Extremely disappointed with customer service. Employees , one with a back pack on saw me & Was ignored at the drive-thru window. Drove around to find the same employee with the backpack n the opposite side of the counter then goes back to the back where they're making the food. Have me questioning the cleanliness, I'm visiting from out of town...not sure if I'll come back again.

Not hot and ready, they don’t bring it out to you, all workers outside smoking while orders pile up, girl at the register half asleep half the time. Wait way too long for 2 pizzas, literally just cheese and a pepperoni.

They never have pizza hot or ready. They make you wait 7 minutes before they even take your order at the drive thru. Slowest pizza service in the industry despite their slogan.

I just picked up my order. Was absolutely gross. Undercooked dough. I ordered online. It said ready in 10 to 15 min but 1 min after I placed order I got notice ready for pick up.it was so disgusting.

I was babysitting my grandson at my son’s house so I ordered a pretzel crust pizza and a Pepsi and had it delivered on June the 6th. The pizza was not that good, way too salty for a thinner crust. They didn’t bring my Pepsi and the DoorDash people told them to tell me to call customer service. I did. They told me they would give me a 15% refund off my initial order, not off the tip or delivery. The 15% would not even of covered the Pepsi. 😂 They said the refund would come in 12 business days. It has now been a month and nothing. I won’t be ordering or eating little ceasars any more.

I don't know what this store location does to their pizza, but whatever it is made me seriously sick. I got a pepperoni cheese bread with some buffalo ranch, and the moment it hit my stomach, I felt like throwing up instantly. I have never had that feeling before at any Little Caesars, just this one. Also, the older-ish lady at the front has an incredibly dismissive attitude, and comes off as rude. I understand at the time I visited, it was only her and another person (to my knowledge) but I had to wait several minutes to order anything, and by that point it was past 2:00 PM and was no longer serving lunch combos. What a sad display for such a good pizza place. Hope the get new management soon.

One of the only places that will just say they can't customize an order because they don't want to do it. If I'm paying, it should be made the way I decide. It's funny because I only have this issue at the corsicana location. Lazy

This is what a cheese pizza looks like?? I bought a cheese pizza for myself but I didn’t think the cheese would be burnt, I just gave it to my son’s they’ll devour anything, I, on the other do not approve. Looks like all the cheese is burnt.

If I could leave negative Stars I would the food has always been all right but the service and the people working there would get the negative reviews I placed an order online over the weekend for my child's birthday party well I had to call and change the time when the employee answered the phone they just said hello not thanks for calling Little Caesars or anything like that so I had to ask if that was Little Caesars and then I asked if I could change the time she said yes but when I got there at the new pickup time nothing was ready the employee never relayed the message and so when I spoke to management I asked if there was any type of compensation for customer satisfaction maybe an extra sauce or something I didn't mind waiting the extra 15-20 minutes and when she told me there was nothing they do for customer satisfaction and that I should have spoke to a manager instead of whoever answered the phone I even showed them my call log that they could see that I did call she said nobody took that phone call and I told her to go ahead and get the food ready and this would just be the last time I visited that location so she canceled my order out completely and told me to go somewhere else why would anybody want to continue doing business with a place like this then slam the window in my face when I'm trying to ask how long it's going to take to get my money back called management she said she was aware of the situation but there's nothing more that can be done they don't give out free food I know plenty of other places that for customer satisfaction they try to work with you this place does not they are rude and very unprofessional and she told me she canceled my order because I was the one with the attitude so thank you for almost ruining my child's birthday luckily I did find a place to help me out

I picked up a Large Pizza and was charged 3 times for one transaction on my card and the manager just told me to call support without giving me the number. I called the store back to get the phone number to support and the manager just said “all I can tell you is to google it I can’t do anything here for you” then he tried to say that my card rebooted his system like it was my fault and also to top it off the pizza was horrible tasteless and dry. I hope they fix this or get a better manager that knows how to handle situations better!
