Everyone was wonderful. The general manager went to great lengths to make sure that I was able to get a sandwich that I could eat with my dietary restrictions and it was wonderful. It is clean and it was all decorated for Christmas and so cheerful. Highly Recommend! Thank you to all of wonderful staff there.

Visiting a friend from Ohio. I've used to love Schlotzskys when we lived in Arizona. I had the original and it was almost as good as I remember. Just a tad dry which explains the 4 stars. My friend really liked the pizza and Cinnabon. Customer service was excellent and it was very nice and clean inside. Not what I was expecting as my friend said it has been there awhile. Highly recommend.

Living in Florida, there are NO Schlottzkys. Everytime I visit Copperas Cove, this is a MUST! Staff is always super super friendly. Food is awsome. My favorite is the turkey bacon club. I could eat here every day! Fresh baked bread is perfect with crispy meets soft. And cinnabon! Diabetes overload!! You cant walk away without getting a few of these delectables. Fantastic heated up the next morning, if they make it that long! We buy extras and even freeze them to have on hand for later.

Food was awesome. There is so much to choose from. Service was excellent. The store was clean and smelled of fresh baked bread. They had a drive thru. Catering is also an option. They had fresh baked cookies out that looked so yummy. I also saw where they serve breakfast. That was cool.

I’d say honestly the best Schlotzsky’s in the area for sure. I dined in and ordered a large Turkey. avocado 🥑 sandwich with their delicious and proverbial sour dough bread & added some bacon which I always recommend. A very VERY nice staff and they’re attentive to customers, pristinely clean( as seen in the photo & including bathroom), & the food was delicious and it had perfect portions. Sandwich lovers YALL check em out 👏👏 Sincerely, your satisfied customer 👏💕

I love this one, I use to eat here years ago, but started again since they closed the Killeen one. The service is always welcoming. The food be nice n hot and the customer service is great.

I have been to this store twice in my two months in Cove. Both times, my order was wrong. Now this wouldn't normally be an issue, except it was delivered to my home and I have no way to get back there. I specifically ask to take off Chipotle mayo, and add spicy mustard because of personal preference, and both times they did not. Not pleased and not going back.

I usually get good food here. But after a 12 hour workday, I stop by to get a sandwich and my bread is stale. Very disappointed. Cashier was nice.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. How is this place even still open??? How are you a sandwich shop with NO bread and NO turkey? That’s like pulling up to a gas station and them saying, “Oh, we’re out of gas.” Completely useless. And THEN they had the audacity to charge me twice. So I call up there to let them know, and the girl answers with the driest, most unprofessional “ok.” Like ??? Hello??? Say something. Pretend you care. Pretend you work there. SOMETHING. I tell her I need a refund and she says, “You have to come in person with your receipt.” Which is hilarious because SHE NEVER GAVE ME A RECEIPT. I ask, “So you can’t refund me without me coming all the way back?” and she literally says, “No, I don’t know how to do all that.” Oh okay… so y’all are just hiring people who don’t know how to do the basic job now. So I ask to speak to someone who actually knows what they’re doing, and she hits me with, “She’s out sick.” I ask when she’ll be back. She said, “Probably tomorrow but I can’t guarantee it.” Girl… what kind of back yard, circus clown business is this?? Y’all don’t have bread, don’t have turkey, don’t have receipts, don’t have managers, and CLEARLY don’t have any clue how to run a business. Never again. Y’all got me once. But NEVER again. Except on my bank account… twice. If I could give ZERO stars, trust me, I would.

The only shining light in this place? The employees—absolute pros doing their best while management fumbles the basics like it’s their first day on Earth. You’re a sandwich shop with no gloves for food prep? That’s not just a health code issue—it’s a red flag waving in a hurricane. And let’s not forget the turkey tragedy. How are you constantly out of turkey when it’s the star of over half the menu? It’s giving “we forgot to do our homework,” but in deli form. 😂 Thankfully, I’m a vegetarian, so the turkey shortage is just comedy from the sidelines. But seriously, management needs a full reboot—or at least someone who can count inventory and place an order before the fridge is empty. The staff deserves better. The customers deserve better. The sandwiches deserve better. Do better.

What did I pay $14 for. There's like 2 bites to this soup, and mostly lettuce on my sandwich. Y'all could have filled the cup all the way up for how much I paid.

I thought i would stop through the drive thru after being in Fredericksburg all day for something quick. I ordered a simple small turkey and quac with no tomatos and what i got was a warm spicy chicken with only lettuce mayo nothing else. I was so irritated and hungry i left only to have to add more to it when i got home and you can't even make out but a little on the receipt. This location is horrible and thought i would try again, but sadly i will be going to other locations. I hope this location gets their act together. Thanks for making my long day worse..
