THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD. they have gluten free bread which is super cool and basically like no other sandwich place has and that toally blows so i never go anywhere else for a sandwich also they have cookies which is so rock and roll

Just wish they would clean the slicer every one in a while... Always seems like there is so much meat 'junk' sitting around it, kinda ehhh... But the food is always yummy

Went yesterday.Ordered a Philly steak. Only had 2 Philly steaks that the onions and peppers were cooked well. I even asked the person to make sure they cook the onions and pepper so that they are not crunchy. They only cooked it 5 minutes and told me that it would be good. Both onions and peppers were crunchy.Not sure I will go back to this location again.

Good food, crappy customer service. Nobody was engaging with customers, and when I went to pick up my online order, the team member was rude and had no energy or personality. I'll come back for food but the energy here is so dull and lackluster.

I gave this Corona location 2 stars because the service here is almost non existent. We were the only people in line and in the shop. We stood in the order area in front of the girl who was preparing the bread and meat. She was clearly completing online orders however she did not acknowledge us at all. Not even a Hello or How can I help u? After waiting for several minutes I had to ask her if I could order. I then waited for the next person to assist with the rest of the sandwich but no one came. I again had to ask if someone could come and help. I also had other people in my party and had to ask if they could be helped as well because they were no getting any help. I'm sorry but $20/hr to work here is completely over rated. Food is good, service is terrible at this location. I'm not asking for much because it's just a sandwich shop but simple greetings go a long way for customers. Seems they are so busy with online orders that the customers in the shop are not getting the assistance needed.

The worst Jersey mikes ever. Seriously. I went 2 days in a row for the simplest sandwhich and they messed up my order 2 days in a row. Like how can you mess up something as simple as a sandwich. It’s very disappointing. Like heartbreaking. Been a longtime shore member. And this is the worst location. I have to drive all the way across town to a location that actually has employees that speak and understand English and how to make a sandwich. I’m lactose in toleranter. The only thing I do on my order is ask for no cheese. Yet all I get is cheese. Terrible. 2 stars.

We were just trying to swing by and grab a munch before our big game we traveled hours for. We were met with the rudest customer service I have ever laid eyes on. My friend asked for a simple ham and provolone sandwich, which came heated up, only to be met with a 20 minute wait that included asking at least 5 times, and receiving the wrong sandwich twice. She was on the verge of tears out of hunger and was treated very poorly to the point where she was afraid to go up and ask for her food. After mustering up the courage to go up to the counter, she was met with an eye roll and the employee responded with “I hate my job” before storming away in anger. After the very long wait, she finally received her sub, but we were already ready to leave as we were not satisfied. We definitely will not be visiting again.

I went to the sign for online pickups and I was unsure what to do since no one acknowledged my presence even though there were 5 busy employees behind the counter. I eventually got the attention of one and was he was polite and professional. 5/20/25 update: Same issues are occurring and it's even worse now. I was not able to pick up my order and I even gave them a tip. I do not recommend this place whatsoever and I lost $26 as a result of me trying to be a customer there. There I'm not going to argue to try to be a customer somewhere

Went to this location for a quick bite to eat. Customer service was terrible the whole experience. Nobody asked the way we wanted our sandwiches so when I went to pay and added a few things to my sandwich Cashier Janee was so rude. I asked to add a few things to our sandwich and she replied with an eye roll and a sigh as it was an inconvenience to her to write it down on the piece of paper. Won’t be coming back to this location. Disorganized and not very nice.
