A Vips is a Vips is a Vips. You will never be disappointed but nor will you be amazed. What you get is consistency. A good place for a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner, nothing more, nothing less. Personally I enjoy a simple scrambled eggs with ham at this place.

Had a pechuga con mole poblano, rice tasted disappointingly and the chicken was just plain COLD. Is it too much to hope for a food that was actually prepared for my order, rather than pulled out of a fridge?

Now that we've eaten at VIPS, no need to ever try it again. So so service, overpriced small portions especially the drinks.

Again was a Disappointing experience, raw hot cakes, burnt biscuits, raw eggs when ordered well cooked, warm almost cold coffee, slow service! It's probably not an option to return anytime soon.

Horrible service, atention and respect to the food. People working there look like they hate what they do. Normally it is impossible because Mexicans are amazing people. I guess the owner pay very few salary and because of the paying system to the cashier, employees can't earn nice tip.

The food is fine. But they put a bottle water on the table, and don’t tell you they will charge you if you drink it. The waiter who attended us is quite rude and didn’t wait that we finished our starter to give us the main course
