Ordered online. Food was ready at pickup and was accurate. Knock on wood, but we haven’t had any issues at this location. Definitely one of our favorites, although wish the staff was a little bit friendly.

The food is always great, no complaints about the service, and the prices are very affordable for the quality and quantity of food provided.

We love the food here and the service is always excellent.

Everything was great! I loved having my lunch delivered to my table. I had tacos-the fish especial (sp) and the verde shrimp. It was nice to sit on the patio, also.

I don’t go too often but I should. This location has the best customer service and on time food pick up. The salsa bar is fully stocked and most importantly very clean. Shout out to this location!

I ordered online. I redeemed my birthday rewards for buy one entree get one free. Excellent menu. Good size portions.

The dinning room was clean and the employees were friendly however the food was not the best. Our dinners looked as if they were thrown onto the plate. The chips were broken into tiny bits 'n pieces. My taco was room temperature at best. The table was sticky. I gave a 4 star because I've eaten here before and it has never been quite this bad. A little attention to detail would go a long way.

Everything was great except the limes. They were all dried out and you could tell they were old. However the food and service were good.

The food was good, both dishes were very flavorful with nice portions. The customer service was on point. Friendly and professional. My only gripe with this place is the level of cleanliness in their dining area. The salsa station specifically. I understand things get busy, but two different employees walked right by it, looked at it, and did nothing. One was even wiping down tables. Not a huge deal but it's not very pleasant and it's a simple fix.

Had fish and chips. Fish didnt taste very good and I got an upset stomach and hour later. Need more fish and less batter. Fries were very good.

Tonight’s dinner was disappointing to say the least. In all my years of eating at Rubio’s this was the worst service I have ever received. The store was moderately busy, 2 kids manned the kitchen one at the front desk and a supervisor (Zoe). The kitchen was slammed and they were taking their sweet time getting the food out. The supervisor was on expo waiting for the food to be prepared meanwhile there were 5 customers waiting for their order 3 DoorDashers and my family. Everyone waited a half hour for their food, we got ours in 45 minutes. It was a bit cold, but still warmer than the customer service we received. The Sup just stared at the screen while the two boys struggled to get food out. She was talking and laughing with the front desk kid and the more she laughed the more impatient her customers grew. She made no eye contact and was as dry as the beans they put out. Everyone walked out disappointed at their experience. Not once did it occur to her to put on some gloves and help, or even delegate the work so that they could catch up. She kept rubbing her eyes and touching her face then handling food. It looked like they had no training at all! I was about to ask for my money back when they brought my food out after 45 minutes! I don’t blame the kids for their slow work, they’re young and inexperienced. The supervisor however, being a supervisor should have stepped up and done more to expedite the orders! Asking for things was like pulling teeth, like we were bothering them while on their break. It was terrible.
