WOW! MOST extensive menu out there! There is Truly something for everyone Always at Cheescake Factory. My wife yesterday wanted a soup and I had their delicious and huge serving of Shepards Pie. That's another factor, portions tend to be on the large side, so take home is likely. As for Dessert, if you cant find a Cheescake to satisfy that sweet tooth craving, something is wrong. Their desserts 🍨 menu is AMAZING. Stop in to this casual atmosphere for the whole family. Sit outside close to a beautiful fire on cooler nights, or dine inside, there is plenty of room for All, and as Always... ENJOY!!

Delicious food! The service was really friendly, great family atmosphere, and of course the cheescake was amazing! Empty tables to keep social distance, and very clean. Great location around Miracle Mile. City parking around the block. We went back to celebrate my daughter's birthday and the delicious food. Our waitress Ana was amazing. She was super friendly and attentive. She made sure our entire group feel at home. Thanks Ana!

I love the cheesecake factory. I always have a great experience. However, I wish the shrimp that they add to the dishes as an additional food item were better quality freshly grilled shrimp; not precooked shrimp that they just throw on the griller or pan to make it look like fresh grilled shrimp. When precooked shrimp is being grilled or cooked in other ways, it just tastes bad, and the texture is hard and chewy because of course is getting doubled cooked, and shrimp is not supposed to be cooked for more than 3 minutes, especially grilled, to get the perfect texture and taste. Other than that, I love the food.

We had some time to kill before checking in to our hotel. We walked to the restaurant and were greeted and seated quickly. It was refreshingly cool and our server was great. We had a nice meal and enjoyed ourselves.

Excellent location, service and food. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we were treated very friendly and made us feel super comfortable. Skylar was our waitress and her attention was exceptional. We had the 4 cheese pasta with shrimp, shrimp with angel hair, Margherita pizza, tortilla soup, and tiramisu for dessert (I'm not a big fan of cheesecake, but my friends do love their cheesecake). The 4 cheese and shrimp was so good. It was creamy and full of flavor. The angel hair with shrimp was a bit dry but it tasted really good. The Margherita pizza was delicious; it had a lot of cheese and was a bit moist. The tiramisu was good but it was a bit dry to my taste. We sat outside and the weather was perfect. They have fans for when it's hot and they even have a fire pit for the colder days. Definitely worth going to the location. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but totally worth it. UPDATE: second time here and it tastes as good as the first time I came. I ordered the margarita pizza (it looked different but tasted so good), the 4 cheese pasta with shrimp (good but overpowered as you continue eating, in my opinion) and the Evelyn's favorite pasta with shrimp (not a big fan, had a mayo taste). The mojitos are well worth it. Regular had the right amount of everything and it was good, with a really nice kick. The coconut mojito was a nice twist. Man it had just the right amount of coconut that didn't change the original flavor. The bartender of the night, man my respects. Bryan was our Server and he was amazing. Very attentive, courteous and very good service. Make sure you ask for him when you come if you want to have a very nice and relaxing lunch or dinner.

My experience at this particular Cheesecake Factory was exceptional!!! My boyfriend and I were down in Miami celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we both had the best time. Our server, Juan, was very knowledgeable of the menu and was able to answer all questions without missing a beat. He was super quick with any refills and any other request. I always love going here. It's a nice place for food in the $15-25 range. The free bread is amazing. The menu options are extensive and there is a whole menu for lower calorie options. This time I went with a larger group. Service was a little slow and one person from the group was served raw chicken--she sent it back and didn't get her replacement until everyone had finished eating. They made it right by picking up her check. Food is great. The low carb cheesecake only has around 500 calories a slice and was delicious.

We ordered the Jamaican Pepper Shrimp, grilled Salmon and a Mac n cheese. For starters we had the artichoke and crab dip. It was ok. We added hot sauce to give it a kick. The shrimp was just a tad bit overcooked. The sauce is pretty spicy. The salmon did not have any glaze and was pretty bland. We ended up requesting a side of teriyaki sauce to compliment the Salmon. It worked like a charm. The Mac n cheese has a crumble on it and is more like shells. Normally the shells are perfect but my little one hated the crunch on top. Our wait to sit was very short for a Thursday evening. We sat out side. The service was ok. Our server didn’t check back that often and took forever to bring us the check. I have always wanted to go to a cheesecake factory and finally made it in Miami whilst on a work trip to experience it . Being a huge fan of the Big Bang theory I've always wanted to go to ! The food was great, and the menu is the biggest menu I've ever seen in my life . They literally do every kind of food and desserts . The service was brilliant. I've only rated the atmosphere low as we were the only ones eating inside (being british, we love aircon). The atmosphere outside, however, was thriving !! It was just too hot for me to be sat outside . Great experience. Im just gutted that the uniform has been updated since the days of Penny at Big Bang theory , hahaha . 😆

Upon arrival the hostess immediately sat us down being polite and welcoming knowing of the seating and the area we were looking for. The waiter took our order about 20 minutes after being sat down and our drinks arriving 30 minutes after our sit down (ginger ale, water with lemon) our food arrived in a timely manner and definitely was worth the price the texture of the salmon was chewy yet soft full of flavor definitely can't forget the mashed potatoes 👌 while the Hibachi Steak was cooked just right and the Wasabi veggies were sweet& caramelized to even out the sweet & salty. Even their soft drinks, such as Coke Zero, taste and feel better than other places. Fried chicken is great too. All the cheesecakes are decent as well! Standard, friendly service. Our appetizers were: avocado egg rolls (my personal fave), fried macaroni cheese and housemade meatballs (very delicious). I ordered a Chinese chicken salad (1600 calories) bit was disappointed because the mandarin oranges were omitted. The others had shrimp with angel hair pasta, fried shrimp platter (shrimp had heavy breading) and margarita pizza (my daughters fave). We even splurged and ordered two slices of cheesecake - Oreo Explosion and Strawberry (original). The Oreo cheesecake was delicious. Overall great dining experience and I commend our waiter - Kevin who was very personable

Classic go‑to with something for everyone 🍽️ — huge menu, generous portions, and plenty of crowd‑pleasers to choose from (plus legendary cheesecake 🍰)! Staff are friendly, and happy hour is a fun bonus 🍹. It gets loud and busy with long waits sometimes, but solid comfort food overall 👍.

The staff appeared unwelcoming, giving off an impression that they might not be enthusiastic about his work. This made it uncomfortable to request anything. Moreover, the utensils—spoon, fork, and knife—were sticky and dirty. Despite these issues, the redeeming factor was the exceptionally delicious food, which somewhat offset the overall experience.

We went in to this cheesecake factory during carnival. We were seated immediately as we walked in. We had a great waitress she intended to our needs. She even sang Happy Birthday to our birthday girl. The food was good, the cheeseburger spring rolls are very crunchy. But the other people are the tables had pastas and were very satisfied with their food. The only issue we encountered was the fact that there was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. We have to stop at the bar on our way out of the bathroom to get napkins. This is not what I expect from cheesecake factory.

I rarely ever write negative reviews. But here we are… There are a TON of great places to eat in Coral Gables. This was not my first choice, but my first choice ended up being temporarily closed for renovations. I only had 40 minutes left for lunch so we came here because we thought it would be faster than most of the other sit down restaurants in the area. We were wrong! After the hostess sat us we waited more than 10 minutes for our server to come by the table! I had just asked a bidder to get our server for us when she waved at me and let me know she was coming. I ordered the Skinnylicious chopped salad and my son ordered a club sandwich with fries. He got a coke and I had water. Simple enough order, but for some reason it took half an hour to get our food! I’m sure that most people who come here for lunch are doing so on their lunch break, and that their time is just as limited as mine was. I had gone to the window to tell the server that we would need boxes and the check just as she was being handed our food. My time was already up and I hadn’t even received my food yet. Why would a salad and sandwich take 40 minutes? The salad was good (I ate it when I got home). But after tip, lunch was $50!?! For a salad and sandwich?!? And after waiting a ridiculously long time? I have been to a lot of other Cheesecake Factory locations, but this was my first and last time ever going to this location.

This branch of cheesecake factory is regularly empty and I know why now... Last time we went with family the food took years also... The cheesecakes were good fortunately.

I am normally a big fan of cheesecake factory but this time my experience was not good. The restaurant was quite empty and they put me in a corner probably because I am a single person, then I had to sit there for 15 minutes to draw the attention of a waitress, no apologies nothing, the aircon was very strong and it was winter inside!

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ The Cheesecake Factory in Coral Gables is indeed a beautiful place with amazing staff. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the ambiance. I had high hopes for the meal, but the nachos were a big letdown. They had almost no cheese, just a bit on top, and nothing at the bottom. The guacamole was sparse, and the pico de gallo was disappointing. We didn't try any dessert, but based on this experience, I won't be returning for a regular meal.

Went to cheesecake for new years at a decent time. Decided to order a Santa Fe salad because I figured that’s one dish they can’t mess up. I get my Santa Fe salad and realize there’s no type of chicken when in the description it says marinated chicken. I send it back and a second later I get it back with teared up chicken on top. I touch the chicken and it’s completely ice cold. Cold. Not grilled or anything. The chicken is so pale from how cold it is. I send it back to see if they can warm up the chicken because when I usually get Santa Fe salads from them it’s not like that. I get the plate brought back to me and was told the chef said that’s how it is. I said no way, it’s marinated chicken. It’s suppose to be grilled. Come to find out the chef didn’t want to warm it up for me because they were cleaning 20 minutes before closing and they didn’t want to put my chicken on the grill. I had to take my $20 salad and chicken home and grill the chicken myself. Even by that time the tortilla chips were soggy and the salad didn’t taste the same as I got it. Cheesecake Factory in coral gables needs to do better in running a business! As if it’s a inconvenience to them that I’m paying $20 for a salad and get chicken that’s right from the fridge. These people need to understand they’re still on the clock, you’re still getting paid!!

Waited for thirty plus minutes to get check to leave. Manager came out to help the server but skipped our table several times. He helped other tables get checks and to go containers. When we tried to get their attention we were ignored and the manager did not come out again to assist our server that was clearly serving too many tables.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience trying to order from The Cheesecake Factory through DoorDash. For reasons beyond my control, my past orders had issues, and now it seems I've been barred from ordering entirely. I've spoken to multiple managers about this, but I received conflicting explanations-some told me I'm no longer allowed to place any DoorDash orders, while others said I can't order a specific item (their salad), which was the item in question. The lack of consistency and clear communication from management is unacceptable. It's frustrating to be penalized for issues that were not my fault. Management needs to do better!!!

We arrived to the restaurant at 3:30 pm and it was not busy at all. There were around five to six tables at the most. Marlon was the server at first, however he was finalizing his shift, then Juan was the one who served us. Making long story short, more than 20 minutes to take the order, water was only refilled after requested a couple of times, no follow up of food was good or not….. appetizer came fast as well the beverages; however the main courses (salad m sandwich and crispy tuna) took over 30 minutes after we finished the spinach dip. No apologies at all. Juan was polite but in general the brand is not what used to be, at least this location.
