This Carl's Jr location is consistently a good place to pick up a burger, fries and drink when life gets busy and there is no time to cook. Every time I stop by I typically can get what I want and out the door in 5 minutes. Even if I use the drive thru. While Im a huge fan of the jalapeño burgers, I've had other burgers at this location, and they all tasted yummy. The employees here are very kind and the food is hot. The shakes here are epic, too. If you're looking for a quick bite, this definitely is a great place to enjoy a burger.

This is the badass service ever . I order a Mobile pick up. And the cashier said there wasn't nothing. So I ask to speak with the manager. She's the worst she didn't even take a look at my order or try to find the oder. When I'm looking at the charge fee that went through... They didn't do nothing to help me.. the manager was very rude and impolite. I just wonder how she still works there when she even course me.. and I spend it over 40 dollars

Carl's oil always tastes rancid. The food I got was horrific. The fries were dry, cold and stale. I ordered the Santa fe chicken sandwich. I've been eating that sandwich for probably more than a decade. This was absolutely by far the worst Chicken I've ever had. It was extremely rubbery and hard to bite and chew. It was as if it was one solid piece of rubber that was extremely difficult to separate. The sandwich appeared to be thrown together with no care or concern. This was absolutely the worst sandwich I can recall trying to eat. It wasn't cheap either. Never again will I waste my money at this sorry excuse for a dining establishment. An absolute waste of money unless you're trying to poison yourself.

Quite possibly the oldest, stalest, and cold criscut fries I have ever been served. My big Carl burger was also cold, but more edible than the fries. I live in the neighborhood and this was my go-to Carls Jr spot, but it will be a long time before I come back.

It's been 3-4 years since I last visited a Carl's Jr restaurant, so I didn't have high expectations. When I received a coupon, I decided to use it and give Carl's Jr another try. We ordered an angus beef burger, onion rings, and a fish filet burger hoping for an enjoyable meal. Although the food came out fast for having two groups ahead of us, the quality was quite disappointing. The angus burger was bland aside from the sauce. The fish fillet burger was greasy and tasted too fishy. The onion rings were cold. The restaurant may be clean and the cashier efficient, but the forgettable food didn't live up to expectations. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience.

I love a Carl's Jr burger from time to time, but DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I stopped in for lunch while I waited for my car to be cleaned at the car wash next door. Ordered a medium #2 no luttuce, onion, tomato and pickle. Food came out and the onion rings were hardly warm and not even close to crispy...like they usually are. No big deal, I ate them anyway. Went for the burger and noticed no cheese, so I went to get it fixed. The Manger Antonio without hesitation or looking at anything, told me I wasn't charged for the cheese and it would be 86 cents. I tried explaining to him that the #2 comes with cheese standard ( like it reads on the menu...w/cheese) and it doesn't say anywhere on the receipt calling for no cheese. He told me if I wanted cheese, I have to pay... overall he was just acting unprofessional and passive aggressive with me for no reason. I am upset at this point but hand my card over and he charges me .66 not .86 for the cheese. They tried to throw some cold cheese on my now cold burger, but I asked that they replace it so the cheese will melt. I have been in many types of eateries all over the world and I've never seen a manager act like this. He made me feel like a criminal trying to steal cheese. This manager has absolutely no business being in any kind of management role that has contact with the general public. If Carl's Jr corporate/ownership sees this, you should really check in on this location and check in on this guy. #shameful

Guy at the night time drive thru. 12.23.25 has no customer service skills. I pull up sitting there for 3 min with no greetings. I say hello? He screams GIVE ME A MINUTE! Was rude as ever. If you can’t handle customer service or taking a simple order. Maybe try saying good evening. I’ll be right with you. Not leaving them stranded and when they speak up they get yelled at. You need to grow up or go home if you’re going to be like this

I ordered a breakfast burger with no hamburger patty. I cannot eat beef due to a red meat allergy. On the recipt it states no patty. What I got was a burger with no Egg. I can't separate the patty from the rest of the sandwich. I paid $10 for something I can't eat.

Not sure if it's just me, but I try to order a biscuit sandwich and I ordered it without sausage because I get sick if I eat pork. What do I put in my order? No sausage. What do I get? Sausage. They've done this multiple times and I'm sick of having to go back and forth. And then the staff starts complaining about me not having meat on my sandwich in Spanish and think I can't understand them. I'd like to order my food without why I'm ordering it. Good LORD.

Extremely unprofessional, when I changed my mind on the drink, the Shift Leader Daniel said “Oh Damn”! And when I asked for ranch or any condiments they said they didn’t have anything other than ketchup! He was laughing with an other co worker and staring at us in the car while we waited for the food. Would not recommend coming to this Carls Jr. and definitely would rethink who you put in a leader position.
