Lazy workers. Pizza was cut horribly (not centered at all, had tiny random pieces in the middle of the pizza), one of the specialty pizzas was so bad that the toppings and sauce covered maybe half the pizza surface that it normally covers. The workers there weren't even personable, they just acted like they didn't want to be there and that the customers were a problem by coming in just to pick up an order. Never again, not worth even considering as an option when a person wants "convenience".

One of the worst locations I have ever been to. Russell was the most unhappy, unprofessional and unkempt employee I have meet in a while. No customer service skills at all and looks and smells like he needs to shower. If you are going to get cheap pizza you might as well go to any of the surrounding locations that hold some level of standards. Terrible terrible experience.

Little Caesar’s flagship product is the “Hot & Ready” Pizza. The last 3 times I’ve gone in there during the lunch hour on a short lunch break there’s no Hot & Ready Pizza or Lunch Combos prepared. No I don’t have 15 minutes to wait. Thanks.

I really like the pepperoni pizza and diet Pepsi it was really good I really enjoyed it. But the little Caesars guy employee was not friendly He was rude and didn't seem like he didn't want to tell us what was hot and really food and he didn't seem over smile.

Tried to buy 3 pizzas and breads ticks in cash only to be told they don't accept 100s, Now mind you this also came from a very snobby college student who simply couldn't handle the stress of either the job or couldn't read the change back on the monitor

Waited 30 minutes for a cheese pizza and cheese bread. Was brought a burned pizza and crazy bread. Let the guy know I ordered cheese bread, he said my bad then handed me out a dried up already made cheese bread. Last time I go there.

Dough was old... Tasted like beer I went again today and once again old nasty dough. I really hate this location I go to others and have no issues

this little caesar's has the worst customer service. food is never ready, constantly get my order cancelled via door dash over an hour before close... it isn't rocket science to fix a premade pizza. i am always left waiting for the simplest order that i go out of my way to order ahead to avoid yet am always stuck WAITING. it's ridiculous. i don't understand how this business even makes money. i'd give 0'stars if i could.

Order pizza and an energy drink. Door dash driver said they never got the drink. I had tipped him $8 on a $20 order and told him to grab one and swing by with it on his next run. I never got it. Went to the store in Cortland, and told them they had a problem, they pointed their finger at door dash. they said go ahead grab a drink and I replied I don't need an energy drink this late in the day, and they continued to point the finger at DoorDash. I said fine, I don't need to be buying any more of your of your food here and as I walked out the door, they said well that's good then. real class business, not

I went and got my family some pizzas the other night and got deep pan pizzas we had bacon on one well NO bacon pure cheese the dough was not cooked at all , called and was told to come down for a refund I had to go there three times and the last time I went in who ever this guy is I think he said his name was Ralph was so very RUDE!!! he should not be working with customers he treated me so mean it was unbelievable…. Would never recommend this store for pizza again their staff is so very RUDE!!!nasty people!!!

Just went in to pick up a pizza. Wanted a cheese pizza. Cashier very rude. Appears to not want to make a pizza. He says cheese pizza will be done in 30 minutes. Cashier then says would you like anything else? Ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple his response was, you mean ham and pineapple? With an attitude of someone who clearly is not happy with his job. Whatever happened to fresh and ready? The customer behind me left because there was no pizza available. At 4 pm you'd think that the shelves would be filled. And anyone knows that pizza doesn't take 30 minutes to make his attitude gave appearance of just not wanting to make them.
