This is my favorite Schlotzsky's that i go to. It helps it is near my work, but every time I come here, the food is great and the people are nice.

Excellent service every time we visit this store. The fiesta chicken sandwich is very good.

Quick and friendly service. I always order from the pick 2 menu and it fills me for lunch which is under $11 w/o chips and drink. My favorites are Avocado Turkey Bacon Sandwich, Turkey Sandwich, Chicken Flatbread, Loaded Bake Potato Soup, Broccoli and cheese soup, center of bun, Cinnabon, Sugar Cookie and all the chips to name few.

I went outside my comfort zone and tried a new sandwich the bacon beef cheesy sandwich and it was great. The sourdough bread is excellent and those flavors of the beef, bacon and cheese all have their own dimension and each layers themselves in your mouth the a satisfying "aahh" with every bite. If you haven't been to Schlotzsky's in awhile, you owe it to yourself to stop in and try something new!

Good food, but takes a while to get the food. We order ahead and it's always ready for pickup. They also have great coupons and the app let's you earn rewards.

The service was great 👍. I have AARP which gives a discount here, but no one knows about it at any locations I have been. The guy was SUPER kind and patient when I questioned him about it. The food was great. Thanks

Great place! Pizza, sandwiches, chips, and drinks. The sizes of the food is perfect. Although, there is only 1 size for pizza, which can be annoying. Friendly staff, most of the time theres a little grime and dust in the corners.

My Sister lives in Louisana and craving. The sandwiches were hot and fresh! The bread was crispy and soft. The rootbeer was good too! She back to Louisiana happy.

Who ever made my Flatbread on 8/10 @ 2:30pm did not do a job it was lacking chicken and bacon so the Flatbread wasn't good at all this time very disappointed on the food today.

I previously posted about this Schlotsky and how they constantly forgot to give me a receipt. After posting I noticed over my next visits that the employees seemed to be actively making an effort to ensure I received a receipt. I visit often. At least once a week and I bring people to this location and I've introduced Schlotsky to whole teams of workers and I believe that the store saw my post and seriously made positive changes. The food is great and now I'm impressed beyond words with the service.

Food has always been great here!! Amanda is a doll when it comes to service. 🙂 Good service is rare these days. I usually get their pepperoni pizza or the turkey bacon club. Always phenomenal!! It's just something about that bread 😍 They've closed quite a few locations and I'm hoping in every way possible that the Coppell location stays around for a very long time 🤞

Excellent dining experience!!!!! Everytime we eat here, the service & food is AMAZING. So many great things-- the staff/management is upbeat, energetic, super friendly, and make sure you are happy & satisfied....they understand the lost art of awesome customer service. And the food was served fast and very delicious- better than ANY other Schlotzsky's restaurant I've been to. Nice ambiance & cool music in the dining area! Also, staff works hard to keep the store clean & spotless. Keep up the wonderful work!

Also, they're kind of known for being weird to order from (such as no one seeing you at the counter for long periods of time), but this Schlotzsky's seems to be better than most. Anyhow, from the really nice dining room to the friendly staff, this Coppell location may be one of the best Schlotzsky's in the north side of DFW. Even the sugar cookies are better here since they put sprinkles on them (instead of just sugar like the others). And like I said at the beginning, if you go to Schlotzsky's often you really should consider getting the app since they often have some nice deals and events posted on there. Plus they have a loyalty program that rewards you $7 off when you get 7 bites. Believe me, Schlotzsky's is a bit expensive (about $7-$8 before the drink), but the app (and local coupons) have saved me a bunch of money. Also, don't forget to do their surveys on the receipts for 3 FREE cookies. 😋

Quite busy as it was lunch on a Friday but the line moved quickly and the food came out faster than I would have thought. The Originals was great!

Fast friendly service and clean eating area. Schlotzsky's sandwiches are so good though, I have never gotten around to trying their other stuff like pizza.

The roast beef sandwich was great but can't believe I spent $19 for lunch on just myself. Kind of pricey in my opinion.

Quick drive thru service and a great staff. The combos are reasonably priced and consistently well made. I have enjoyed each visit to this location. There was a time when Schlotzkys was skimping on meats but they are loading those sandwiches down now and they're well worth it.

I know working fast food is not glamorous, I did it for years in high school and even into college. But how hard is to be a little bit friendly? That's all that was lacking today. It's the difference between 4 and 5 stars. Love the sandwiches. The restaurant was sparkling clean. I'll continue to go here.

Simple ingrediates, flavor, friendly staff, and an open welcoming place to eat - as compared to other fast food places. Enjoyed their Albuquerque Turkey with Jalapeño chips. Tasty ingredients and not greesy. Portions are Texan, so I went with a small which was filling, but not food comma inducing. In other words you can have lunch here, go back to work, feel satisfied and still function for the rest of the day. Also recommend checking out their teas! Half peach mango unsweetened with half sweetened tea and then sqweez a piece of fresh cut lime in it and you'll have great refreshment on a hot day like today.

Foods great but servers preferred to serve people in drive way faster than serving dine. Taken 2 star taken off for their service preference

Ordered the rancher, brisket on jalapeno bread, and sandwich is ok. The price on the board does not match what I got charged.

Always enjoy the Original or a pizza. The sandwich this time was scarce with the meat and toppings.

Sandwich was good. However, employees seemed not enjoying to see customer. I thought that they were upset or angry at something. I think that they could put smile at their face.

I will never order online/app again. Restaurant was busy. Placed online order. Get to store in 15 minutes. Wait over 30 more minutes for food watching as new customers came in, ordered at the counter, and got food before my sandwich was ready. They obviously bump the app/online orders behind the in person orders. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I would go here once or twice a week for a salad. Recently they switched their supplier or something because the new dressings are TERRIBLE. After 3 tries I gave up. Not returning until the dressing is switched back.

Went on their website but was evidently transferred to an app of some sorts. When I went to pick up the food they didn't have any record of it. I even paid online. Had to reorder then the manager found my original order. She canceled it but still had to wait an extra bit to get my food.

Haven't had scholotzsky in a while and decided to swing by and order some food. Man the potato soup was horrible, the potatoes tasted rancid and it was more of a coagulated blob rather than actual soup. Couldn't drink it because it was more solid than liquid... Salad was ok I guess?

Waited in line for an online order for over 10 mins. Watched staff eat and drink and then take food to patrons inside. Without washing hands. Then finally was given my order, now cold that was sitting at the to go window the whole time. Then got to eat cold pizza with hard Avacado. (California chicken Avacado Flatbread) it was about 8:10 pm on a Wednesday...not busy!

If the owner or district manager could contact me, I would greatly appreciate it. They really did send hours old sandwiches.

I ordered two M smoked turkey sandwich. But no smoked turkey in my sandwich. Wow.

Dropped in for my 30 min lunch. 20 minutes after ordering I had to go ask where the order was. They showed no remorse for the delay and handed my cold pizza and sandwich. Should've went to McDonald's....

I was on lunch break. I had ordered 2 pizzas and a broccoli soup. The soup was so watery. I called back to let them know about it they said there was nothing they could do about it that's how it comes. What kind of b.s is that. I have never purchased a broccoli soup that was watery and then there not willing to replace or refund my $5 dollars for this yellow water. I will no longer spend money at this location again.

Made the mistake of going through drive-thru and wasting my 40 minutes. Never ever 👎

Asked for the Caramel pecan center of the roll (without the white frosting)and they looked at me with deer in the headlights. He went to the back while I paid and came back with a chopped up cinnamon roll with nothing on it! NOTHING...the little girl said i can add some pecans if you want. :/ I just walked out. Trying to get a refund might have been a bit too much for them.

Pulled up and ordered $65 order. Got to the window attempted to hand them a $100 bill. "Manager on duty" says they don't accept anything over $20 bill. Wouldn't budge on "protocol " had to cancel the order and eat right next door at Smash Burger.

Service sucked! Felt like the lady who took the order was annoyed the whole time! Love the sandwiches but definitely won’t be going Back to this location! No people skills at all!!

I’ve been dining at this location for the past 3 years. Lately service has completely gone down. The drive thru attendant also works the front register by themselves with long wait times just to order. Their restrooms also have been leaking sewer gas into the dining room. You read that right! Absolutely NO ONE wants to smell that while eating. It’s been like this for 2 months. Once it was so bad smelling this lady walked in and made a disgusted face. I told her it’s smells like poop and we both left the restaurant. Please do better!

We came in at 7:55 to order dinner. The college aged lady working the front register was cleaning and we had to wait to order. She came to the register and said that the lobby closes at 8:00 and asked if we wanted to order food to go. The hours labeled on the door said they closed at 9:00. The entire restaurant had tables at booths turned over so people couldn’t sit at them. We sat at the only table that wasn’t turned over and waited for our food. Again, the young lady said that the lobby closed at 8 to which we asked if we needed to leave. Annoyed, she said I guess not. This is a franchise, if you can’t be open the franchise hours on the door, sell the location. If you don’t want to service the public, sell the location. Don’t make clients pay for poor management and poor customer service.

The food was not great. I ordered a grill cheese with chicken and it was cold. They forgot the chicken and instead of making a new sandwhich they just put cold chicken on the one they had already made which mad the sandwhich even colder. I also ordered a cinnabun and it was hard and the only way it would not be hard is to put it on a microwave. Needless to say I was not happy with my food I got a refund for the cinnabun and end speaking with a manager with regarding my food. Is it fast food yes but it should come the correct way. I asked for a manager but the manager sent a team lead because he was to busy to come speak with me. I will not be back.

Negative experience overall. Completely messed up my order. I ordered a fresh veggie sandwich without ranch, but they didn't add mayo or the signature sauce. It was a dry sandwich with a whole bunch of lettuce, a few tomatoes and red onions (not even on the menu), jalapeños, a slice of cheese at the very bottom with black olives underneath the cheese, all in between sweaty slices of bread. Super gross. They also did not add the requested toppings to our pizza. The kitchen was very busy when we went in so staff was preoccupied. Doesn't seem like they can manage it. They also didn't accept my reward when placing an online order. Wouldn't recommend this location.
