AWESOME AWESOME Service! I got myself the Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie which was delicious and of course I had to get the Lemon Poppy and Orange Cranberry Muffin Tops! They are so yummy and delicious! Dutch Bros is the BEST!

Not a real big fan of Dutch cup. Where I come from in Seattle there are so many options that Starbucks and the Dutch cup, which seem to be like the only thing available in Northern California, it's disappointing. I see that other coffee companies have tried to prosper in Eureka but to no avail apparently. Northern California needs real coffee and cane sugar for god sakes lol. But it fit the bill it got me what I needed and the staff was very nice.

Fast, friendly service! It was our first time visiting a Dutch Bros. Our drinks were tasty but very, very sweet! (I had the iced white mocha - pictured is a medium which was very big, imo!)

While the girl took our order, she placed the tablet sort of on the outside of my car door/window trim and scratched it. I should have asked for her not to do that, but do I really need to explain common sense? Now I have some nice scratches. I dont get what the hype is about Dutch Bros..

That was The Most Disgusting cup of bs coffee I've ever had!! No flavor, after asking for a white snickers. Also asked for double the cream and it still was absoluetly awful. It ended up getting tossed out the window. What a waste of time and money.

Wanted to try some local coffee while on vacation, but Dutch Bros was a letdown. My iced chai tea tasted like nothing but milk—no spice or tea flavor at all. The “recommended special ice coffee” my husband ordered was also flat and uninspired. To top it off, both drinks cost $14, which felt steep given how tasteless they were. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for. Will not go again. Don’t waste your money! 💵

I've always loved Dutch brothers and never had any real complaints, but last time I decided to go treat myself to my favorite drink a white iced annihilater it was awful and just the worst tasteless and watery.

Just wanted a black coffee. They took my 4.95 and explained it was an Americano. I’m no coffee snob, but if you can’t do black coffee, just tell me. It was basically hot water and the weakest espresso I have ever experienced. Terrible. Had to dump it.

There is no menu so we had to pull over and look it up online. They were out of soy milk. They suggested Starbucks if I want soy, I said no thanks and was trying to decide on my order and she says, “you are welcome to go somewhere else”. We insisted on ordering anyway. One of our drinks was chocolate milk instead of the chai we ordered and the matcha was so bad we threw it out. Honestly I’m shocked. My spouse managed a few different Southern Oregon Dutch Bros years ago so I’m familiar with what basic service should be. We totally hyped it to a friend we brought with us from out of town and ended up apologizing to her for the crap service and drink.
