Torniamo spesso! Personale gentile, cibo delizioso!
You won't be surprised by what you eat, but you'll eat well and be satisfied. The appetizers aren't exceptional, but the first and second courses are very good. Like many Chinese restaurants in Turin, they serve both Chinese and Italian food—and even pizza! The owner is incredibly kind, as are the staff. The menu is already extensive and offers several vegetarian options, but we also asked for off-the-menu variations (like the udon with vegetables). The interior is very much like a classic 1980s Italian restaurant.
The atmosphere is a bit retro but still welcoming. The food is just above average, although the udon noodles, toasted rice, and dessert with soy jam really surprised me! They also have several vegetarian/vegan options, including several tofu main courses. The absolute highlight, however, is the kindness of the staff. Both the man and, especially, the woman who runs the place are truly lovely. They even offered us a drink at the end of the evening. Highly recommended!
Excellent Chinese restaurant in Turin, both the food and service were impeccable. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, including appetizers, first courses, and second courses, and they were all delicious. The prices were very fair and the portions were generous. I recommend everyone to try it!
I have been going to this restaurant for years. I have always found it to be an excellent value for money. The owner, her son and her husband are very kind.
Finally, some good, healthy food. I digested everything easily. The pizzas have a unique dough, just like my mother used to make.
I've been going to this restaurant for years and everything is delicious. It's clean and the owners are very kind... Lovely location, close to the center and excellent value for money. Congratulations.
This place is very nice, the food is good and the prices are fair... And the owners are nice... I really like it, from what the guy at the cashier told me, the pizzas will arrive soon too 🥰 Best regards from Elisabetta
The restaurant is in a great location, easily accessible. It has two large dining rooms, both very clean, bright, and comfortably furnished. The wait staff is excellent. For lunch, there is a set menu (but you can also opt for the à la carte menu) from which you can choose from both Chinese and Italian dishes. Generous portions, minimal wait times.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Six of us ordered takeout and ordered a little bit of everything. Every dish was delicious! From the seaweed to the main courses. Light yet well-seasoned. The best Chinese restaurant I've eaten at in a while.
Two of us, out of three, were vegetarian: there was no problem and we found plenty of variety. The food was truly tasty. The restaurant, simple in style, seemed clean and comfortable. We chose from the Chinese menu, but we could have also had traditional Italian options, like pizza. The staff seemed well-trained. We appreciated the compliance with health regulations: we showed our green pass to dine inside. We will definitely be back soon.
Delicious! Strategically located, the small wooden outdoor terrace is charming. The menu is varied, with a wide selection of dishes at very reasonable prices. The quality of the cuisine is absolutely excellent. Highly recommended.
First time at this restaurant! Ordered: - spring roll, tasty but poorly fried and really too greasy - vegetable ravioli, a little chewy, unfortunately, but with a generous filling - vegetable noodles, savory and flavorful - spicy tofu, excellent dish! Overall, I was satisfied; it was better than an "average" Chinese restaurant, although unfortunately far from the best in the city! A very positive note was the staff, really nice, kind, and helpful! Well done!
Lovely staff.
We probably came in on the wrong night. Green pass check was fine, excellent service from the young and polite waiter. But then... Old menus, a wide selection of pizzas, but no pizzas. Chinese is fine, quick and easy ordering. But... We waited a long time for our orders (almost an hour, I still can't believe it) in an unheated and decidedly cold room. Even though we were well covered, it was almost like eating outside. And eating in the cold is really annoying. Unfortunately, they also got one dish wrong, and to get the correct one back we would have had to wait at least another 10 minutes (we're talking about an omelette). We weren't thrilled with the quality and freshness, but perhaps the wait in the cold spoiled our appetite. All this in an empty room, three tables totaling eight people including us. There was no shortage of shouting between the counter and the kitchen. A terrible experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I hope this review will inspire the restaurant's management to take appropriate action. Unfortunately, in such a dire situation, kindness and politeness, while appreciated, cannot compensate for either the logistical and organizational shortcomings, much less the restaurant itself.
The oriental food was just so-so in quality and the quantity was below average. Seems the italian style dishes are less greasy and better tasting. All dishes were definitely over-priced especially the Chinese dishes. I expected better quality and better tasting Chinese dishes, especially considering that a family of Chinese origin own & operate the restaurant!
Penosi
San Giovanni evening, terrible, no bread, no parmesan for the pasta. The dining room was sparsely crowded, and the wait was 45 minutes for a roulade. Four tables of us got up and left. Don't try it!!!!!
Terrible experience. Ordered steamed shrimp, which arrived cold. Meager, barely dressed Chinese salad. Finally, sautéed shrimp with vegetables arrived cold, watery, unsalted, and raw. Finally, I ordered bread, which they told me they didn't have any. They told me they'd bring breadsticks, which came with the bill. Highly not recommended.
I can't comment on the food because I didn't finish the order. Before ordering, not seeing the Satispay icon anywhere, I asked if payment with Satispay was possible. The guy at the cash register said yes. When it was time to pay, the mother showed up and showed me her phone. I needed to get the Satispay QR code for her personal number (not the restaurant's name) to make the payment. The cash register wasn't even working to issue the receipt. Order canceled and goodbye.
