Since I arrive to this country, I hated KFC. In my country is good. But this is the only KFC that looks fresh to me in all Florida. Excellent. I hope they continue with the same quality.

Fast, fresh and kcf. Not to much ride to say. This is a new location and the parking lot is very very tight. No extended cab pickup trucks in the drive thru, you will get stuck. Service is standard and the staff seems to be friendly.
Wow… just .. wowww… haven’t seen the inside of a KFC in years and I was pleasantly 🐥surprised for this experience! (I don’t even eat chicken .. nothing personal colonel) … .. thanks store #E320133… I’ll be back ❤️ ✨
The beat KFC ive ever encountered, staff was very welcoming, food was delicious, and there was hardly any wait time from ordering to being served. The stafff member whos name tag reads "kj" has AMAZING customer service and really made my experience that much better

Manager and front desk young lady customer service is exceptional. I ordered a bucket of chicken they didn’t have it so I waited till a new batch was dropped. Then the manager even offered me a drink for waiting patiently. 👍🏾

The food is great the service could use some improvement, once they take an order the cashier heads to the back to fulfill the order instead of taking the next person's order. I guess they are under staffed. They took 5 to 10 minutes to give me my order. I guess it was because either it was not cooked or again under staffed. Overall I enjoy the food.
At 4:30 read out of extra Crispy breasts, no waffles, only 1 option for diet beverage. But food is always consistently tasty (when available)
The young lady who took care of us was really nice! Our order came out exactly how we ordered it. (That's rare these days.) Another location we've gone to many times NEVER got our order right/complete. Especially when you spend $50 (or any amount) for fast food, it's important that they get it right. I'll definitely be coming back to this location in the future, even though there's another location significantly closer to my house.

This is a newer store that had the bad luck of opening just as COVID19 was starting. Not the best circumstances to train new employees. It is on a small area of land, so not a lot of parking. We went inside to order and the employees were polite and helpful. Yes, they do need to get the flow of taking orders to handing out the food a little smoother but all in all it was not a bad experience. I will order from there again.
This KFC is a quiant little place. I was surprised by how nice it was. The interior is so nice. Its almost like a cozy coffee shop. Nice place to have lunch or dinner and they made the food good when I went. Two thumbs up.

Staff was nice...and the wait was reasonable. However, I asked for white meat for both my 2 piece meals and they gave me dark meat. Make sure you check your order before leaving the drive thru.
Rushed to order on the drive through. The teller wasn’t so sure about the menu..
Drive thru line was backed up so thought I would try inside. Seemed like only 2 people were working and the one young girl seemed very new and she wasn't sure what to do. Took awhile to get our to go order, but we chowed down once we got home. I'd give them another shot.
I was happy when I saw KFC opening in Tamarac. After years of not being in the area. However, after a few weeks it appears the quality of the product and customer service seems lacking. In today's Corona Pandemic the employees are lacking safety and health training . The person at the window wearing gloves is handling money and preparing drinks. Totally unsanitary. Money is the most contaminated surface. When brought to the attention of management. No answer and totally ignored. Will not continue parsonage.

2 times in the last month we have ordered thru the drive thru. First time ordered 12 thighs when I got home all legs returned and got my thighs. They took the legs back which is a big no no you can't resell. MY newest experience was same order my wings were fried and no sauce on them. Please check your order no matter how busy they are 2 orders both wrong.
Went thru drive thru waited 15 minutes for food Got 8 tenders for two people looks like they cut 3 tenders into 8 pieces Orders mashed potatoes no gravy came out with gravy all over it and had to wait for that to be fixed Now I remember why I stopped eating out
I've had good experiences at this location previously, unfortunetly about 15 mins ago I ordered a $20 fill up 8 piece original, and the original taste like crispy on crack. The chicken is orange...it should be a golden brown, they definitely need to change the oil! The taste is all through the chicken and visible. Im disappointed, $20 down the drain, and now that im looking at the other comments I see this isn't their first time being off.
Haven't had KFC in over twenty years. I forgot how the original recipe was so delicious. Only down side was they didn't have wings and that is my mother-in-law's favorite. They only substituted but didn't offer us anything extra. Not sure if I would trust them again...
CHECK YOUR ORDER!!! It has happened several times where my order just isn’t what I ordered and what was voiced back to me to confirm what I said. I get nasty mash potatoes instead of my fries or dried out chicken. In this case I got that disgusting mash potatoes and gravy instead of my fries. I do not know what is wrong why an order can not be filled properly.

Also I ask for sauce and they charge .25$ for each one. It looks like they don't care about doing their job the best way they can.

3 strikes and I'm done. I'll keep driving to the sunrise location. all 3 times ive been here its rude people . poorly prepped food or it's been sitting for hours. sauces all over the outside of my bag and wrappers that got all over me and my car. I even tried being nice with simple convo/talk about being new staff ignored my comments...
Horrible service, they literally said they had NOTHING I tried to order. Everything I said, the reply was "Nope, we out of that". A.d this has been several occasions. And it took 10 minutes to wait for 2 biscuits that were missing. DONT WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY!!
It's only 9:45pm: asked for grill chicken... None. Asked for 7 original legs. 1 original leg left. I left and went to another KFC. They told me they clean early... Ridiculous! Just close early. Very disappointed and went to another. A new place that will close if management doesn't change these workers attitude.
1 meal is all I ordered and they made me park and wait for it for 20 minutes in this ridiculous small parking lot with a whole bunch of other upset customers. It's 9pm on Thursday night so whatever manager reads this, please straighten out your night staff.
Worst customer service and the place is brand new. I ordered a simple meal. No one smiled, no one says please or thank you. Sad that this is what got put in my neighborhood.
They offer 7 for 7. I get this every couple of weeks and always get all thighs. The last time I was told I could not do this. That is ok Popeye's is right around the corner
They got my order completely wrong. The manager was allegedly new and unable to rectify the error that they made. Unacceptable and I will not return to this location again. Management takes no accountability for errors made.
This is the absolute worst KFC franchise I’ve ever visited. The first time I went, they said they didn’t have extra crispy, so I settled for a bucket of original. The second time I went, no crispy again, so I waited in the parking lot for 30+ minutes to get my bucket of crispy. Tonight I went for an 8 piece crispy and they said had to do an 8 piece mixed because they didn’t have enough crispy. I told them I was only interested in crispy and they replied it would be 34 a minute wait. I politely responded that I didn’t want anything at all if that was the case… 3 strikes and they are out. I’ll never visit this terribly run KFC franchise ever again. I do not recommend this KFC and I hope the franchise owner and management sees this and hopefully makes some changes. An absolutely abysmal restaurant. Just atrocious.

Worst KFC EVER. This receip wasn't even an order for me. This was a postmate. Impissed for my customer. They need a bigger facility and more competentworkers. Spacing horrible and the service even worse. The cashier either couldn't hear or comprehend because everybody had repeat their order 4 times. She absolutely skipped me. I had to verbally grab her attention to let her know instill needed to order.As you can guess it took 4 times and them reading it and there was still a communication issue. Over 20 minute wait. They couldn't even understand me saying thank you have a good day. Never coming here for personally reasons. AND THEY FORGOT TO GIVE ME A RECEIPT!!
(This is a drive thru experience.) When it came time to pay, the cashier asked if we had cash. We did and we didn’t mind so we gave her cash. She did not have change. She told us to pull around and she would bring our food and change to the parking lot. 25 minutes went by and it was raining so we went back in line. 15 minutes later we reach the beginning of the line and the cashier hands us the receipt and food and change. Wrong receipt. Wrong food. I have to get down and they give me another bag and take back the one I had. I hope they didn’t give it to anyone because with all theses covid precautions it should be thrown out. No gloves on and masks are halfway on. Finally 45 minutes later we have our food. Very upset and very unlikely to go back. No apology given for the wrong food and time spent waiting.
Looking to wait much longer than usual only to be serviced by people who could care less that your order is 30 min late. Step right up! This is the location for you. After a bad experience last week I tried ordering online to avoid any frustrations, surprise! Even though I showed up late to give them extra time, nothing was prepped. They started my order when I arrived. Worst KFC I’ve been to. Consistently. Weekday, weekend, it doesn’t matter. They’ll find a way to let you down more than a kid you’ve tutored for a year with str8 “Fs” on their report card. Do yourself a favor and fast before going to this KFC.
Rude customer service. Tried here twice and both times they forgot half my order. Had to go back both times, then we told I was lying about missing food even tho I had just ordered 5 minutes ago. I even gave them the bags to go through but still told I wasn't missing anything. Yes I even gave them the reciept to. Manager finally gave in and gave the rest of the food. Didn't even bothered to apologize. This location is the worse of the worse.

I said, I'll go somewhere else and she said okay. lol. I won't not want these people working in a business that I'm managing. The atmosphere of their restaurants, but above all the flavor of the chicken, allowed us to share many times as a family. A few days ago, on the way to my oldest son's house, I stopped by the KFC drive thru, on Tamarac, University and 58th St. I ordered a family combo of 8 pieces and 2 sizes. I paid and then they told me to go and park and they will let me know when my order is ready. They took too long so I got out of the car and went in but no one attended to me. “Hello,” “hello,” but there was no response. I continued waiting and a lady came out with my order. I asked him why it took him so long to come out and he just smiled. I was already late. I ran away with that bitter taste in my mouth that leaves you waiting long for no reason. I arrived at my son's house and “boommm”……I took out the box of chicken and what I found were pieces of “something similar to chicken” but that I really think were from “pigeons”. The pieces were extremely small. Not know what to do. I drove 30 minutes to my son's house to have to return with the food to file a claim. Honestly I'm disappointed. My son told me, “Daddy, I think the tradition we had of eating KFC should stay in the past. They are no longer the same products that you bought us when we were children. I actually think that way too. But I don't think anyone else should have to live this bad experience. NO MORE KFC.

The soda were all bubbles no flavor at all in any of the 3 flavors we got . The only thing remotely eatiable was the mash potato bowl and even the chicken in that was hard as rock .

No hot water in the rest room, no free refills, flat soda, chicken tasted a week old and the French fries tasted like spoiled chicken. It takes a special kind of talent to make bad French fries. Popeyes hands down beats KFC The last time I went to a KFC it was terrible but they could still make fries This particular location is the worst KFC I ever had. If you want food poisoning from old chicken and rancid oil,this is the place to go The place was empty and the staff still took forever.
For a kfc with very few, if any customers they are extremely slow. I see the drive through line going through all the time but for some reason it takes them 15 minutes to make a 3 piece combo when I walk in to pickup. I'll stick to the popeyes down the street.
The crispy chicken is so old, no fresh, tasty so BAD, like used the oil to fry for one month. I'm not dog, people have no respect for the customers. l throw in the garbage. This store I visited first and last time. Sorry about my poor English. I'm very upset 😡

How can you be a chicken place and not have chicken ready to sell, asking customer to wait five to ten minutes while it cooks is ridiculous. Offering to switch my order and then tell me they would have it ready in 10 minutes. Worse is when I get the order it tase like it was cooked in burnt grease. No flavor just burnt. Since they are the only location in the area I went back bust last night will be the last time for me. Employees are rude, send out my order and they walk to three different cars before they come to me. And was not sure of what they order was. Here's something else , when I said okay to remove one piece of chicken the cost only went down by one dollar. I asked so one chicken breast is only one dollar. Her answer was no it's more but that's all she could take off my charge. MAKES NO SENSE ! Fast for is only fast going through you when you eat it, no way is it a service company pride them selves on. The colonel would not be proud of this place.
