I had not had a pizza for over 2 years and Friday because of Domino's 50% off back to school week special I got a large thin crust with everything on it and it was delicious but I did this the crust which you don't get on the thin crust so today I got a hand tossed extra large with everything on it and it's delicious to dip the crust and ranch dressing! I was a little disappointed because I got there at 5 minutes to 1:00 My order was supposed to be ready from 12:58 to 103 and at 1:10 I had to call them I was sitting right in front of the store with my flashers on and after I call them they finally delivered my pizza to the car I don't know how long it had been ready or if it just came out of the oven because they were very busy! Today June 27th 2024 I got the two medium two topping pieces for $7.99 each I got sausage and green pepper once again they were delicious I got regular crust this time cuz I like to dip it in Olive garden Italian dressing which you can get at Costco San Dimas California.

The last two times I have ordered pizza from this location ( 2 out of 2 times total ) my pizza was always hot, fresh, and correct. My drivers ALWAYS managed to get it to me under the 40 minute estimate time of delivery and always had everything that I ordered. I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut for the very reason of that my pizza was never correct, hot, nor did I have half of the items I ordered. It was also late frequently. My drivers always deserve the high tips I give them because they are always so punctual and respectful. I appreciate that.

Consistent good quality food items with great value from specials and online coupons when ordering from website. Orders are always ready for pickup or are delivered in a timely (fresh) manner. Our house buys dinner from here several times a month.

Totally unacceptable! We ordered two Philly cheesesteak sandwiches and they would have been chef’s kiss had the person put meat on them .The sandwiches barely had meat. I was too tired to drive back otherwise I would have returned them and gotten my money back!

Flavor of sauce and ingredients was as expected but was missing the garlic butter crust, pizza wasn’t cut all the way through Pizza extremely thin and isn’t thin crust falls apart and looks like paper Wings were not tossed look like plain wings just lightly drizzled with the sauce Pasta came out good

Tonight I ordered 1 free medium pizza with my rewards membership and 1 pizza for 10.99 and 1 veggie pizza for 10.99 and 1 cheesy marinara bread total 41.30. I placed the order online and called and asked if I could pay with a $100. The lady I spoke to said yes the driver will have change. When Kevin arrived to my house he did not have change so I told him to take back the pizza and I'll go get change and pick it up. I went to the market to get change and went to pick up the order. The lady when I arrived said the total would be $43. and change. I said when I called the girl said she will take off the delivery charge of $6.49. The total should have been $34.81, but the four ladies that were near the cash register did not want to help me and had a poor attitude that they did not want to accommodate me in any which way possible, so I walked out. At approximately 9:20 pm, my wife called and spoke to David and he was nice and listened to our concerns, but we are still upset about the situation and probably will never go back to this location again. I was a loyal customer and it was very convenient for me and my family.

I had to go outside find 1 cent and come back to pay him. Never have I had such a bad incident for a cent. I was a regular customer visiting this place once a week. Never going back for sure. Please avoid and go to other nearby locations. Also the pizza quality wasn't good, missing garlic crust, toppings were hardly there, could count the black olives on the pizza.

They got my order wrong and when I called them Not only that they argue with me, they tried to use every little loop hole in the book to try to get out of replacing some inexpensive Cinnamon twists. Bad customer service all around.
