Had dinner with a friend tonight at the Corpus location and our server was so attentive and sweet! Arturo went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! He seemed to be busy in our section and still managed our table well! & the food being delicious was a plus!

Spaghetti and meatballs with the salad and Pasta Fagioli soup. My son never tries new things, but the way our server described the soup, my son was open. He loved it!! She said it was like chili with pasta in it. It was delicious. You have to try it next time. Our service was excellent. The restaurant was full and more people were coming in, but the service was still spot on. We will be back!

My best friend took me there for a late birthday lunch and it was gooood, the Italian margarita was delicious. The waiter was friendly and answered all our questions. Thank for free birthday dessert Olive Garden.

I don't go often to pasta places because I try to stay away from a lot of carbs but I'll tell you the food was really good I. Had chicken Alfredo and a couple of glasses of vodka and the gentleman that served us was amazing.

First let me start by saying we had the server Lee. He was wonderful. He was super kind and very attentive. He made a typical monthly olive garden trip much better. I am pretty basic with my food choices and I usually get the cheese ravioli but I decided to try something new and get the chicken parmesan. I was highly satisfied. My husband ordered fried calamari which I was totally against trying until lee pleasantly convinced me. 10/10 for our server. 8/10 for our food.

Our waitresses went above and beyond! Gigi and Marta were friendly, attentive and always made sure our glasses were full! They made our experience there wonderful! Thank you ❣️

Stopped for a birthday celebration. I indulged on the starters before food came out, leaving me to take the majority of my food home. I walked out with out my to go box. I came back in to grab it. Unfortunately the bussers had already cleaned off the table. Once I explained the situation to John he helped to ease my distress. Had me seated as he remade my order to Go! Just had some angel hair pasta with four marinara cheese and meat balls. It came out amazingly in my opinion. I also go calamari it was 9/10 for me. It's always nice to eat here but I always eat my food before I can ever take a picture so here you go. I go here often and my favorite thing is the soups. You sit fairly close to the next table over so be ready to hear everyone's conversations. I hate to over hear someone complain about their food. While mine had tasted so good. My server's name was Samantha and she was very sweet fast and delightful. I left her a good tip just for being so nice. Thanks again I will most definitely be back

Had been craving some OG for a while now and decided after shopping all day to go there with my lady and OMG it was just what I needed. I ended up forgetting my card like a fool and they stayed late so I could drive back to get it. 10/10 service and food looked better than commercials !

Just an all around great experience... From the time you walk in there till you leave the service and food is simply amazing. The bread sticks are so freaking good. My personal favorite is "The Tour of Italy", having a bit of it all. Can't of wrong..

The all you can eat salad paired with a lunch or dinner entree makes Olive Garden a bargain. You can sub soup for the salad if you want. Everything was good at this Corpus Christi location. Food came promptly and service was attentive.

I adore this location. The managers are amazing, always there to greet my party. Lori and Jestine have been there for my dining experiences and completely made myself and my guests feel like family. We never feel rushed and the servers give off an extremely relaxed and well trained vibe as if its their home welcoming us to.

Phenomenal flavor. I requested a customized plate and it came exactly as ordered. Our server, Xavier, was very attentive. He is a wonderful server and very informative with specialties.

Immediately we were greeted by the most wonderful waitress who gave us beautiful breadsticks, two baskets full because she knew we were hungry and big her name was Veronica. I want to say tarry. It was so immaculate. I’ve never had such good ravioli in my life and made my mouth water, and I felt as if I was in heaven itself. The only downside was the mom at the table right next-door who wouldn’t let her children eat more of the glorious bread Sticks. It made me so pleased that I smiled the whole way through until my gums hurt and then I shimmied and lunch my way outside the door. Truly, in love if I could marry, I would. The soup and salad, my usual order, were consistently good. Each member of our group enjoyed their dinner immensely. We will certainly return if we're in the area again. The location's convenience to the highway and ample parking are significant benefits.

Quick service and delicious meal. The fettuccine Alfredo was creamy and scrumptious, and the Chicken Parmigiano was a perfect size. We were able to share the Tour of Italy as the entree and a spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. Hit the spot. Sicilian Sunset, a new beverage to the menu was lightly sweet and refreshing! Everything was great. Recommend getting there early, it fills up quickly! People were already seated and served less than 20 minutes after opening.

The food was pretty alright. Not great as leftovers.. the pasta like separates? It's like the sauce splits, and you can't mix it again, it's just oils leeching out. Very unappealing. Had leftover Alfredo pasta. I was craving the chicken gnocchi soup, but didn't feel like making any at home. Unfortunately the home copycat recipe I have is SSOOOO MUCH BETTER...😅 I haven't been to Olive Garden in a while, and I probably won't be back for a while. Their soup was kind of salty. And I didn't like the texture of the gnocchi. The only thing that is really good at restaurant AND as leftovers is their breadsticks lol. Breadsticks are their redeeming quality.

Very busy at 2 in the afternoon. Our waiter Blake was excellent. Running back and forth to kitchen, he keep drinks filled and always asked If there was anything else we needed. He had several tables but took care of everyone.

We haven’t been to this Italian restaurant in a good while. Our waiter was awesome but when we all opened our napkins, they were gross and so was the utensils. I personally would have left but others said it was nothing. The manager came by and said very little. It’s crazy how people do not care about the jobs they have. My husband and I had been in Corpus Christi on vacation for a couple of days & trying out all the local places. On this Wednesday I really needed a good salad, and I knew where to find it! We arrived at this Olive Garden on a Wednesday morning right before noon. We were seated almost immediately and served very quickly. I got my usual chicken & gnocci soup-salad-breadsticks, and he got HIS usual chicken fettuccini Alfredo. Food was excellent, except that they were a little stingy on the Alfredo sauce. Our server, Alicia, was prompt and courteous. Wish she would loosen up & smile more. The atmosphere was good, typical Olive Garden.

Valentine’s Day so it was hectic as heck, BUT some attention to the patron is essential. We were prompted to use the table ordering system for our drinks, then our appetizer was ordered through the thing by our waitress. Appetizer arrives through a 3rd person who does not bring out plates. We ask for plates after a mgr/hostess asks us if everything is ok. Our order is then taken, all was fine until order arrives without “THE valentines” meal. “Your order was to go ma’am” ah no her soup was and that was emphatically made clear when ordering it. Meanwhile, son and I commence eating our meals which seemed to have been under headlamps for a bit, explains perhaps why meals were dry. Wife’s meal arrives super hot as I assume it was just nuked. Nonetheless we eat and ask for refills.. Our waitress seems to have forgotten us a hostess asks if all is good, our waitress bring us to go boxes as she noticed we may need them, we smile and get on “the machine” and pay our bill. Again it was a busy night and I acknowledge that BUT service has kinda been like that the last few times so NOW I review it. Perhaps shoulda done that each time. Olive Garden is what it is so get used to it? I hope not. Oh and parking? There is lots of parking adjacent but you do have to walk.

I like Olive Garden because I used to work there when I was younger. This location is clean and typically busy. Thankfully we got sat right away and the service was prompt. For some reason we got sat at the booths in the bar area. Typically don’t mind but they were conducting two interviews right next to us which was a bit awkward to listen to. Again, very impressed with how the management has kept up with the cleanliness of this place! Food was hot and was a good experience overall.

Me and my wife went here and got seated right away. Everything was good up until we saw people getting their food before us. No biggie, it happens. Until they finish there plates and get their refill pasta w/ meat right away and get a to-go box. Mind you, we haven't gotten our food yet. A whole hour passed by since being seated before we finally received our food. The manager on shift John took care of us and was professional when hearing my complaint and apologized. Explained to us that the waiter made a timely mistake, John took over and owned it with no finger pointing or excuses. All you can ask for really.

Fresh, good looking, large portion Italian Food. Marissa was a great server. Lots of food and drink selections offered. Everyone can find their budget. All meals come with Soup or Salad. Restaurant clean, staff friendly and food good. Staff is well trained...great job management & Aven N. This is a must stop for most. Food is also available by pick up or delivery.

Every time I eat here the service is beyond exceptional. The waiters/waitress know what they are doing and make sure you are taken care of. The food and atmosphere is good for being a casual restaurant. The food quality is pretty consistent as well.

I'm not into this type of Italian food, as my family was half Italian (we ate a different style of food, guess there is a big difference) Anyway, was a descent experience al in all. Service was OK, seemed to be a little chaos, and confusion about table layouts, but other then that it was nice. Daughter left here purse there, when we left (we live an hour away) so we called to see if it was left, and it was. We said we'll be back in a week, maybe, if they could hold onto it for us, the said yes. I went back a little more than a week later, and they still had it. Unfortunately the money was stolen out of it, so my daughter was very sad. I of course reimbursed my daughter for her lost money, but this incident help to show her the type of people that are in this world (it was only like $6 in her purse) she's only 7 years old, and it's a tiny pink n teal mermaid purse with matching wallet inside, so you know it a child's purse that you're stealing from. Anyway glad we got it back, and can't blame the workers, as it could have been them, or could have been a customer who found it, who knows. Would have been a 5 star rating if money was not stolen Oh, and before anyone thinks, maybe they thought you didn't tip well enough. One, it doesn't give them the right. Two, I ALWAYS leave a 20% tip or better, no matter the service I receive. This specific visit it was a tad over 25%

Birthday Lunch for my daughter's 15th Birthday. The service was fantastic! Our waitress amazing and even got a few dessert for our daughter. It had been a while since I have been to an Olive Garden but I don't remember them so crowded. They gave up on the quality of experience for increase of profit. If dining nearly elbow to elbow isn't ur thing then I suggest not going during peak hours. We didn't have much of an issue with it but I can see how it could be for many. The food was really tasty. The chicken was moist and the pasta cooked perfect.

Overall great experience with the service and food.. always delicious. Weekends it gets a little busy but they move quickly..I have tried a few times to get the online app to reserve a spot but I can't seem to ever get it to work so I suggest going inside and personally signing in for a spot. Some days they are running low on staff so please be patient with them. But overall it's a good experience.

The food was good. When did Olive Garden go down hill? The server didn't get our order right and seemed upset when we asked for a fix. We never got food we ordered. Bitting into my dessert and getting bites of the parts that are still frozen was amazing too. Now my daughters Italian donuts were YUMMM!!

We had a group of 11 and they do not take reservations,told us to show up. We did that and they did not have enough servers on. So we waited for one to come in. The one we got was nice and polite but being short handed we understood that, ended up bussing our table to be able to eat! I had Alfredo and I can say I have had better a a bar than that was.

I had the shrimp fettuccini w/extra sauce & gnocchi soup. I was pleased with my meal...the soup NOT SO MUCH! It barely had chicken or gnocchi in it only broth. Food was decent, but definitely could have come out faster. The waitress wasn't very attentive either. Drinks ran out and food had obviously been in a heat lamp for a while. Appetizer, soup, and breadsticks came out quick and tasted great. It would've been nice to keep that energy throughout the entire meal. May come back another time and give them another shot.

We ordered online for curbside pick up @06:05 pm. Called on arrival at the beginning of the hour. We let them know where we were, and which vehicle spot. Curbside let us know it would be out in 5-10 mins. 30 mins had went by so we decided to call back. Come to find out our order was just sitting and getting cold. One hour later we received our cold food. Customer service was nice but very forgetful. Speed of service was very slow.

Being in my youth, i come here frequently and as i notice, i have had THREE. Servers who seem as though they are being discriminating, & prejudice. I came here on a date tonight, we get treated with the WORST experience by a lady who was being nice to the tables next to us (who were adults), and using manners & a nice voice, the MOST we got from our waitress was a monotone "Ok". I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt that she just has a bad day, yet a SECOND table came and was still being treated better than me and my partner. This place evokes the impression that they think we will tip bad only because we are younger. ??? . I have also had a different waitress who me and my partner experienced who treated US bad, turn around, here comes another day we go, have this same lady and yet she treats us with better service. I still tipped my 20% even though it was a HIGHLY undeserved one. When time came i asked for the waitresses name,(unique, and failed to recall her name) she switched up and started to use a more friendly voice and then started acting nice, we then asked for our ticket and left. The lights to the restraunt went out shortly after. (This happens too frequently).(i am not one to make a fuss so i did not contact a manager) I do not like being discriminated for my age and treated differently solely for the purpose being monetarily. Ok so my wife and I went to Olive garden today 2-08-26. We had a coupon for a free app if u purchase a dinner with we did the tour of Italy dinner anyway for was cold and app was horrible but we didn't say nothing just we wanted our food hot so manager came a told us it would be redone and so it was but when the biil arrive they didn't remove the app of $10 in which they said the code was incorrect I showed them the code 3 times anyway we wanted our dinner to be boxed up all because we didn't eat hardly so the manager came back and told us the app. Code was still not working she wanted to see the email I told her I have to go back home and get it out of my laptop I don't have my emails in my phone so anyway she took away our dinner that was boxed up and only charged us for the app in which I had a free one also the manager should not have our dinner taken away like that it was very rude of her she was a huge personaube she wanted for her self anyway horrible place to have dinner

Me and My girlfriend dined here recently, the food was good,the service was ok but we were seated by the entrance for back of house and we overheard some very concerning conversations between some servers. One saying very rude things about immigrants and how they hate them and how ICE is doing a great job,and all these other things about Hispanic people, who we happen to be, basically right behind us. While free speech is a thing that I support, I would suggest hurtful conversations like these stay out of a business where the people you are referring to may be present, while we ourselves are not immigrants our family history has them so this hit hard just trying to enjoy a nice meal. I don't think we will be back for a long time. Do better Olive Garden!!

I don’t even know where to start. Me and my husband stopped in for a dinner to celebrate our anniversary. As soon as we get in there the hostess that seated us was already rude. We tried not to let that ruin our evening but then the server came over got our drinks. Then we were looking at menus and she constantly was coming to us asking if we were ready to order like i’m talking at least 6 times in the span of 10 minutes. we finally got our food which came out pretty quick. She asked if i was done with my salad and i said yeah then she proceeded to take it. The table next to us’s server asked if they wanted a box for their salad. We were never asked if we wanted to take it to go. Keep in mind our server was also rude and not friendly at all. We felt like we were being rushed to eat so we couldn’t even enjoy our meal. We had to keep asking for more bread, drinks, napkins, etc. Not one time were we asked if we needed a refill or more bread NOTHING. Moral of the story is we will not be returning ever again for dine in. That was the worst restaurant service we have ever received. I do not recommend this location to anyone else.

Went last weekend with a friend and my daughter. My husband does not like Italian, so we had not been to Olive Garden in a while and were excited! We were the first sat in a small section of booths. Hostess asked if we wanted an appetizer and we declined. Another booth was sat and asked the same thing. We waited for even a drink order to be taken and nothing. The second booth Sat wanted an appetizer and received it with drinks while we still had not been acknowledged or provided anything. A third booth was sat and right after the fourth in our section was sat. A server appears different from the one serving the second booth and helped the third and fourth. Meanwhile, we have nothing. We sat for 20 minutes with not even a drink order or being acknowledged. We left. I used to serve tables and we had a drink order in with a minute of the table being sat. Went to Grimaldi’s and had a delicious pizza, amazing caramel coconut cheesecake, and most importantly, was provided service within a minute of being sat.

I went to the restaurant and I eat soup bread and I am order a plate weather chicken pasta and lasagna , I was full and I asked for a box to take home I put all the food on my plate and I come back home and the next day I put it in the microwave to heat it up , I put it in a plate and when I'm start eating it was disgusting because I find pieces of plastic in my lasagna, the restaurants it's located at the Palmera Mall

We came to celebrate a birthday. We waited an hour while parties of 6, 7, and even 8 were sat before us. It wasn’t till we got a little upset that they decided to prioritize a table for us. Truly disappointed!

I have always come to Olive garden for my birthday every year and this year after ordering take out I had the worse experience. I went to pick up an order since I had been Ill and couldn't eat in restaurant and unfortunately both my meals were a disaster. Undercooked chicken and salad was not to par. I tried calling and each time was either hung up on or left on hold for a while. Sorry not sorry Olive Garden. Hopefully in the future I would change my mind on continuing my service with y'all...

Been coming here for years and haven't had a single bad experience until today. My husband and I were seated near the exit to the kitchen, and had the privilege to bear witness to one of the waitresses, Kyrie, saying horrible things about one of her tables because they only ordered soup, salad, and breadsticks and by the time she was bringing them a refill of salad, they already needed soup, etc. She also talked about wanting to be taken off the floor before the manager hushed her. I bet you cant guess what my husband and I had ordered. Soup, salad, breadsticks. Wasn't aware that made us the worst type of customer, but it's nice to know what the servers say behind our backs when they think no one is listening.

Went for lunch to celebrate my birthday on 2/26 only to receive what has been the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Our server Breana T seemed to be a bit distracted since we got there. Understandable. Busy day, needy tables, overwhelmed kitchen running slower due to the lunch rush. Totally understandable. As our visit progressed, her attitude and service got worse. I was uncomfortable while I was boxing up my food while she just stood there over my shoulder pressuring me to finish up and hand over my dishes. When it was time to pay, I asked her for my check since I was paying cash. And she said with an attitude "it's right there" pointing at the kiosk. That's when I told her I was paying cash. She came back with my (incorrect change, $1 short) and her awful attitude making my party and myself extremely shocked of how disrespected we had been treated by our server with piss poor service and attitude to say the least. As if the disrespect wasn't enough, she walked by as we finished our bottle of wine and called me a b*tch. I am appalled and at a loss for words with the lack of respect and offensive behavior from Breana. Never in my life had I been insulted by a server this way. This was brought to the managers attention and I was provided with a $40 gift card. I appreciate it but don't think this is the solution to this since I don't want to ever go back to this Olive Garden. As a former employee of Olive Garden, this experience was of poor quality, unacceptable and at a very low standard. I am in disbelief of my visit and experience knowing how this company trains their employees to provide excellent hospitaliano service and treat customers like family. I ordered the shrimp scampi and was extremely salty. Glassware and utensils were filthy. The utensils and glassware are hand polished one at a time at the one I use to work. Salad, breadsticks, Alfredo sauce, and wine were delicious like always.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave a 1 star review. Service was terrible. We waited for everything beyond a reasonable amount. It felt like we were in a black hole in the restaurant. Other tables got served all around us except ours. The food was mediocre at best. Breadsticks were cold by the time they came out. It’s been over an hour and we haven’t gotten our food, we ordered chicken Alfredo. That’s saying something. I’m attaching a photo of where my food should be. The only thing that deserves a star is the Manager, Mike. He did his best to coordinate a server for us.

I had recently went a few weeks go and as I ate my tour of italy I was chewing on my alfredo and it never got chewed lol. I spit it out in my napkin and there was a wad of paper that had “apparently” fallen into my pasta. They offered to give me a dessert and not even take it off my bill. That was THE FIRST TIME. Anyways, I went again with my family last Saturday. I was going to give them another chance. I even jokingly told my wife I hope there’s not paper in my food this time. So as I was eating I was about to eat my lasagna and noticed a long piece of plastic in my food. I tell the waitress and she was like “okay”? Like what do you want me to do about it? So the manager comes and tells me this type of stuff happens all the time and there was nothing he could do lol. I tell him this is the 2nd time in a row this happens to me. So then he offers to take it off my bill but it got added again lol so I tell the waitress it is not off my bill and she looks and says “yes it is, right there” and walks off rude. It was NOT OFF MY BILL BECAUSE IT WAS ADDED AGAIN. I did not get their names but this is the worst olive garden I have ever been to. I could have choked twice and it happens all the time? You need new management or someone watching that kitchen. I do not recommend eating here unless you like paper and plastic in yours and your kids food.

Well we waited for 15mins and not one person even asked what we wanted to drink. So we just got up and left. I've been to far more busier places and at least get our drinks taken.

So, on this good friday. My husband and I decided to go to Olive garden to take advantage of there by one get one special and to have a cocktail or two. Well it was only a 15-minute wait. So we said sure no problem. Sat down at the bar I ordered a mimosa, my husband ordered a margarita. Everything was great. Went to our table, reordered our round of drinks and our food order. Our server, home addressed us as friend repeatedly, disappeared on us. After letting us know that our order was placed, this server literally disappeared. So we were sitting there for 45 minutes wondering what the heck was going on. Someone actually walked up to us and asked what was going on. Made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed like I was doing something wrong. So eventually, we get John the manager to come over to our table to find out what was going on. So we're relieved in a sense, and we told him what we had ordered it first ask what was going on, given a story that is irrelevant, and we were happy that we were going to get our food. so, after another 25 to 30 minutes, we finally get our food. And this poor server that had to take over an unwanted table, was very nice. Did a job well. Even walked up to us after we got ours to go part of the meal. She said to us so, John's going to comp your Mill right? We said we believe so. Waiting another 15-20 minutes, John nowhere inside by the way. $85 later, we paid our tab and we walked out of Olive garden extremely unsatisfied!

Terrible service. After waiting about an hour for our food we were told that our order for our food had not been put for the kitchen to be made and that it was almost closing time by the time they realized our food order never made it to the kitchen. . No bread because they didnt have any made at the time and supposedly was almost closing time (closing time was 1000pm) and we were sitting there since 8:40pm waiting. And when our food finally came in, pasta was all raw and dry , when we told the waitress she said that she didnt know what to do and then manager came and took our plates and said he would bring new plates with fresh pasta. I didnt want to leave or made a huge argument about it, because my parents were with us and they came from more than 2 hours away just to have dinner at olive garden. Bill was more than $100

Went on valentines around 5pm. Bread was hard on the ends, soup was just liquid, but the real issue was a hair in my food, i emailed the @ on receipt but no response. Ordered to-go

Be cautious if ordering catering!! I ordered the catering chicken parmigiana combination and the chicken breast were less than half the size of the normal chicken parmigiana would be in the restaurant. It was like a mini version of the chicken and was deff a rip off plus the pasta pan didn’t feed 8-12 as described either.
