We enjoyed our dinner at Fratelli’s. It was between Christmas and New Year’s so it was fairly quiet but that just enhanced the experience. The staff was great, we felt attended to but not rushed, and the food was delicious. We had the tuna tartare, that evening’s fish special, and the shrimp risotto and they nailed it for each dish. Would definitely come back again, especially for a celebratory dinner.
If you’re not familiar with the area - don’t worry about parking as there is ample street parking and municipal parking to the side of the restaurant. Top notch ambiance, food and service. Ordered the mussels, octopus, salmon and veal dishes, everything tender, properly seasoned and mouth watering succulent.
Highly recommend Fratelli's, phenomenal service and incredible food. I had the Oysters Rockefeller app, who knew cheese and seafood paired well together!? My favorite dish from there is the Linguine ai Frutti di Mare, Fra Diavolo 10/07/2023 Updated review, not much of an update. Service is still great, atmosphere is great, and the food is phenomenal. My favorite place to eat in Croton. Ravioli Al Porcini was 😋😋😋
Our office had a retirement party last week at Fratellis! The food was impeccable and the staff was so attentive to our needs. Wow-so much delicious food starting with the apps of baked clams, fried asparagus, tomatoes and mozzarella & meats! Lovely dish of pasta and perfect dinners! Dessert and dessert drinks to top it off! We were a party of 13. All food came out fresh, presented lovely and together! We do all our “events” and business gatherings here…strongly recommend!!!
Fratellis is excellent - went there for early dinner on Tuesday and they were busy, not full capacity but hopefully you catch my drift- that should speak volumes especially on a “snow day” Even though certain Americanized pasta dishes like vodka sauce or Alfredo aren’t on the menu or specials- the friendly waiter can accommodate. Everything we had was made fresh, you can tell when you’re having canned sauce and there was zero hint of such. Baked clams were amazing- more on the little neck size but the blast of flavor make up for it Wife had the chicken Alfredo with the homemade pasta (off menu request) and I had the pork chop with roasted potatoes and broccoli rabe in a reduction sauce. Both dishes were amazing. Tiramisu was in house too 👌👌 With the myriad of Italian restaurants in Westchester, this is a top 3
I had my daughter's baptism celebration in their sunroom and I couldn't be any happier. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! I definitely will be back and recommend this place to anyone who wants a great meal!
Literally amazing. I had the bolognese and it was so creamy!!! I would definitely come here again! (Considering this is like the 10th time I’ve eaten here)

We travel from several towns away to eat here, it is that good! I very much appreciate being welcomed like old friends whenever we dine here, as well as the professional and friendly staff, delicious food, and my personal favorite, the chocolate martini! Freshly baked bread for the table, exquisite salads and appetizers followed by an array of entrees such as chicken fratelli (my favorite) or several seafood and pasta dishes. While there is usually a crowd, the acoustics are such that you can have a pleasant conversation at your table. There is a lovely seating area with floor to ceiling windows which feels like you are almost eating outdoors, as well as outdoor seating in season.
The owner John and his staff, especially Abraham, are by far, as professional as it gets. Their service and food are unmatched in this town and they always customize your plate. My mom can be very demanding with her no salt, no sauce, no this or that and they always accommodate without judgment. The food is always prepared with tons of flavor and fresh. Their drinks are great too! We go once a week and it has always been consistently excellent!
Absolutely Wonderful! We will be back again. The food was delicious. The staff was attentive and knew their fare forward and back. They made inquiries, suggestions and were perfect hosts, in my opinion. I felt like I was more a guest at a manor than in a restaurant. The place is definitely cozy. We went late on a Friday, and they were not too crowded. The area we sat in had windows all around decorated with tiny garden lights. For drinks, we had Lemon Drop Martini and Chocolate Martini. Both were superb, handcrafted and the flavor on point! Appetizer was a meat and cheese plate that was very delicious and well presented. I would go just for Drinks and this App, so delicious! But we didn't stop there, we went on to have soup and salad, the soup was a special; it was a cream of mushroom that had the mushrooms pulverized into the cream and it was so delightful, I wish this was more common! We also had a Cesar salad and a salad with cucumber and tomato on mixed greens. The way they were presented was a delight. Each salad was on a plate, but withing a cucumber-slice bowl! The plate was decorated with Sweet Pepper Drops and spots of the dressing used in the salad. Honestly, we could just come for parts of the meal, everything was filling but not too crazy, but we came for the full experience, and that is what we got. The entrees were on point. The presentation and flavor were magnificent! I got the Fetrucine Primavera with grilled chicken added because I wanted a meat as well as veggies. The grilled chicken tasted fresh and it was cooked perfectly and worked wonderfully with the primavera. My companion got the Spaghetti Carbonara, with grilled chicken added, as they expected there to be not enough meat for their carnivore self. I was informed that the chicken was not neccessary, the carbonara was wonderful on its own, but the chicken was delightful. As you may guess, we were practically full by the time the entrees arrived, so we barely go to half before we stopped to have room for dessert. Let me tell you, the waitstaff is phenomenal, they took the meals away, packaged them professionally, then hung the bag discretely on the chair in a way that would not be cumbersome to the table, out of mind until we were ready to leave, then in hand as we departed because it was right there. Excellent move, I wish more places were like this. It was dessert time and we were already mostly full, so while there was a delightful selection of desserts, we had an ice cream affogato and a tiramisu. Ice cream with espresso has become one of my favorite meal endings, and this one was superb. They brought the dish, but then poured the espresso over the cream right at the table. Delicious! The Tirimisu was awesome. Full flavor and the lemon zest was fully present, I would definitely get both desserts again. In a style I am rarely used to, they did not rush to give a check and did not urge us out the door even though it was obviously closing time. There were other guests but everyone was getting the full experience. They did not skimp just because they were closing soon. Absolutely wonderful hospitality. Over all, I would do this again. Despite getting full too quickly, it was a wonderful experience I am eager to repeat with more friends and family! update: These guys still are as fantastic as my first review. Highly recommend still!
We used the dining room that can accommodate a party of 25-30! Really nice atmosphere - charming, intimate, cozy, elegant but not overly. Great food, service and atmosphere!
Food was delicious. Fantastic apps was perfect, I had to stop eating so much of it to save room for the dinner. If the apps are great the main dinner was expected to be as good or better. I couldn't have asked for a better place for the small gathering we had. I would definitely reccomend this place for a delicious tasting dinner.
I recently treated my mom to a delightful seafood dinner at this Italian restaurant, and it couldn't have been more perfect! From the moment we entered, we felt welcomed and the service was outstanding. We both indulged in their seafood specialties, and we were blown away by the freshness and flavors of every dish. The seafood was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent. The chef's expertise truly shone through, and it was evident that only the highest quality ingredients were used. The ambiance was cozy and charming, setting the stage for a memorable evening. The attentive staff made us feel at home, and their recommendations added to the overall experience. We savored each bite, appreciating the delicious flavors that filled our palates. If you're a seafood lover, I highly recommend this Italian restaurant. It's the ideal place to share a special meal with loved ones and enjoy an unforgettable seafood feast
We had a great time. Went early on Wednesday night to avoid the busier times. The mushroom starter was a nice light way to open up the meal. Cocktails were well balanced and tasty. I had the rigatoni, it was perfect. My wife had a the wheat pasta with shrimp (can’t remember the name) equally delicious. Desert was also lovely. Portions were great. Didn’t leave feeling to full or too hungry. Great place to grab a bite or cocktail.
We had our small wedding dinner at Fratelli's in their private room. They did such a great job! The food was delicious and everyone raved about the meal. They also did a great job with setting up the table and providing a beautiful atmosphere for our event. They went out of their way to work with the local florist on the décor and with the local ice cream shop on our wedding cake. I would highly recommend having an event here!
We have eaten here for years! Everything’s is always amazing and delicious! My faves are the margaritas, all the pasta dishes, dessert and wonderful people that work here 😍.
I took my girlfriend for her birthday -- it was a Tuesday night so only a few tables seated and very quiet. We liked the atmosphere in the back room, lighting and white linen were elegant. Service was exceptional -- extremely attentive, polite, yet unobtrusive, and not rushed at all. We enjoyed all of the food and drink: my rye Manhattan had the perfect balance of sweet, dry and bitter. While my gf loves Italian food, I'm not the biggest fan; I get tired of the ubiquitous standards. But they also had some very interesting alternatives. (I can't speak to whether or not these were "authentic" Italian, my main concern being whether they tasted good.) Among the specials, the fresh figs stuffed with blue cheese over prosciutto with a balsamic reduction sounded like it might be cloying, but the sharpness of the cheese and saltiness of the prosciutto created a perfect balance that was really delicious; and the linguini with mushrooms and sirloin had a pleasant earthiness and wasn't heavy. "Dry scallops" and jumbo shrimp over arugula risotto with a white wine sauce was also delicious. The flourless chocolate cake with a scary-pink but excellent raspberry cream drizzle, while not quite as good as my sister-in-law's (that's a high bar!) was very good. This is not the place to go for a cheap meal (although much of the more standard fare is quite reasonable), but with two entrees and sharing one appetizer and one desert, we were both pleasantly full. I can't speak to the noise levels on a Saturday night, but from our experience I would definitely recommend.

We decided to try out their happy hour $2 oysters and $7 prosecco, delicious combo. Also tried the eggplant rollatini appetizer, it was yummy. Gone before I could take a pic. Only wished the bread was served warm.
One of those great food small portion extremely high prices restaurants. If I were rich it might be a five star joint but as a working class guy that occasionally splurges it's an easy way to spend $60 and not leave there that full. So just to clarify - nice place, delicious food, small portions, high prices. Enjoy if you're wealthy or don't mind dropping $60 a person.

It’s fair. Living off some old history Food not good, overpriced. Food filled with added lumped and filled. Nothing original. Prices are too high for not even decorative place. Silly sweet sixteen ugly cheap lights in main dining room. Menu never changes. Food is tasteless. Service is fair - non charming wait staff pushing not good food at way over priced menu.
