Quick breakdown: - the food is incredible both presentation and quality. Throughly impressed by the selection of the menu. - the service was excellent. Servers were respectful, professional and helpful for food suggestions. - the atmosphere and interior design is truly outstanding. The hanging plants, moss/plant wall to modern furniture felt upscale yet intimate. I would highly recommend for date nights, special occasions, or just treating yourself. It’s worth the visit!

I had my bridal shower here this past weekend at Castello. From start to finish everything was beautiful. The food was to die for, the rooms decor by itself was stunning , and atmosphere was absolutely perfect. Josephine and her team hosted the most wonderful day for me and I am so incredibly happy.

I stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant on the Internet yesterday and quickly after reviewing the menu made my reservation. We were a party of four, and everyone enjoyed the meal, and the overall experience included and not limited to the atmosphere, service and quality of the food. Josephine is a wonderful manager, and delivers a one-of-a-kind experience to all of the customers. I will definitely be returning again. I finally found a place with delicious food and the perfect ambience and I couldn't be happier.

We had our daughters bridal shower last weekend at Castello. Josephine was so helpful when getting us set up so things would look amazing! What a wonderful day! Truly the perfect spot! Everyone loved the delicious food, beautiful atmosphere, wonderful service! And ohhh, that white Sangria loaded with fruit was yummy! A+ . Book early! Everyone wants this restaurant for their special event! 🎉

Upon arrival we went to bar to get a drink, 15 min. Wait and say down without drinks, weren't even acknowledged. Seems bartender had friend there who took all her attention. Still agree sat down 10 min to get a drink and had to request several times. Food was very good, took alittle long for that to come out also. Sat us directly behind guitar player, thank goodness wasn't loud. For the atmosphere and price it should be alittle more attentive. Our server was very nice and tried to accommodate to the best of his ability. This is third time there and same each time. 15 min wait for table with reservation.

I went here to celebrate my brother's birthday and the experience was overall great. The waiter was very respectful & attentive. I had ordered the chicken francese, noodles were al dente and chicken was cooked perfectly. My only critique would be the lemon sauce was a little overpowering. Lastly, the owner was very kind and welcoming. I would recommend this place to anyone for the great staff and ownership alone.

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. For appetizers, we ordered octopus, calamari, and a salad. The octopus and calamari were excellent, though the salad was a bit underwhelming. For the main course, we had seafood pasta, ravioli, and two different veal dishes. Aside from one of the veal dishes being a bit too salty, everything else was satisfying. There was a party going on, which made the place quite noisy, but overall, we had a good experience. I would consider visiting again.

We started off with Paper Planes (Bourbon, Amaro, Aperol, Lemon) at the bar. For dinner, carpaccio to start, followed by a rib eye and lamb chops with a great Montepulciano. A lovely dinner.

Went for Valentine’s Day dinner. Our waitress was good and the night started out fine. My boyfriend got stuffed filet ($58). He ordered it medium however it came out as if they blackened the outside and the inside looked as if it was just pulled out of the freezer. They took it back and gave him a new filet (less stuffed and smaller). At first cut it seemed ok but after cutting it up more it looked exactly the same as the first one (see picture) it almost felt like McDonald’s can cook their chicken better than a this fancy restaurant knows how to cook a steak. If I wanted a below average steak I could have gotten it for cheaper somewhere else. Like I said waitress was great but food even after sending it back was terrible.

First, the service was terrible and the food was not very good and definitely not worth the price. Second, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. My 2 friends and I had a reservation at 4 PM. I came a few minutes before 4 and got a text from my friends that they were running 10 min late. The hostess told me I was unable to sit until my full party came in. The dining hall was completely empty. I told her my friends were going to be a few min late and then the hostess with a disgruntled expression proceeded to say that we only had until 6:30 PM and I said that’s fine. She reluctantly sat me down. Then, when I sat, the waitress came and asked me where the rest of my party was and told them they were on their way and running 10 min late. The waitress then proceeded to tell me that we only had until 5:30. Then I told her the hostess said 6:30 and she said she wasn’t sure exactly what time, but that we only had an hour and 30 min or something. At this point it was only 4:05 PM. The behavior of this restaurant was so perplexing. My friends came a bit before 4:10. The waitress kept trying to take our plates while we were still working on it. My friend wasn’t given a fork even after appetizers were served and we couldn’t get a fork because no one came by for a good 10 min. This normally would not be a big deal for me, but the fact that we were being rushed throughout the whole dinner, but were never served efficiently says a lot. Around 5:25, the waitress came and asked us if we wanted to eat dessert. One of my friends brought a small cake for our birthday, so we asked if we could eat the cake there. She then told us we could, but we would have to leave by 6 because of the next reservation, although I was told by the hostess 6:30. We decided to leave because we felt so pressured. 5 min into our reservation I was already told about the next table reservation two times by two different people. A total of 3 mentions about the next table reservation within our dinner time. It just made our small party of three feel unwelcome and insignificant. Needless to say I won’t be coming back and don’t recommend coming here.

Went in with such high expectations, the food was overpriced and just… not good. Boiled and salted was the general aesthetic of the “special” we ordered and the veal tasted like it had been pickled and aged for 5 years. Also why is it so loud in there?? Went in hoping for a peaceful dinner but left with a sour taste in my mouth which was only partly due to the shockingly sour lemon sauce and capers. Never going back.

Food was terrible. As someone has been a chef for many years in the past I can say that he has no idea how to make a white wine sauce or a tomato sauce. Flavorless and over priced. Music was also to loud. You pay for the status here. I returned all my food after 2 bites. Service was good and she was polite. Will not come back.

Incredibly disappointed at the food I recieved. The fish was overcooked and the side spinach was not edible. Worst of all, the order was delivered without the risotto as described on the menu. Over priced food that is not worth the trip. I have been meaning to write this review for a while now and finally decided to do it. The reason for 2 stars for service is that the restaurant manager called to rectify the order and nothing ever happened. It was just money down the drain. I am writing this now to save other people from having to experience this themselves and to save their money for something better.
