknowledge I was acting frustrated but I wasn’t yelling or cussing or taking it out on the workers. I know I was respectful, and the fact that she laughed at me and told me no through her smile felt so dismissive and even disrespectful. Horrible service, and they didn’t focus on solutions to their customers problems.

I use to love coming to this location have not been in a long time but thought I go out of my way to get some and I was so disappointed because I got a sweet and spicy burger and it had so sauce at all on it if they didn't have any they could of just said that and I would have just went somewhere else

You got to be kidding me I ordered in the curbside tonight and the asked if I wanted cheese i said yes then I found out I got charged for 2 large cheese 2 Large Cheese when I spoke to Jo she told there was already cheese on the burger when I said yes I want cheese they double charged me. No bueno! Whataburger got to do better.

Ordered food for curbside. After waiting for over 10 minutes, I went in because my food hadn’t come out. When inquiring about my food, staff was standing around talking. There was only 1 other customer in the store. It was not busy yet they couldn’t bring out curbside food. Manager was sitting in a corner booth talking to someone. Fries were cold and buns were hard. This is by far the worst Whataburger with the worst customer service. No one was even at the counter to greet incoming customers.

This location disappoints every time. If it’s not the wait, it’s the taste - or both in my case this morning. It doesn’t matter if you order online you’re still gonna wait at least 10 to 15 minutes after your order supposed to be ready and that’s a minimum. Different day another 10 minute after my order was supposed to be ready wait. And the little blonde girl in blue had an attitude problem

Order biscuits and gravy this morning. The biscuit was hard like a brick and I’m gonna post a picture of this gravy. This is freaking ridiculous. Always receiving horrible service at this location. Management need to do something about this trash. They’re serving people. While waiting for my food, they were talking badly about the customers in drive-through that’s wrong. You never know who you’re serving and you never know who’s listening. The food was horrible. I could literally bust out a window with his biscuit That’s how hard it is

Ordered 3 meals. Didn’t get the first meal and was charged for fries and a shake. Asked where my other burger was and then she told me I still had to pay the $9.95. Yet I also had to pay $8 for the fries and shake instead of getting the combo. Then 10 minutes later she came out AGAIN and asked what I was waiting for. Employees must be on something. Another visit. Not busy at all. Waited 15 minutes for a burger, wings and fries. Everything came out super cold and tasting and looking like trash. Definitely will NOT be back.
