Every year I try to visit this place. The cocktails are really nice and creative. The place is beautiful and the service is really good. See you again in June!
We loved having Lo Scalo as our neighbourhood bar, just around the corner from us, even if we were just in the area for a couple of days. Brilliant and inventive cocktails - our favourite was the Bugiallo - and beers from the Milanese brewery Vedra. We enjoyed the range of dishes to have with our aperitivi, the perfect lakeside location and the very friendly welcome.
This place is a hidden gem among the over-touristed Como hot spots. Charming staff, lovely views and one of the best Negronis I’ve even tasted. Plus the anchovies with butter and bread to die for

Super chilled place with outdoor seating directly at the lake. Tables and lounge chairs. Craft beer and light dishes (all on reasonable prices) plus a fresh breeze on a warm August afternoon. What else do you want?

Lovely place by the lake. The waitress is really nice. Environment is spot-on. The cocktail is amazing. 10 out of 10. We paid €34 for two cocktails, a snack and a ham plate. Highly recommend
We enjoyed our decaf coffee with snacks here! Staff is very friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is miraculous! You sit directly on the lake in a cozy place listening to their chill playlist enjoying the sunset 😍😍😍 A place to come back to!
Very cozy bar. You sit by the terasse with look on the beautiful lago di Como. The cocktails are very affordable, the service is fast an cautious. I can only recommend you the place if you wanna have a relaxed drink with your partner.
A quick bite, we missed lunchtime ( as always), and we found this beautiful place. My salad was fabulous 👌 very happy with our service. We would love to come back for dinner.

Unexpected gem on Lake Como. Wonderful place to get alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks that are wonderfully crafted. We tried almost all the menu and enjoyed the complexity of every drink. Each one was special in very different ways. They play with local / Italian ingredients to create very special concoctions. They are true artisans. During the late afternoon for apéro, they also offer delicious small snacks. It’s hard to pick a favorite but the caper might be the most special one we had. Views right on the lake and very fairly priced at about €10 per drink. Thank you very much!

Excellent drinks with a beautiful backdrop by the sea. Very quick and nice staff and if you come for aperetivos before 8.30, there are free snacks with your drinks. Don't miss it!

Lo Scalo is a fancy Cocktail Bar located on the lake. It used to be a port for all “Comballi” boats. Lo Scalo offers a list of refined drinks produced with local fruits and herbs, artisanal beer and local fish.
Fresh and tasty cocktails but for between €5 - €8, with a relaxing view by the lake. It's July and it's not overly busy.
Best Negroni I have ever had. Wonderful salad and nibbles. Great cocktails and small menu. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.

Don’t miss this place! Very kind servers and cocktails are superb. Tapas, salads and other menu goodies are really worth eating. Great place.
